    ‼️THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM‼️ DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I booked a Standard Room in this hotel online and my Booking was confirmed but when I arrived at the hotel, hotel owner refused to provide the room stating that no rooms are available and asked me to contact Customer Support for cancellation. We had the argument for an hour. When I cancelled the room after connecting with customer care, suddenly the hotel owner offered me the room for 1100 as Cash payment. As it was late at night, I had no other option. So I paid him 1100 cash for the room. The room was so dirty, no hot water in the bathroom, bedsheets were not clean, no blanket, no drinking water provided. Somehow I managed to spend the night at that hotel and I checked out early in the morning. it was the worst experience I ever had with the hotel booking. I want to give a negative rating to this hotel but sadly this option is not available here.

    🚨THEY ARE DOING BIGGEST SCAM AND FRAUDS !! DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER🚨 I booked a Room in this hotel online(Prepaid) and my Booking was confirmed but when I arrived at the hotel, hotel owner refused to provide the room stating that no rooms are available and suddenly the hotel owner offered me the room for 1000 extra charge as Cash payment I gave him 1000 cash for the room. The rating given to this hotel is purely fraud and scam...When checking out, they ask customers to give their phone a rating to their liking... When I reaches to the hotel, they told me they had no connection between OYO and us...First you cancel the booking and then give an additional Rs 1000.. Please visit the OYO team at the hotel and they do not serve OYO accommodation. . Manager and hotel owner rudely behavior. The room was so dirty, no hot water in the bathroom, bedsheets were not clean, no blanket, no drinking water provided. and I checked out early in the morning. it was the worst experience I ever had with the hotel booking.

    This hotel is doing a scam. We booked it from oyo. And what they did is they made a checked in and checkout by their own and didn’t allow us to stay. We did a prepayment of booking. Luckily i got back from oyo. Bt just not give commission to oyo they did it knowingly so that we will do a fresh booking at their place at a higher price. Be aware of such scam.

    Stay in this hotel if you want your valuables to get stolen. My wife's watch was stolen from this hotel by one of their room boys who left the job a day later. When inquired about the same, the staff told me that the room boy no longer works with them and they have no idea about him. How ridiculous! When asked to check the CCTV footage, I was told that they don't store the CCTV footage and it's only used for live footage. Coming to the rooms, there's no ventilation. They never bothered to change the dustbins or clean the washrooms from the previous stay. Just get yourself a better stay and avoid this place at all costs.

    Do not book this property ever. We had booked the room through agoda (prepaid) and on reaching the property, we were told that all rooms are sold out. The receptionist and the property manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional. They asked us to go look for other hotels at night. They even said you can contact oyo or agoda for refund. And in reality, for refund amount the property has to give a confirmation that the room was denied. It's a scam. If this property is not taken down from oyo and agoda, will have to move to consumer court and social media with proofs.

    Rooms are not clean or definitively not as show in photos. No hot water service 24/7. No water heaters too. Staff is fine, but give lot of miss information to keep you in. Not worth the price, if you don’t get anywhere you can come here. It’s manageable.

    The worst service. One sidedly they changed my confirmed hotel booking to some worst hotel. When I tried to contact to them at midnight in Mumbai and decided to request cancelation and refund, their helpline didn't respond. I was forced to search for alternate Hotel on my own at midnight in an unknown city

    NEVER EVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS PROPERTY. WE BOOKED THE ROOM THROUGH OYO CUSTOMER HELPLINE AND WHEN WE REACHED THE PROPERTY, THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE, EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM THE BOOKING ID. THE CHECK IN WAS DENIED AND WE CALLED OYO HELPLINE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SITUATION AND WE HAD TO MOVE OUT OF THE PROPERTY. WE CALLED THE HELPLINE NUMBER FOR THE REFUND BUT THESE OYO PEOPLE HAVE TO CONFIRM WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOT ANSWER THE CALL. EVEN THE GAM WILL NOT ANSWER THE CALL. THIS IS GOING ON AND I WAS DENIED TO CHECK IN AND I AM FOLLOWING UP FOR THE REFUND BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK ALSO AND GIVING SOME LAME EXCUSES. THIS IS A SCAM AND I WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

    The rooms are worst all shown in the images are fake they talk with you on the phone they will help you. But when you go there the reception guy does not care about the customers,i would recommend no one to visit this as the worst shown in my life.

    The worst experience ever!! I book this hotel from oyo where I have to pay 882 Rs for 24 hours after entering hotel they said they don't allow prepaid customers from oyo. So for they charge extra amount of Rs 1100 for 5 hours.Even after accepting this all within 5 hour they were calling us for check out just bcoz they have other guest. They don't evThe service was very poor. Theyeven charge more for bisleri bottles Rs.30

    They are doing the biggest scam ever. We booked the hotel through agoda and got confirmation after paying full amount. Reaching hotel at night and they already sold the room to someone else and denied us to check in. Hotel manager and owner behaviour so unprofessionally and unethically. Don’t choose this property

    It's located near Sakinaka metro, however the rooms are not great for the price we paid. Moreover I have been charged more than usual price citing unavailable rooms. Furthermore I have asked the room service for veg biryani and paid 230 but got a roadside food for the amount I paid. The rooms are just enough to fit one person and there is little space left to move around.

    It doesn't deserve even a single star,the receptionist are so arrogant and incompetent we were rejected upon arrival simply because we were black and yet we had paid for 2 rooms,this is my worst experience as a tourist in India so far

    I loved the room but washroom could have been better but it’s worth for money make sure not to book oyo has the hotel doesn’t allow so find on oyo but call and reserve 2 people ₹1000

    The best! Hotel that I've ever been in Mumbai. It has a good hospitality. The staff and the manager are kind enough to serve. Had a good time for 2 weeks!

    Flagship hotel mumbai inn in sakinaka andheri east is very nice and awesome hotel for stay bcoz international airport is nearest from there staff behavior very smooth reception guys are very supportive
