Plan your visit carefully I am sharing my experience, 1. Starting from the first impression few of your security and management employees need to be taught how to talk to patients/relatives they carry so much attitude don't know for what reason. Roadside vendors or any unknown person would assist you better if you ask them anything. 2. Your infrastructure needs to be studied and re-worked upon. How can you guys transfer patients from casualty building to admission building wading through water on wheelchair? Is this what I shall expect from superspeciality hospital? Personnel assigned with patient on wheelchair to take patient for X-ray, sonography and room is not aware of a single roadmap. Why is such a person rostered in night shift that too in emergency ward? 3. In emergency ward why is your helping staff sitting, giggling, laughing and taking naps in front of patients? Aren't they suppose to maintain silence in emergency ward near the beds where patients are taken care of? 4. Assistant doctors too lack professional approach, they blast their staff in full public view irrespective of the fact that this is hospital premises and not their cabin or house. If your team members are not doing their job as expected you better train them with qualified trainers rather leaving them on duty to get blasted by seniors left right and center in full public. I have encountered this in emergency as well as sonography ward. 5. Your so called twin sharing room is a disaster. I literally don't understand how can you charge 2900 for this tiny space. I missed to take sq ft measurement of the space allocated per patient but sure it's not even 80sq ft. 6. If this is your twin sharing room why is a seperate door carved connecting other room for washroom use? Isn't twin sharing meant for 2 patients? Why 3 patients are using the same washroom.? 7. In your paediatric ward you guys don't even have a baby craddle to cater infants who are admitted. When I asked for it I was told it's not there like seriously SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITAL? 8. You charge 500 stating hygiene & cleaning charges, let me tell you during my stay not a single day I saw anyone using phenyl or air freshener in my room. They don't even bother to reach corners of this tiny space. 9. Who on this planet will approve a design wherein the emergency call button is placed away from the bed hidden behind the television? You expect patient to get up from the bed and hunt for this button to seek assistance? 10. X-Ray reports take 12+ hours to be handed over despite of numerous reminders n approaches. Mind it I paid 5000+ for this experience of sonography. 11. None of your nurses or assistant doctors wear handglove while visiting the patient. One thing is for sure never ever visiting again. This is not how a SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL functions.

The hospital is good. Medical services are best offered. We visited for a kidney stone treatment and got the proper medical advice and all. It is expensive in comparison to the other hospitals we visited in the area. Probably that is the price for good medical services in the city. I couldn't ignore a parking scam running here. I could see a couple of places where I could park my vehicle but was never allowed to. Instead, I was always directed to the valet parking provided by the hospital. It cost me 225rs to park for an hour! Attaching their parking rate card. I have visited a couple of five star hospitals in the city and this is the most expensive parking charge I had to pay.. Also, there were huge mosquitoes near the reception area where we were asked to sit. Edit 1: they only asked for my contact details. They never called me.

My mother just went in for a PET scan this morning and the machine was not working. There is no concept of calling patients to let them know. They came it at 7.15am for an 8 am appointment. After waiting till 11am they finally took her in. During the procedure she started to scream in so much pain saying her IV was out and they just kept giving her the DYE Contrast telling her it was ok. Is this some kind of a JOKE!!!! My mother has a swollen hand now and in so much pain. Do you'll have proper licensed professionals doing these procedures. Very unprofessional for this kind of a hospital. Have some empathy for your patients and listen to them if they are screaming in pain that you'll need to do your jobs properly or go find jobs you'll can do.

The reporting time for Jayant Barve is 1pm . And now its 1.27 pm he has not yet reported to his cabin. According to receptionist she said doc always come late sometime 1.30 or 1.45 Pm. what the reason of charging 2000? Why should we wait if we are paying such a huge amount? Majburi ka Faida lia ja rha hai this is totally wrong

Today my mother in law and my parents got vaccinated at Nanavati Hospital. It was a very smooth and fast process. The lady doctor who injected the vaccine has a very light and well trained hand with injections. They put us to complete ease of mind. Kudos to the entire team. Harita Gala(Shah)

