We had a very bad experience when my friend had admitted his dad in Zynova Shalby, They started asking money from day 1, Also they don't pay attention on your patient, Every time you have to keep running for every single issue. Doctors are not good, Money Minded Staff, They dont care. Doctor Chetan Velani raised up his hands and asked us to take your patient back to your home. Now the situation is not in our hands after kept the patient for more than a month and the bill amount was about 6+ Lakh rupees. however patient is no more after spending so much of money in the hospital. All i can say the hospital is good, Wards/Rooms are superb, Maintained Hygiene, But treatment is not upto the mark. Doctors are not highly qualified and experienced. Take your decision before going to this hospital.

Horrible hospital No contact details available of the hospital. The contact number provided does not exist and there is one number which is working but no one answers the call. No matter at whatever time you call. 24*7 no one will answer your call. I am wondering is it a hospital? This is ridiculous. And on top of this they will keep on sending text messages stating call us on this number. When you call them on the number provided again no one will answer the call.

Very worst experience. I know this hospital and it's services from past years every year my mother need some treatment so we get in connect with this but this time the service was very worst unhappy . Especially the sister Christiana and maushi they were very rude even with the patient. Both of them asked ky 73 year old mother to take pot for washroom by Self and not to spoil the bedsheet if done so then maushi would not clean it . Also the security guard was very rude he always felt that relative of patient are here just for the purpose of roaming in the garden or to enjoy the hospital view they always stop you and waste time at entry gate itself. Highly not recommended and this hospital has broke tie up with many mediclaim company kindly check it before you get there. Once again not suggested this as behaviour of sister and maushi was worst I complained to the staff but no action unfortunately I have to suffer along with me my patient too did the same . Not recommended shalby 0 out of 10. The ward boy and other sisters are pretty peaceful.

I really appreciate the services rendered by Zynova Shalby Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. My daughter had a fracture in the right thumb and it was taken care by the team in an excellent way, right from imaging to diagnosis till the medical treatment; it was superb. I wasn’t personally present there at the hospital when all these things happened but the team took care of the whole situation as if it was their own daughter. 1. The medical team is attentive. 2. The staff takes good care of you. 3. The hospital is very well maintained and kept spotless. 4. Ample space for relatives to wait comfortably. 5. Parking space within the compound is a blessing. One aspect to improve is the billing. Slow and ponderous. And they still have not heard of things like NEFT to refund deposits. Was told I would have to wait about two months for the refund. Which would need to be collected from the hospital because it would be a cheque.

The medical staff who is really wonderful. They took really good care of my wife when she delivered our first baby. But otherwise he Hospital administration is horrible. Too many hidden charges, fake promises and get everything in writing otherwise they're gonna try and fleece you at every point. Check the detailed bills and be careful because once the payment time comes, all the people who have given you all sorts of commitments will disappear. They talk disrespectfully, and they just ruined this joyous time for me. Again, the nurses and doctors are fabulous, but I believe that is just because they are extremely invested in their profession and committed to helping people themselves.

Me and wife had visited Zynova Shalby for the second dose of Sputnik vaccine. The hospital is brand new and is super clean. The infrastructure is good and there was relatively less crowd for vaccination this being a hospital only administering Sputnik jabs. However, few points that really bothered us during this visit - 1. There is no clear communication about the vaccination process. We filled a form at the reception and presented the card for payment. After payment, we were asked to go upstairs. On first floor, we were asked to go get the payment invoice first from a different counter and then come back for document verification. Both the counters were busy with people and very less space for queue. A clear signage indicating the process and details like which counter does what would have been really helpful. 2. The lady on payments counter - Deepali definitely needs training to be in a customer facing role. She was rude to almost everybody and destroyed the image of otherwise wonderful rest of the hospital staff. The counter catered to both vaccine as well as OPD patients and maybe that is why she was visibly overworked. 3. There is no parking facility at the hospital. Disclaimer: We only availed vaccine facility at this hospital. This review is purely about that.

I visited hospital for covid Vaccination. Hospital staff is dumb and won't help you or guide you for payment or registration process. Long story short. 1. You need to have slot booked from cowin portal. 2. Visit hospital on time of your booked slot. Fill the form from ground floor staff. 3. Ground floor staff will ask you to wait for while in lobby till your token number. 4. Then ask you to go to first floor. 5. There again wait till other guy collect your form. 6. Then cashier (dumb and loud with no reason) will call your name, make payment. Then you can get the vaccine.

No humanity towards relative of dead patient post waiting for more than 1 hour at night 11 pm the staff not ready open the face of the dead person so lazy attitude and extremely not cooperative. No respect for someone's death as well. icu bed no.209.

Very good experience. Right from admission to discharge the process was relatively smooth. The place is well kept and clean. Better than any other hospital in Mumbai. Food and Canteen menu could be improved but other than that including Dr.s nursing and admin staff all were cooperative. I will highly recommend Zynova Shalby.

