Terrible experience... My parents and relatives had been to the kashmir trip in an upgraded package with heena tours and travels...In gulmarg they made them stay in Grand Mumtaz hotel which was pathetic To start off with the rooms were very very bad.... bedsheets not changed..... bathrooms very dirty....the heater had short circuits...tables and furniture chirped off... The tour manager Narendar Bhai had no idea about all this and when he got to know about this he took no action what so ever.......the Food was stale all the way...roti's not cooked properly...the cook only shows attitude and in a journey from Pahalgau to Gulmarg not even once they stopped for tea or snack....in a journey of 8 hrs... pathetic service... Before this Trip i myself used to recommend heena tours to my family and friends...but after this wonderful (sarcasm) experience I'm sure I'll find alternatives....and imagine we got all this after taking an upgrade in the room and for a trip of 8 days they take 1.5 lakh plus per couple... Had booked uttarakhand tour from 6th to 15th may 2022 had worst experience. WASTE OF MONEY FOOD Very sub standard food, 80 % of the PPL in tour got stomach infections, motions and vomitting. Heena was famous for food n masala milk. Both of them was worst in the whole tour, bad time management. We use to sit on table for 15 min to get rotis which were so thick that my daughter even stopped eating. Maharaj was not even able to make simple chai good SIDE SEEING None of the hotels that were given were good enough plus defficiency of staff, bad management of time. 2-3 spots were missed due to lack of time. BUSES Buses were of bad quality plus ac was not good enough to keep cool, fans were hurting. Some days were so hectic that we never felt that we have gone on vacation. Bad management by Heena. Very dissatisfied. Will think thrice before booking a tour with Heena was at loss for paying advance money 2 years back... Heena tours, this was not expected

Worst experience in Heena tour for Uttarakhand.....we just had been there last 10 days. Hotels are not even 3 stars, food was of such a low quality than more than 70% of group had stomach related issues.....they didn't had more options in food and served paneer vegetable for atleast 6-7 times in 10 days. Time management is also very poor, they can't manage it and at the last moment had to rush to reach destination. The surprising part is the helper manager doesn't know anything about the place and he was also exploring the place for the first time! What was heard about Heena tour it's 360 degree upside down 👎 to experience with. I highly recommend not to prefer it for whatever destination it is. There are many more pocket friendly tour packages available with more good facilities than what was available in Heena tour. In simple words I can say, " Heena tour has lost it's standard."

My parents are on the kashmir tour currently. They are senior citizens and Jains . We send them through Heena trusting their food and services . First three days went very well. And since yesterday they are not providing any Jain food. They are actually starving. The manager says they have no control . The office and the agent we booked through Miss Vimla to be precise isn’t responding the phone and messages. Basically they fool you. So they tell you that in hotels they don’t get kitchen food will be an issue but they don’t say that this problem will be for 5 days in a 7 days tour. Be ware of their fake promises before you pay.

Kashmir tour is the worst and because of the tour guide javed bhai.If you are getting a tour guide named javed then pls cancel the tour or ask them to change the tour guide.our whole tour was devastated.JK 1. A grp tour then also it had the worst service the foodd menu was getting repeated there was no proper response even from heena tours themselves and instead they were giving rude answers.#kashmir