I was recently hospitalised in Nanavati for a surgery. Unfortunately canโ€™t give the details of the same due to privacy issues but it was a small operation. While I was taken to the operation theatre, my relatives were informed that your kin needs blood and you have to donate asap. My brother who was the only person assisting me there offered to donate one blood bag, but these vultures said his that he needs more that. He said, all I can do is give one bag, rest you arrange and we shall pay for it. All tensed my brother was left with number of questions because as per our information there would not be need of a single blood bag! They said theyโ€™ll try and get things sorted and then vanished off. After the operation was over, the surgeon stepped out and informed my brother that the operation was successful. He asked them about all of the blood drama they did while my operation was going on. The surgeon clarified saying, โ€œ blood?! For what? He didnโ€™t even bleed more than 5 ml. Why would he need blood?โ€. My brother explained what happened out there and the surgeon just diverted the topic and went off! It was only later after asking around we came to know that itโ€™s a common practice that they do with the kins of the patients and get blood from them to fill their banks regardless of the need to the patient! Having asked it directly my brother would have donated for a cause but our question is, why to lie?! So in case you are getting operated be cautiousโœŒ๐Ÿป Make no mistakes, the operating team and support staff are amazing! Their diagnosis, post op care is just level apart. The only hiccup was this fakery of the need for blood!

Overall a very good experience. Had gone to visit a patient. Everything was in order. Found the staff very helpful and supportive. My friend who was admitted had a good experience too. A bit over priced for some services. Security was good and courteous. Parking could be an issue during visiting hours but plenty of space available on main road and lanes close by. Doctors and nurses are good. Very clean place. Nice covered sitting area outside with a small cafe.

What a fantastic hospital. Fully understands the patient needs and also family anxiety. Nursing staff takes such good care of the patient. Doctors personally provides regular updates to the family. Family can ask any no. Of questions to the doctors and they understand the anxiety of the family and answers them all with lot of patience. The whole process right from the admission to discharge is so seamless. Staff is so polite and friendly. Best wishes to Nanavati hospital. Keep up the good work.

Had gone to the hospital for my husbands biscep surgery. The surgery was done by Dr Gautam Tawari who was referred to us by Dr Niraj Vora himself. Must say from start to finish had a smooth experience with this hospital. My first point of contact was Sharaddhi Patil who managed all my paper work and details very smoothly. Secondly the surgery went off very well as my husband was in excellent hands of Dr Gautam. I was notified at each stage of the surgery and as someone who is waiting for reverts this update was a relief. The staff were very nice and cordial. Finally after everything was done the discharge was managed very smoothly by their team who looks after the insurance. In short it wasnโ€™t a stressful experience and I am extremely grateful to the ppl mentioned above.

Most ridiculous experience at the hospital. I went to Nanavati as my son (20 months) sick with fever, cold and cough from 4-5 days. They did Covid test and it was positive. Immediately they asked us to leave with our son, Paediatric dr didnโ€™t even visit or examine my son. Didnโ€™t even take efforts to find which hospital can accommodate us or at least suggest different hospital reference

I visited the hospital on 2/9/22 for my daughter's MRI. The service was par excellence, especially the helpful nature of the counter staff at the MRI section. I had to get a second MRI done and the technician on duty recommended to visit on a Sunday (4/9/22). He specifically mentioned that being a holiday, I can get my job done quicker. It was not meant to be. For my appointment of 12 noon, I reached the venue at 11.45 am. There was no one on the counter to guide or anyone to speak to . My daughter was finally taken at 1.10 pm for the MRI.Too many patients to attend but too short staff . I felt ,is it the same place I visited a couple of days ago . I must say that the place is absolutely neat and clean. Very well maintained.

Well maintained, well atmosphere, but little chargers are huge as compared to other hospitals, good check up good treatment, service okay , and patient visiting timing 5pm to 7pm at a time only one person can visit by visiting card.

Disappointing! My husband is here for a major surgery. I am giving 3 stars only for the doctor, the services given in Nanavati r not even worth that & its extremely expensive. Noone checks on you. The nurses are very laid back & not empathetic at all. Even when the patient was feeling like vomiting they didn't budge. Even after vomiting they took their own sweet time to get the injection. After fasting for more than 12 hours for surgery, when the patient was feeling extremely acidic, the meal they gave him was dhokla and tea. And this was after one of the nutritionists investigated his diet. When we returned the meal we were told that we will be given soup which came after an hour (patient was already fasting since 17 hours at this point)

One of those hospitals, which actually cares for their patients and provide the best-in-class hospitality and of course the treatment! My Father was hospitalised twice and we had a great experience overall!! Amazing facilities available even for the 'General Ward' patients!! Very nice hospital. Specially the nursing staff who is very prompt and attend to the patient immediately.

