We moved here about a year ago and are renewing our lease. It’s a bit scary to live in a new town 2 hours from your home town. This place is nice, feels like home, you can walk around and it’s so friendly here, even the neighbor. We love to walk to the office every other day to get hot chocolate and enjoy the friendly staff and manager. The maintenance crew is just amazing and friendly. They changed the crew about 4 months or so living here so they have definitely upgraded. If you ever put in a request you will get seen that day or the next if it’s less argent (pretty quick) my family enjoys it here, and definitely recommend others to come and live here. They work so well with everyone and are super great with kids.

This is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing grounds. The management and maintenance are very helpful, friendly and eager to help answer any questions or maintenance needs when needed. The location is very quiet with a country feel yet close enough to shopping and dinning near Town Center. I 1000% recommend!

I was charged for pet damage after I moved out. I don’t have a pet and never had an animal in my apartment. Management was nice and tried to be helpful, but the only thing they could do was give me the number for corporate. I called and left several messages but never got a response.

Absolutely beautiful place, and secure. Never had an issue whatsoever until move out which is sad. I seen the previous reviews on it happening to other people and thought nah, it won’t happen to me. We were charged for an erroneous amount of things that never even happened. Was charged for pet damages when we didn’t even own one. Newcomers, be very cautious and take pictures with date stamps of every little thing even if you don’t think it’s matters. They WILL charge you for it.

The new management and office staff are amazing !! The pools are absolutely beautiful and clean. They may get busy or loud sometimes but that's to be expected with a pool on a hot summer day. The landscaping is well maintained. They are always hosting some sort of resident event which is nice. I absolutely love it here.

When we first moved in it was great! Office manager was on top of everything and always kind. Since new management took over things are slipping up. Maintenance does a decent job but apparently ignores entry notes. I brought it up to management but it seemed I was ignored. With having a toddler and a baby soon it would be nice if they understood to not BANG on the door or let me know they are coming so I can get the kids out of the way. Lastly… the pool situation. Don’t rent next to the pool. They have “rules” but nobody follows them… that includes the on site maintenance person. Lastly if you live in the newer buildings then you might get your moneys worth. Older buildings are over priced and falling apart. Apparently getting the hand rails painted was more important than fixing the massive holes forming in the sides of buildings fixed.

I lived here for three years now. The place is very quiet. Great management and maintenance always have stuff fix really fast.

Hands down, the best apartment I have rented. This is a luxury apartment in my opinion. The unit I lived in the past two years is GORGEOUS! The granite counters and stainless steel appliances are beautiful, the flooring is a dark wood color, and the balcony is HUGE! I was able to fit a 4 piece set out there. I'm in a 1bed 1 bath unit that's 621sq ft, but it feels spacious inside despite the size. There is a ton of storage in the unit as well. The walk in closet is huge too. You don't need a dresser to put all your clothes in, the closet is big enough for two people to hang everything you own in it. I don't hear much from my neighbors, but everyone here is friendly! The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues. Kashmir in the front office has always been quick to help with any questions I have. I inquired to renew my lease 7 months into my first year here- that's how much I love this community and my apartment. Also, the pool area is beautiful. There are three pools and a hot tub. There is also a nice grill beside it. The only reason I am moving is because of my job. If it wasn't for that, I would continue to live here. If you are not sure if this is the place for you, trust me, it is.
