this place is really good and very silent too. many christian community live and stay here. the houses and lane here will give u vibes of goa because they are very colorfull and a small church is also here, u will get to click amazing pictures. please ask before taking pic because it is someones personal and residential property

Its a 200 yr old house and the owner of this house is a famous indian designer names ferreira he has his shop upstairs. This designer is commonly known for his drape designs. You must visit this area as it is a really beautiful place which makes you feel at peace as it is away from the busy streets and fast pace of life.

Our second visit here and it won't be our last. James and his assistant, Pandu, cannot do enough to help you. A major part of our stay is having a long, leisurely, tasty breakfast with James and whoever else is about, as there are always people dropping in to say hello over a pot of James's special tea, brewed to his own recipe. It's hard to believe that you're in the midst of Mumbai here in Khotachiwadi as it is so peaceful, Ferreira House being nestled among similarly styled old Portuguese houses. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance or a short rickshaw ride away, Colaba too is only 15 minutes away in a taxi should you require more tourist needs. I really cannot fault this place, see you soon ❤️