Ny experience was definitely very traumatic. Being working in healthcare myself in New Zealand, I encountered the most terrible nursing staff. No one greet, or tells you what medication they are giving you. Everyone is so aggressive in their voice. Starting from the ground staff who take your bills and to people who admit you in the wards. The care for your loved ones is lost as soon as there are bills demanded at the beginning of the service ( which is fine but when we asked for a refund of the service it literally took more than a month) with many follow ups. My father had to be admitted to a day stay and the staff were disgusting. The 2 girls admitting him at front desk were shocking with us. Language barrier being a factor but they were openly gossiping about us. They were only interested in the money. The one star is however for an amazing doctor we found. He was great. Apart from that never again. Shocking shocking shocking. Get prepared to go to hospital on a daily with no plans and sit and wait the whole day starving. Nurses could learn some manners. Not forgetting my dads simple wound dressing was cleansed with alcohol not normal saline!! Who does that? And please donโ€™t rely on international departments. They donโ€™t know what they are doing as well

Excellent doctors, but that's about it! My mom had surgery at the beginning of June in Nanavati. The consultation went smoothly, admission went smoothly, but the post-surgery ward was horrible! It was the worst experience with the entire ward staff. There was no handover between shifts, a lack of training, and no empathy or compassion from the nurses. In 5-6 days, we had many frustrating incidents. The worst was a case of malpractice when a nurse came running to my mother to feed her a syrup in a cap, and we told her she needed to use a proper cup. When she returned, she apologized, saying it was meant for another patient! That wasn't all. On the day of discharge, the nurse sent someone to perform an ECG on my mom, but it was intended for another patient! It was a mess! When you ring the bell for a nurse, "maushi," "mamu," etc., would come, leading to delays in taking any action for the patient. A nurse couldn't even open a battery-operated machine for painkillers while my mom was in terrible pain. They wasted time trying to figure out how to operate the machine. Clearly, the nurses were not skilled or trained! They did the dressing change but left the trash in the room for over an hour. There were no hygiene protocols, nobody wearing gloves or masks, yet they would charge you for it! Now, let's talk about the billing. It was a scam! They provided an estimate of 3.5 lakhs but charged me 6.5 lakhs, almost double! Upon checking the bill, I found so many mistakes! Reconciling the final bill should not be the patient's responsibility. We should receive an accurate bill! I paid a bomb for a horrible service, and even after discharge, they still charged for follow-up and dressing changes, which don't happen around the world! The doctors and their expertise are saving this hospital; otherwise, the management and staff are a scam and incapable! I feel sorry for those who are unable to speak up, but all the patients on my floor faced similar incidents.

Nanavati is a super speciality hospital. It's one of the best and oldest Hospital. Great panel of Doctors are here to take care of you. I visited there to see my Aunt who has been admitted there for her Knee replacement surgery. Dr. Pratap Bhosle is one of the pioneers in the field. Gem of a person with intelligence. He makes the patient so comfortable and motivate them. My Aunt was afraid before she met him. Each and everything got so smoothly that is great. All the members of staff also are exceptional. Good Hospitality and care Keep it up ๐Ÿ‘

I recently admitted my father here for his arotic valve replacement surgery. The experience was really good & satisfactory. We admitted my father under consultation of Dr. Vishal Khullar. Dr vishal is one of the best doctor for cardiac care one would find. He was very cooperative from day 1 & he has given me clear idea about the procedures/seriousness before the operation & due to his tremendous experience in the field, surgery went successful without any single complications. Best thing I loved about dr vishal & his team (Dr. Agnihotri, Dr. Shahbaj, assistant miss Anita etc) that they are highly professional & transparent with us. Also Dr Vishalโ€™s assistant Miss Anita sharma has given me immense support in coordinating for all the procedures, documentations & followups. A big thumps to all the team for making my fathers surgery such effortless & satisfying experience.

It's a decent hospital but far more lighter on the pocket as compared to others. Doctor I am referring to is way too sweet and calm and takes your problem as her own problem. Biggest minus for this hospital is that there is no underground parking available and on-ground parking is always full, so beware. Canteen rates are on the higher side. Staff/Doctors/Nurses/other staff are all very polite in their tone.

Nurses, ward boys and Ayahs are all attentive.kind and helpful. However, I observed that in some rooms more than one visitors relatives are permitted. When I asked about visiting hours I was told that there aren't any such visiting hours. Only one pass per patient and that is on fact a good step for the patient admitted. Security staff may please look into multiple visitors abd apply uniform rule of one pass

Tried to enquire whether it is empty stomach for ultrasound but could not get response as operator was not able to tell then call was transferred to concerned department, ring was reaching to concerned department but nobody was lifting phone in the morning. Then visited hospital for ultrasound of abdomen. Found charges were too high Rs3,300. Anyway, one doctor name was given for ultrasound. But found the doctor came for a few minutes only and whole ultrasound was done by a resident doctor. Seems it may be a practice in big name hospitals. For hospitals patient is a free live body to learn. When asked about report I was told it will be available next day in evening though when I provide them my e mail address then it was available in the mail after 24 hrs but it is still not available at patient portal even after two days. Why so much latency? Charging at their whims but providing such bad services. This may be result of corporatisation of hospitals.

