Like every other branch, this one didn’t disappoint me in giving pathetic service. SBI doesn’t believe in servicing customers, it’s more like taking each customer for granted. 5 minute task will take you more than an hour. No respect of customers valuable time. Employees talk to you rudely. Branch manager is busy discussing personal things over mobile phone. The security guard is more polite and helpful compared to all branch employees together.

All female employees are talking like rude.. they all work are slowly and getting irritated.. plz request the bank change the all staff or fired the her jobs.. they did not talk polite.. they rude, work useless... Badest experience... Don't go this branch bank... 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

The manager(Ms. Jyoti) and staff are a blessing inthese times of covid 19. They are too helpful and they have this never say no attitude . I would like to personally thank all of the staff for their continued services in such times and above all their helpful nature.

Worst bank. No one wants to work there. My PPF after 15 years had to be redeemed. I submitted the redemption form on 4th August and till today I have received no redemption cheque after visiting the bank daily in this covid times. The manager says come on 16th August and check.

Disgusting service .. I reached at 2:50 , they didn't allow me to submit a cheque ..bank was closed before 2:50 . Bahut hi kamchor workers hai. And they are not cooperative at all. I wish i never had any account in sbi but unfortunately I have .

Pathetic staff very rude service manager as well as the boy who sits next to him maybe Prakash or something. He dont have manners to talk no proper service. RBI must take action on them.

Fab .. Special mention to Shri. Atul Kulkarni for exemplary display of customer service. Thus had also sent an appreciation mail in his name, to the Chairmans office as brilliant service always needs to be appreciated, encouraged and applauded.

Very irritating staff, cash counter wala Banda was so rude. Ye govt job policy nahi rehna chahiye Ab they behave like they are the king..

Pathetic service by this SBI Bank branch. The officers here are arrogant and rude. All they do is lie and mislead about processes and blatant lies as if people are fools. There is no branch foot fall ( jargon from banking industry..meaning the branch is always empty). The branch manager Nikhil Naik will never help out and come out of his cabin and that's the reason other officers sit and mislead walk ins. They make their own rules coz they won't do any work and send you back with arbitrary things Eg they will ask for a photo I'd and they won't use their machine to get a copy and conveniently send you back to get one. This is very minor of major lies they blabber.
