I usually have a great experience @ other Subway locations and now I see why I choose other locations. The service was horrible. I watched other customers be greeted with a smile as well as having their sandwiches prepared well. Once it came to me and my mother we were treated like we we didn't matter. Our sandwiches were poorly made and no care was given to us to even rectify the poor service and sandwiches. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! I WAS SHOCKED AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY DISN'T PROVIDE!!!!

I came in about 11:30pm last night & Shayna had just mopped the floors. I felt awful but she was so kind & we had a great conversation while she was making my sandwiches. She paid for my food not knowing that my husband & I have been struggling to feed ourselves since we moved here.

If you order online instead of in store beware the night employees can't read, follow instructions, or produce sandwiches that aren't messy & falling apart. I have ordered sandwiches specifically requested to be untoasted multiple times and haven't once received one made correctly & neatly made as if I was standing right in front of them watching. Once is a mistake but now it's to the point that I won't be returning unless it's free.

I'll never go here again. I even tipped the sandwich maker in my online order. Not sure what for, since my No Bready Bowl had two triangles of cheese, even though it's advertised as having as much stuff as a footlong. My husband's bowl was supposed to have pepperoni as an add-on. There was none. He also added more cheese as an option. There was hardly any, like mine. We paid for those extras. After reading the other reviews, I see I'm not the only one. Never again.

Came in to order a sandwich for myself, as I've been dying for a sub. I happened to mention that I am 3mo pregnant while explaining why I wanted so much vinegar on my sandwich 🤣 As I was checking out, the cashier wrote on the sticker used to seal my sandwich. I thought it a little odd, since I only ordered one sandwich, but then didn't think any more of it. When I got home and pulled my sandwich out I noticed she wrote "congrats" with a smiley. Made me smile! This is good customer service.

Always fresh and delicious! The sandwich master made my sub perfectly. Definitely a go-to lunch destination.

Ordered delivery, was missing 6 of 12 cookies. Kids weren't very happy Add, it's been about 4 days and "a manager will call you" never have called. And never received refund.

Ordered $50 worth of food. Made sure to order a dozen cookies for the kids. Only received 6 cookies and paid $3.99 each. So basically I paid $8 for 6 cookies.