He has had such incredible care from Dr Limaye and all of the team in the ICU . We are overwhelmed by the kindnesses of everyone at the hospital, from security to consultants and the international team. All explanations have been brilliant in English and comprehensive. We are in awe of them all. Such sincere thanks to everyone who has been involved from all of us who love him. โค

I sincerely thank Dr. Rajan Shah and the Dept of Neurosurgery, nursing staff in rooms and icu/ccu, doctprs in Anesthesia, Admissions & billing staff , all security personnel, f&b dept, and above all doctors who gave their time and effort and healed my brother. Special shoutout goes to Dr. Madhura, for showcasing the lovely human side and kindness. She was extremely approachable and kept us informed of the progress. She also asked for our well being and offered assistance for any other need in Mumbai including our stay by sharing details of hotels nearby. We need more such doctors who are proactive and always ready to help.

The process to admission is tedious, and the reception at emergency for preadmission requirements are not helpful at all. Instead of talking straight, not only they were rude but also extremely unhelpful. The doctors are really nice and the facilities are amazing. Since the hospital serves it's purpose, I will only remove the ratings for shear attitude that people at emergency reception gave. While I understand things will not seem emergency at the reception, but please be considerate enough to be kind.

I recently had a family member who needed medical attention and we ended up at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital. I have to say, I was really impressed with the level of care they received there. The doctors were knowledgeable and compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail. But it wasn't just the doctors who were great - the nursing staff were amazing too. They were always available to answer questions and offer support, which really put our minds at ease during a stressful time. The hospital itself is also top-notch. It's modern, clean, and well-organized, which made our visit as comfortable as possible. From the waiting areas to the equipment, everything was top-of-the-line. Overall, I would definitely recommend Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital to anyone who needs medical care. The staff really prioritizes patient care and it shows in everything they do.

Today did sonography at nanavati. Dr. Rashmi Parikh was extremely angry on us as we didn't take her recommended expensive sonography package. As few days back we had already done anomaly scan from outside the hospital. During the sonography she was constantly talking on mobile which is so unprofessional. During several earlier sonography at nanavati one family member is allowed with pregnant lady. But Dr. Rashmi Parikh didn't allow giving us excuse of covid. Also she was extremely rude in talking. She had the anomaly scan in her hand but in report she wrote in report that anomaly scan is not done by patient. She was so angry that I feel she may have used some high power in sono machine to intentionally cause harm to the baby. I request the public not to do sonography at nanavati.

I visited Dr Suruchi Desai for my mom. I am so happy for her diagnosis. She gave a very positive n nice consultation to my mom and didnโ€™t recommend any extra medicines. She told no surgery for her gynaecologist issues. So my mom was so relieved n thankful. I highly recommend her for any gynaecologist issues. I also would highly recommend Dr Pradeep Bhosale. He is the best knee replacement surgeon as he treated my moms most complicated knee surgery. Forever thankful to this fantastic doctor and his team. Nanavati has most advanced doctors and best OPD which is green zone during covid times. So feel safe .

I had neck pain issue which reduced a lot but still there was some pain remaining. I consulted and took treatment from Dr. Rajeshwari at Nanavati hospital. The treatment was fruitful. I know the source of the pain. Also, physiotherapy helped heal my pain almost 90%. I'm taking precautions to not get into a wrong posture and also doing exercises explained to cure 100%. Recommended hospital.

For spine problems, always refer Dr. Nikhil Arbatti. He is the best doctor. Very good nature and very friendly person. I had a very critical spine case but he did it without pain and very quick resolution.

If you want a quick consultation - this is the worst place to be. Too slow, archaic systems and very bureaucratic. The front desk is adequately staffed but the output is only chaos. All of them were functioning like headless chickens. Also whatโ€™s an executive lounge in a hospital ?

One of THE WORST experiences at this Hospital's Radiology and Nuclear Medicine department. They are too busy not being human. I have no comments for the Doctors. The support staff cares about the number of bills they have raised and not the patients physical condition. It's in the basement with no wheelchair access โ™ฟ so please avoid this place if you can. I thank the person at the OPD (one star is for that Employee) who was kind enough to understand the situation and help. God Bless ! I hope I don't have to visit this place again.

