Really pathetic builder. Please don't ever buy from HDIL. So basically, they handed over possession of HDIL project 2-3 years after the actual date. This was also after a lot of fight and meeting and cases. They also too additional money before handing over the flats, saying that if you don't pay, we will cancel your flat. After this, the builder being the cheat he is, has kept a transfer fee of 2000-2500 per Sq ft. So even though you have the possession of the flat, you cannot sell it because the builder just wants to make money from you no matter what. Really disgusting people. Big cheaters.

Great view nd nice flats but water is main problem.you feel to live in village.high charges for rent,maid...all basic amenities are costly.think 100time before coming to this building.

The build quality (electrical wiring, plumbing, water storage, flooring) is very bad!! No OC! The entrance and underground parking are so badly maintained that they look like a dusty old underground mall parking!

one of the few societies in Andheri west where you can get a 1600sft 3 bhk for 3cr and a 2200sft 4bhk for 4cr. Due to developer issues there has been delay in getting OC from the authority hence buyers can actually get such good deals. Top notch location with close proximity to D.N.Nagar metro station and Kokilaben hospital. Adani western heights project which is adjacent bldg have 3bhk priced around 4.5cr.

This Society got worst water issues than any other society in the town and Parking management is poor. The management team sitting in society office is full of corrupt people. Only good thing here is the view if you live on higher floors. Think twice if you planning to move in here!!

PATHETIC BUILDING WITH NO OC AND MASSIVE LEAKAGE ISSUE. AND MOST OF THE APARTMENTS LOOKS INSIDE OTHER PEOPLE APARTMENT. Avoid avoid avoid.

Worst experience ever if you are outsider of building please dont go you call them make your meeting out of the building becouse all security guards disrespecting you and argue with u so please dont go
