Nightmare! You always read about those stories of horrible hotels but this one trumps all. Located in a truly isolated area(like those horror movies), where if things go south you can't even escape. The photos seemed good and was showing 3km from Westin(which was fully booked and was having my conference there), hence the booking. But those 3 km, man! Through that jungle, You actually feel each of those 3000 meters! Staff very rude. I arrived when atleast 3-4 guests were arguing with the receptionist. Felt I'm up for war here right then. The hotel is completely ravaged. Bad smell everywhere, broken furniture, bathroom, everything broken, stained, torn. It seems it was intentionally made to be like this for some out of world experience! I mean how can someone be so negligent of such a property. They don't even give you the keys to your room. You have to ask them to open everytime you wanna go in. Wow! Although usually I make sure no one gets out unscathed after giving me a bad experience but here I didn't break the hell loose (read again- isolated, horror movie area where you can just disappear :)) It's not just horrible. It's dangerous. Don't book. Live on!

Rooms are dirty. Bed and Chair have fungus grown on them. Hotel is a bit spooky like haunted mansion. No proper water from tap or shower. The building is like half constructed and left. I would not recommend this hotel for stay.

The bed was really comfortable, the best bed I've had in India. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing from the room with huge windows, amazing sunsets from the room. However, the hotel is in serious need of repair, but in some ways I liked it. The room is dirty, has failing facilities and broken objects all over. But I enjoy exploring and lost places, so although the rooms were falling apart, the hotel itself was interesting to explore, it had an interesting vibe, semi abandoned and eery.

This is not the first time i have visited this hotel being a loyal customer this was always my first choice but the incident happened on 26 July when i visited again while checking- in had and arguement about the difference amount what was asked to pay while check-in well when i asked receptionist ( Abhishek ) he was rude and also had no genuine reply very rude and when i asked him i want to meet manager or any senior he replied to me with a pointing at my face in marathi ( Go from here or else i will beat you) and after that he slapped me directly and came out of the counter to fight with me and with him all the other staff came to fight and including (Abhishek) and (Yusnus mansoori) bellboy and other staff came to beat me and during this act i got injured on my face hand and neck as well well NC on this incident has been registered on Arey colony police station and strict action would be taken as assured by arey police and also everytime this amount diffrence are the problem with this property worst property not safe for anyone they have no clue if you book room for 1k through online app they will ask you to pay there amount and when asked they don’t have relevant answer they will directly say talk to customer care and everytime they say it is the issue from oyo and agoda whatever it is it is problem of hotel and thr property i will never recommend this hotel worst service worst hotel worst staff and service

If you are only looking for few hours cople enjoyment then only consider this hotel .. don't expect hospitality n service

First of all, it was so hard to find this location. We have to pass through a village and road with no lights.We were almost scared off on our way here by the driver that road is not safe burglaries happen on the road. Services : they provided us with water even at 2am . But they will not provide u the room key and everytime u go out , you will have to ask the boy to come with you to open ur door . All rooms open with a single master key. Hotel is huge hugee. We had to walk 10 min to reach to our room in the hotel itself. Rooms: rooms are spacious. Very spacious.view is beautiful . The mountains and the forests . But they are a bit dirty. Two single beds are connected to make one double bed. Not convienient. Washrooms are bit dirty . Even the floor carpet has cigarette burn hole.

It’s a horrible hotel. As there is no grading below 1 star I have rated it at 1. A dharmashala can offer you better service than this place. Absolutely terrible.

The experience was very bad. The hotel was run down and not maintained well. The hallways were dark and gloomy. The response from the reception is very poor. People kept knocking our room at midnight saying Room Service. It was a horrible experience. I donot recommend this place to anyone.

The worst possible hotel and stuff of people. The rooms are dirty and old. There is no maintenance whatsoever. Half of the amenities you cannot even use. The worst possible location. No ola or uber comes through. The hotel stuff are impolite and rude especially the receptionist lady. Worst hotel i have stayed in my life.

Ambience is good but this is located in remote area of Aarey Road ( near reserved forest area) not safe for girls group or girls roaming for solo trip due to isolated place... Property is not maintained in good condition will not recommend

this hotel rooms are big but bath was really dirty and they scam u all. I booked online from oyo app but when I reach hotel at night time they said I have to pay 2000 price total or else we dnt get room at all. oyo app is just a scam they ask to book online from there app and then they scam you.

The worst ever visit. We booked from mmt and did prepayment of 3076 rs for suite rooms. The moment we entered the room. It was pathetic. The man showed 2 rooms to us and one more guest and told us “jisko jo pasand aaye lelo”. Rooms were really smelly and half broken beds and broken switch boards old paints and pathetic vibe. It was as similar as haunted place. We left the hotel the same moment. Pathetic hotel ever

We were denied check in and the manager asked for more amount And then too said they want more money.and don't take online payments Pls don't ever book this oyo they demand. More money and even oyo has not refunded me the money ...

Never Stay in this hotel. If you paid online through agoda,oyo..etc they will not confirm room and u have to pay on hotel. No service No food No water ...No corporate stay No family stay plz dont book. 🙏🏻

Worst decesion ever money and time wasted Never visit these place it's horrible place Un clean room,un professionals people Rooms were so dirty can't even explain There was no AC remote,tv remote,key for Room nothing was provided It's was sinking like garbage Don't waste your hard earned money at these place. 1. Clean Linen, towel and toilet 2. TV with Hindi channel and excellent AC I do not expect more then above in Rs 1,200/night. Cons: 1. Avoid going with family, as crowd is not good. 2. You cannot lock door from inside, privacy issue. 3. You cannot extend check out even for 15 minute

Bad experience, they don't provide keys/ door card. All they is call is we'll open door whenever you want. They don't even provide TV & AC remote. Dirty washroom. NO WIFI, POOR SERVICE from reception. Overall bad experience. Except location.

The hotel don't even Qualify for a rating, location of the hotel looks like you are in a haunted place with no network, doesn't accept online booking & there is no communication to the customer about it, so one who books online should go there all the way and come back or he must pay 3 times more the online price

Very bad .. experience third class hotel.. staff is very rude.. we are waiting at reception 2 hr for my confirm booking ... Horabel experience ever.. request you guys pls don't come this place .. so far from anywhere.. we are coming here by mistake but this is my life's big mistake..

This place looks like a complete set up. It seems more of a shooting hotel than a hotel. The rooms are full of mold and there is no water in many washrooms. The cleanliness is at its worst and it looks nothing like the pictures. Not at all safe for girls. The corridors are spooky and gives b- grade vibes.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. They have not updated recent pictures of this hotel . I booked it from Oyo directly, the amount was reflecting online rs. 2149/- they asked me to pay rs.277/- at the time of online booking to reserve it and remaining amount once I check-in. When I reached hotel they asked me to pay rs.2493/ the total it amount rs.2770/- and when I called them back they started making excuses and refused to refund my amount. New ever book it directly from Oyo.

Worst service.Dont take risk of booking in this hotel just for the sake of lower price.