Thank you sooo much Heena tours & travels for such a lovely experience… we booked Heena tours for the first time…but the Jk4 Kashmir experience with u guys was just amazing…all the staff are very cooperative…our tour guide darimtiyaz & team was really on toes to give us all the services & really made our trip memorable…Food was very yummy from morning bed tea till night kesar dry fruit milk…everything was just Awesome. We chose Heena tours as we had been with them previously and had a very good experience. This time we went to Rajasthan RJ2 with Heena. Right from the beginning (even before our tour started) all our reasonable requests were taken care by our tour manager Mehtaji. I will rate my trip based on the following : Hotel rooms: We were based in hotels which were provided in the itenary so was very pleased with the transparency. All hotel rooms except one were really good, neat, clean and the staff made sure that we had a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy and hassle free thanks to Mehtaji. Itenary: I have been on tours with other tour operators and there have been instances where they have skipped places from the itenary so was very pleased that they covered all the places from the itenary. We were given sufficient time to explore the place. We also had a dedicated guide who explained very nicely and in detail. If the places were very far and not accessible by bus, they made sure that necessary transport arrangements were made to reach there (at no extra cost to us) thereby making it less tiring. Itenary was also very well planned so that it was achievable without making it too hectic. Transport: Our bus was extremely comfortable and had really good leg space. Bus driver was really good too and drove very well. Full marks there. Food: We were served different veg food items each day. All the food was really very tasty. We had quite a few tour members who had special dietary requirements and all of this was taken care of by the team. Sunny ji and his team always served with a smile and made sure all of us were well fed. Can't praise the team enough in this department. They made the whole trip totally worthwhile. Last but not the least our tour manager Mehtaji. Fantastic service provided by Mehtaji and that too with a smile. Made sure we got daily wake up calls and that we leave on time so that all the places can be covered. 5 star service from him. He is now a part of our RJ2 family 🙂 All in all we had a really good time and enjoyed our Rajasthan trip with beautiful memories. Can't wait to book our next trip with Heena.

It was nice travelling with Heena family. The TM Mr. Ravi & other staff were polite and helpful. They were having caring attitude towards us. Good valuable suggestons given. The Food was good but below our expectation may be due to absence of regular cooking staff for Heena considering amount of money spent. However overall experiences were memorable.

we were around 38 people in group ...We were 10 families n had a great time with imtiyaas (Heena travels)...he was so polite and guided us perfectly... we requested him many things but he never said no and the arrangements, food,stay etc was awesome... The worst staff communication i have ever come across they are not much interested U have to be behind them everytime as they are doing some favour on you so please avoid this tour

We took 3 times Heena tour.Last tour was JK-5 tour. After this tour, we will never take Heena tour in the future. They provided 12 passengers bus which was equivalent to Khatara. Seats were not comfortable, no AC or heating, even fan did not work. It was not possible for us to get up or down. The hotel in Patnitop and Pahalgam was without heat and loosing electricity every 15 minutes. The hotel in Patnitop had rooms two stairs up. Both day there we have to go up and down four times. This was miserable for senior like us. This was worst tour provided by Heena. They promised us that everything will be NRI standard. But hotel were only 2 stars. No more Heena tour for us.

We took Assam-meghalay-arunachal tour with heena in may 2022. It was our worst experience after having 13 tours with heena. Hotel, food and manager (3 most important) were not satisfactory although there were better hotels and good food available in the area. The manager was least bothered and was stingy in spending and was arrogant. We contacted Jeetu Shah (owner) but he did not lift the call nor responded to whatsapp message. Consider this as suggestion as now Heena is really downgrading itself tour-by-tour.

I had heard a lot about Heena Tours and have been planning a trip with them since a long time. Finally I got a chance to do the Kerala trip (KL01 Dec 16) with them. Since I myself have been a tour and program manager, some of the points will be from that perspective. To start with, it is expensive, no doubt about that, but you can say the services kind of match the cost. You are taken care of completely especially in terms of food. They constantly feed (bombard 😅) you with pure veg snacks and meals throughout the day. You are certain to gain a few kilos after the trip. The crowd that comes along with them is good family crowd. It sometimes tends to be more towards the higher side of age so do not expect crazy adventures and deep exploring of the dstination in the itinerary. Travelling with Heena is more about leisure and luxury. Beware of the sales staff. Get all the costings sent to you in mail before you make any advance payment or book flight tickets. They tend to charge you more after you do non refundable payments or even try to sell you higher category rooms if you sound more gullible. Many guests I was travelling with, experienced this. There is more transparency required in this area. About the trip itself: It was an amazing experience and totally enjoyed it. All the facilities including the hotels, travel (bus was good, could have been better) and food was up to the mark. There were a few minor hiccups here and there but all in all it was a pleasant experience and probably will travel with them again. The services and field management of the tour manager Mr. Badri Joshi and the kitchen team were excellent and sometimes also beyond par excellent. I gave a couple of feedbacks to the tour manager after the tour was over which included upgrading the bus and regarding a certain sight seeing which could be improved further. One another suggestion which I am mentioning here could be that a bit more of local cuisine can be added if possible. Thank you team Heena, co travellers and Mr. Badri Joshi for making the trip memorable.

