5 Star Hotels in Mumbai provide cognitive spaces with quiet & beauty that the city needs more than any other in the world. Within 5 Stars I have always thought of Grand Hyatt as special because it is very well managed & is located in a quiet place. Lobby Lounge within Grand Hyatt is a great place that is quiet , can be used for meetings , reading a book while waiting & generally gathering your thoughts . More such places are sorely needed all over the world

Service was very slow. Food presentation was nice and taste was ok.

Amazing food (the best I have tasted in any lounge in Mumbai), great atmosphere and most importantly service is top notch. Have stayed almost at every major hotel in India but always go back to the Grand Hyatt Lobby lounge whenever I am in Mumbai (day or night). Always ask for Steffe when you go over there and she will guide you to what you should taste!!

Almost coming to the end of my stay in the Grand Hyatt and it will be a sad time for me. Why.... Because everyone here treat's you like family and makes it feel like a home away from home. If you're not looking for too heavy a meal or just a relaxing seat and a nice cup of tea/coffee and comfy seat with a little bit of peace and quiet then I highly recommend the Lobby. Where the lovely girls will see to your every needs big or small. Mrunali is one of the girls in the Lobby who has looked after me since I got here, greeting me with a smile and very polite. Same as all girls in the Lobby, if you want all this then go visit Mrunali and the girls in the lobby. And I'm100% sure you will not be disappointed. If there was a scoring system then I would give them 11/10 no problem. So go visit the Lobby on your stay. 👌👌👌👌😉☕☕☕🎂🍰
