Today I ordered from this hotel through swiggy. After an hour of waiting, I learned that someone else had picked up my parcel and when I asked them to order again, my order was cancelled. Poor management and inadequate services...

Poor customer service and management

Pathetic place at Hakone Powai…I wish I had an option of rating it -5 stars Cz I was craving for pav bhaji dosa and I asked if they had…the cook said yes…I was so excited to try out this place and he served me raw chopped onions inside the dosa…this place is pathetic..if this restaurant doesn’t serve an item then they shud say they do not have it available. My craving for pav bhaji dosa died on the spot…I regretted ordering from here…even the Mysore dosa taste was terrible…my niece did not take a single bite…please do not order or even try out any item from this place…please do not waste ur money…better go to Khao galli …you will get variety of food and worth the price. Please close this restaurant.

Ordered from Swiggy Stay away from this restaurant their sambar tasted like drainage water was used They are fooling on the name of coconut chutney it was a mix of dahi and coriander and lil bit of coconut. How did I forgot about aalu masala, it was stale and stinked too. They jusd added so much of kadhipatta in all items to hide that foul smell in food. Finally I threw away food because that wasn't worth eating. Wasted like 300 rupees. STAY AWAY from this restaurant

They won't allow you to sit on the table if you only order beverages. Very rude staff. Not recommended at all.