The experience was as always fantastic. Although we were only 5 person, the response by Anupji (our manager) was spot on. The overall tour experience was very pleasant and fantastic.

Really commendable experience. The staff is simply awesome and all the amenities provided by the company, be it the hotel stay or the food or the travel experience in all is outstanding. I would definitely recommend everyone to plan atleast one trip with Heena Tours and Travels and I am sure they will have the same experience as mine.

Was amazing to complete the my switzerland tour with heena tours .. undoubtedly at ground level Mr bhavin our tour manager had managed the tour smoothly . Must say a gentelman with good experience.. Very good hospitality and service. Tour manager's approach is like a family member even kitchen staff is always ready to serve with smile. Special thanks for executing JK-7 plan for only 4 members. As always food quality and varieties are delicious. One area of improvement is that when there is a lunch on transit route, identify and select the restaurant/Dhaba in advance, specifically considering the ambiance and hygiene. Overall it was a fantastic tour.

Experience of Nepal tour was excellent except horrible Hotel Queens Park at Pokhra, which is useless & secondly the traveling by road from Chitvan to Pokhra. It was a horrible experience. Don't travel by this rout road, instead better book flight. Heena should inform & advise to clients about this matter while bookings of tour by innocent clients.

Mismanagement by HEENA TOUR & TRAVEL I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent tour booking with heena tour travels company. I was very excited to go on arctic trip( Finland, Sweden & Norway)on 11 feb 2023 but unfortunately, it was cancelled last minute by them Firstly, I would like to bring your attention mismanagement their visa processing fail to get our visa by providing wrong documents Finland consulate told us that your hotel booking is not there provided by heena tours.We have to get another appointment for visa and got visa on our own effort when they failed to get. Then they postponed tour date to18th feb 2023 all of sudden saying other client's visa also got rejected with the same above reason and so many other reasons. Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed to hear about the cancellation of the entire tour at the last minute on 8th Feb 2023. Saying some client diagnosed with skin cancer and other all bad excuses . Due to which i has to book tour with other agencies. I understand things do not go as planned but I expect better communication from a tour operator especially foram world wide (HEENA tour travels) Thereafter want to inform you all that Ms Foram is not capable of conducting this type of tours . The tour was astonishingly way past my expectations and we were delivered a smooth and subtle trip with lots of fun and enjoyment Summarizing things up, the food , the transport ,travel and overall all amenities provided by Veena was really convenient. Boredom wouldn't linger around you as you get to meet more people for the same tour , make new friends and interact with the tour Co- ordinators.

Me along with two other friends went to Do dham yatra by Heena travels fron August 31, 2022 to September 7, 2022. We were three females travelling alone for this trip. Heena made it an amazing and memorable experience by extending full support in terms of hotel bookings, cab bookings, food n all other facilities. The tour was organised so nicely that we enjoyed every bit of it. Whichever hotels were booked, they were so neat n clean. Food provided was so good n healthy. We did not face any health problem during our entire journey. Being an all women trip, our safety was also taken care of. The sales executive Ms. Vimala Sumra explained us about the tour in detail. She explained very thoroughly all the do's and dont's about the whole tour. She was also helpful in co ordinating with the sector manager. The sector manager Prakashbhai Rana helped us and guided us throughout the journey whenever needed. He was always available on call and very supportive. The cab driver Manoj was also an experienced and well mannerred. We had very good darshan at both Kedarnath and Badrinath. Overall it was an amazing experience with Heena travels. I recommend everyone to take their amazing tour service. Thank you Heena tours and travels for giving us one of the best memorable trip.
