Not very professional team. Takes up phone order at 10.30 am for home delivery in the same building and didn't deliver till 3 hours. Doesn't answer phone calls further. After trying with different numebr they answered kept on hold for 7 minites and then they ask me what do you wish to order. Previous instance they initially denied my pending sum with them, which they later approved. Mismamaged store and yes not available 24 /7. I have been their customer for 10 years and this is what their service levels are :(

New name is Apollo Pharmacy. Not very reliable in home delivery of medicines. Untrained staff. Poor man management. Best to avoid this pharmacy and use Apollo Pharmacy in Galleria