Very bad experience they r just charging heavy amount of money and doing nothing instead of hospital they r running hotels here . Specially the nephrologist Amzad pathan he is very irresponsible. He comes late he waits fr 5 minutes n thn he charges a heafty amount fr a day n doin nothng .They have charged 120k nly for observing the patient for 3 days.Team management is gud but the doctors r very irresponsible.Not all doctors though .I would suggest please dont waste ur money in such hospitals .very bad experience .

My grandfather had a minor heart attack and the staff was extremely loud and made my grandfather more frightful of the situation... Atleast the staff should have been smart and calm about this. Extremely disappointed with the staff and the doctor's kept saying the condition was very critical and the patient couldn't be saved. My grandfather became so scared by their saying. Atleast don't fright the patient who has already been through a heart condition!!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Don't go to this hospital based entirely on it's speciality, it's expensive and the staff and doctor's are extremely rude.

Facilities n treatment are good but co-ordination is very poor discharge process takes very long time even in cash payment. Only few tpa has cashless in this hospital. Due to no coordination between their internal departments patient have to suffer they should improve on this.

Doctor said at 9AM that u will get discharge today. But till 6.45PM we r in hospital and they r asking us to move from one desk to another for clearance. Very Bad... Worst hospital ever. Very bad experience. I lost my mother. It's just there business earning money by giving daily wrong hopes on recovery of paitent and sometimes creating panic . I have lost my mother . She was conscious her hands and legs were fine when admitted in this hospital. She suffered from brain stroke part face paralysis. Dr..Akash chedda neurophysician was the treatment Dr. He gave injection with overdose and due to which she suffered from brain hemmoraghe.On same day zynova on panel neurosurgeon operated committed us to remove clot but he said he was unable to saying ye paitent ke saath phele se sab galat ho Raha hai . Galat aap logo ne kiya hai my mom was conscious when admitted. She was on ventilator we have been given daily hopes by all Drs./ Superspecialist that my mom will recover daily pinching her on her body and showing she is moving little hand and legs. she is recovering . On 27th day she died . I will never forgive this drs. And hospital who killed my mother by wrong and pathetic treatment in ICU.They are answerable if they think just earning money by taking someone life is so easy they have to face karma. I am requesting everyone don't admit your nearones in this zynova hospital very less survival rate in ICU.

House doctors, nurse, cleaning staff is very polite and helpful taking very good care of patients. Twin sharing rooms are small in size for 2, premium rooms are good. Billing department staff is slow as well as making mistakes in bill.

Extremely well maintained, clean, hygenic, great service, not so crowded, pleasant atmosphere, well managed and well behaved staff. The best in design and clear instructions written wherever necessary. Lifts, emergency exit and inbuilt pharmacy store. I really liked the hospital. The look and feel of the hospital is also quite different as compared to what others hospital look like.

Worst Experience Dr has less experience On 17 October 2023 I visited hospital faculty Dr kush kela who's is dermatologist. He has inadequate experience. I Had talked for appointment that time said that he had experience more than 5 year, But dr has experience less than a year. I had vasculitis on both lower leg, he said it has erythema multiforme and given that treatment. He prescribed some medicine, after taking medicine pain & swelling on both leg due to inadequate treatment & knowledge of dr Now days many of person suffering from inadequate treatment & having inadequate experience of Dr Zynova shalby hospital is on of that hospital appointed dr without experience and inadequate knowledge. It's one of major loopholes in the management teams

Negative:If you go for Cashless mediclaim...they will make wait till eternity..no cordination between nurses and billing dept... Doctor declared us to discharge by 2.30 pm...we were made to stop in hospital till 8.30 pm....you will have to go from nurses to doctrs to billing dept round and round.... Eventually after so much trouble our claim was declined for cashless...as company claim that Line of treatment given to patient was no active...2 days of treaememt which is not considered by mediclaim company...in economy ward Bill is 25000/- Note : If you have good amount of money and need 5star treatment this is a place for you... Better go for reimbursement than chasless.. 8.30...

Very Poor Nursing care. Inexperienced staff. My father got admitted in the ICU got shifted to a room after 5 days and had to be shifted back to ICU twice because of irresponsible and bad nursing care. Billing is atrociously erroneous. They bill you twice for the same day ... They bill you separate category of rooms. Doctor visit charges cumulatively exceed the room charges. The list is long ... I am taking the legal route soon. Will keep posting updates.

It was a very good experience overall.. i had my mom’s cancer surgery done here by Dr. Amit Gandhi. Dr Amit is amazing, well spoken, down to earth person, gives his complete attention. My Mom was admitted for more than a month in this hospital. They have variety of rooms from general to premium and the most luxurious one is their Suit. Staffs are well trained and premises are very clean. Will strongly recommend it.

I delivered my baby girl here under Dr. Madhuri Mehendale The quality of service provided by the hospital is excellent. The best part was the warmth with which the staff handled the patients. Five stars to the nurses who handle the maternity section. They were a great support throughout.
