That was the worst massage I had in my hole life. I should have left after I saw the dirty toilet. The guy at the front counter wanted to insist me to get a massage with him, even though I said several times that I want a female massage therapist. He than told me to go and lay down in a complete used and dirty room. He changed the towels after I told him that the room is dirty and I won't lay down there. That was the second moment where I should have left. But the pain in my back forced me to stay and I was hoping for the best...the massage therapist itself wasn't really skilled. She had super long nails , which is an absolute no go for a massage therapist. She scratched my skin several times. She moved my joints in a painful manner and spilled the oil on the floor and proceed to take the oil from the floor and apply it on my skin. I felt super dirty and disgusted after this massage. Thank God she was working on me for less than 40 min instead of one hour. I paid half the price and walked out. I believe the reviews are all fake because that place is just completely disgusting, dirty and run down. Far away from European standards. Please avoid at all costs. I had to run back to my accommodation to shower after this massage and I still feel dirty and grossed out.

The reception staff was polite n cooperative and never allowed disappointment by not allotting slot as was experienced in some other branch of Yuan. Further, inspite of old premises, the management is maintaining the place clean n hygienic .The thai मसाज was genuine and par excellence.Great experience and intend to visit again.