Overall excellent support by each and every section we visited. Absolute guidance and quick service, while maintaining social distancing in this Pandemic situation. Visited doctor for arthritis related issues. Had very good interaction with the doctor (Dr. Nimish Nanavati), who gave a patient listening to my case, prescribed what ever remedial measures required for overall treatment and recovery in a very simple n soft manner, thanks to Doctor. Overall had a very positive response from all quarters. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

When your doctor is a rockstar like Dr Rahul Tambe, you know youโ€™ve done some good karma in life to have found him. As brilliant a doctor as he is, it is extremely heartwarming when you experience how completely humble and approachable he is. He has treated my family, but special mention for the super special treatment he has given my mother since the first time we met him way back in 2014. All her problems vanish and her quality of life improves drastically whenever we consult him. If thereโ€™s anyone whoโ€™s the best, Dr Tambe is definitely him. Nanavati hospital and staff have been extremely helpful and my mother has been taken care of like royalty. Iโ€™m grateful beyond words can say for what theyโ€™ve done for my mother. They say itโ€™s the small things that matter, but here everything big or small has been treated like it matters. Special mention for Dr Mihika, Dr Aakanksha, Dr Madhura and sister Dipti. They are the A team and Iโ€™m forever in gratitude for the awesome treatment theyโ€™ve provided for my mom.

Special shout-out to Dr. Mayur for absolute attentiveness and care during ICU stay and to Dr. Madhura Sawant who ensured patient comfort throughout the hospital stay.

I was admitted to the Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital recently for a medical procedure and I initially had a few service issues about which I complained. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response from their executives who then made sure I was comfortable and that my issues were resolved immediately. Among the hospital executives who came to see me were Reena Tilwani(Head, Patient Experience), Dr. Aruna(Medical Administration Team), Dr. Ruhina Khan(Floor Administrator, Hospital Operations) who especially made sure that I was comfortable. Mr. Aditya Soi, Director, Patient Care Services also asked if I was doing ok when he was on his daily rounds of the hospital wards. Special mention also about Mr. Kaushal Shethia from their marketing team, who was unbelievably helpful and is an asset to this hospital. This kind of service is rarely seen nowadays, especially in our hospitals. Unfortunately, during the process of my discharge from the hospital, I had an unsavoury issue with my cashless insurance settlement between Star Health Insurance and this network hospital, which considerably delayed my discharge. Wish this could have been avoided. But, I trust that this wonderful and proactive team of the hospital will take steps to ensure this does not happen again.

I had chest pains a few days back and had to go undergo angiography and angioplasty on an emergency basis. The timely and appropriate medical attention I got in the Emergency, was indeed a lifesaver for me. My experience of Nanavati Max Hospital is very good. Right from the facilities, to the doctors and the medical support staff, everyone is excellent and supportive. I would not wish anyone to go to a hospital, however, in case the need arises, I would certainly recommend the Nanavati Max Hospital.

My mom was admitted here for a surgery so we spent about 9 days without much discomfort and it was only possible due to the management of the hospital, floor manager - Mr. Varun Tiwari, nurses - Ankita and Rohini, Aaya maushi - Varsha and few others. they are patient focused full of empathy, care and positivity. Always on their toes to attend and help. Hospital is clean and well maintained, food is prepared with minimal direct contact, good hygiene and served right on time or as recommended by dietician. While I had a great experience with the people and services mentioned above there were few hiccups regards to proactiveness, efficiency and communication gap among the doctors and the staff that stressed us out However upon raising those concern directly to the doct and floor manager most of the concerns were taken care off. Thank you.

Overall an expensive place for treatmentโ€ฆ.however the staff and doctors, even the people handling administration work like admissions were very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Vishwajeet Lotlikar handling admissions there. We met him the first day during admission, wherein he was extremely helpful, very patient, and explained everything including the expenses very wellโ€ฆ.and all throughout our stay at the hospital, we approached him at multiple occasions regarding our doubts, since we developed a certain confidence in him. The rest of the staff members, as well as the doctors were kind and helpful all throughout. We had a good experience overall, aside from the medical expenses which is obviously touching the sky in a place like Mumbai!

About hospital, overall cleanliness, service, assistant doctors, nurses and other support staff is exceptionally good. Support staff is available on press of a button. We were really made comfortable when you know hospital stay is so stressful. They have a lovely garden also where patient can go and breath some fresh air.
