such a worst experience, my cousin's condition was so serious dispite of starting the treatment they were behind giving us price list of medical equipment, they kept him waited till the money was not paid at the counter, inspite of paying money they didn't started the treatment they were waiting for patient aadhaar card for admission process....such poor service from hospital

Disastrous hospital run by Doctor Aabid khan. There are interns who look after the patients. For 3 days My mother wasn't attended by the MD. He was on leave. Unhygienic staff and ambience. Medicines were given to patient with bare hands. They have charged doctor Aabid khan fees where he was not available also. Charged us money and done tests without informing us. Threatened us that they will not release the patient till we pay the tests money.

I am very thankful to the city multi-speciality hospital and Dr Abid Khan and his team for curing my mother’s health problem with his skillful treatment . my mother has been admitted here twice, And both the times her condition was worse. But we have a lot of faith in this hospital doctors, nurses, staff here and their team. Doctors are professional and gave confidence to the patients. Please keep up the good work. I visited the hospital on emergency due to its proximity with my location. Patient was well attended and immediately treated. Dr Nasreen and Dr Aabid are well experienced in treating the patients and very honest in discussing the case details with you. They are easily reachable and approachable. It is not a big hospital, so you can expect more focus on your patients. Friendly staff and convenient location. There are areas of improvement and a lot of room to grow and enhance the facilities to become one of the best.

Hospital facilities are very good. And best thing is Staff is caring and cooperative. Dr Aabid Khan sir also trate petient in very good mannare puts patient before anything else.. Very happy with the treatment and services.. Special mention is that the staff in the ICU ward is very good , caring and helpful.

It was a great experience working as a trainee in this hospital. Other pharmacies were asking me for money for training but this hospital allowed me for free. Hospital Admin. Amin Khan sir welcomed me and really gave me the opportunity to learn, I have learnt a lot as this hospital follows NABH protocols and after completion of my train I can proudly say that this is the best hospital for the hard work they put for patients and keep transparency. My operation of fibroid is done by Dr Sunil paranjpe, ot staff kalpana sister is amazing, Dr nasira Khan took a wonderful care after I shifted to ward. Nursing staff Manisha sister sumaiya sister is good. Hospital is very well maintained by Dr aabid Khan. I recommend this highly.

Hospital atmosphere very nice. Doctors and staff very friendly. Dr Aabid Khan is an excellent doctor with superb skills. Special mention for Dr Arbaaz, the in house RMO who was very co operative with us and guided us whenever needed. The only reason for 1 star less is the medical as they are not up to the mark and while other medicals outside give 20-25% discount, the hospital’s medical does not give enough discount and the person concerned is very pathetic and rude
