Looting
patients
by
selling
various
packages!!
After
doing
cataract
surgery
for
both
the
eyes,
I
sent
the
documents
to
insurance
company
for
claim
process.
The
insurance
company
misplaced
the
original
payment
receipt
and
asked
me
to
send
a
duplicate
copy
of
the
receipt.
When
i
showed
this
email
to
the
Kenia
hospital
and
requested
them
to
give
me
a
duplicate
bill,
the
person
on
the
counter,
started
talking
rudely
and
declined
to
help
in
any
away.
After
spending
almost
2
lacs
for
surgery
these
people
don't
even
care
about
the
patient.
Now
I
will
not
be
getting
the
claim
money
because
of
this
pathetic
staff.
Never
ever
visit
such
private
clinics
for
treatment,
they
are
always
looking
for
ways
to
loot
money
without
caring
about
patient.
I
had
requested
them
to
do
cashless
cataract
surgery,
which
they
declined.
Had
it
was
done
as
cashless
process,
I
would
have
not
lost
so
much
money.
i
don't
recommend
this
hospital
due
to
poor
service
and
staff.
They
loot
patients
by
asking
them
to
visit
multiple
times
and
sell
various
packages.
