Rude unhelpful Staff and Looting patients by selling various packages!! After doing cataract surgery for both the eyes, I sent the documents to insurance company for claim process. The insurance company misplaced the original payment receipt and asked me to send a duplicate copy of the receipt. When i showed this email to the Kenia hospital and requested them to give me a duplicate bill, the person on the counter, started talking rudely and declined to help in any away. After spending almost 2 lacs for surgery these people don't even care about the patient. Now I will not be getting the claim money because of this pathetic staff. Never ever visit such private clinics for treatment, they are always looking for ways to loot money without caring about patient. I had requested them to do cashless cataract surgery, which they declined. Had it was done as cashless process, I would have not lost so much money. i don't recommend this hospital due to poor service and staff. They loot patients by asking them to visit multiple times and sell various packages.

There was too much havoc initially, while we enter the clinic. The doctor scared us too much with regards to my father’s eye. It was over exaggerating thing I felt. Later the medicines he prescribed are also too much expensive and that too u get at his clinic only. While Waiting there in the sitting area I also noticed that one patient had come for her eye check up as she had some problem after her cataract, the dr was nt ready to attend her, which I found was strange. Even other people were nt very happy with the way he was doing. Too much of staff and way too much crowded by them nly. As a drs clinic it has to be soothing and calm atmosphere and not too much havoc created by the staff.
