One of the most pathetic hospital ever. Dr. Utkarsh, the so called orthopedic surgeon treated my accident muscle wound and made it more worse. Thanks to him I am now left with another wound because of his negligence. Doctor's are meant to save life not to make it worse. Reception Staff and Doctor Utkarsh himself will never co-operate. Staff is very less, you need to run behind nurses for help. It's a money making hospital, they will charge you for what not. Only one trolly and wheelchair available in this pathetic hospital and if it's occupied patient has to wait until it's available. Uneducated reception staff, they don't even know to update proper details of the patient. Also there was renovation work going on in the hospital while so many patients were being admitted and it also affected the patients because there were so many dust around the hospital. I don't know how come this hospital is even functioning. Would never recommend this hospital. I wish I could rate zero.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rishabh Ostwal at Paramount Hospital. Despite being labeled as a lead doctor, it was evident that he lacks specialization and is nothing more than a general physician trying to make money. The way he communicated with patients was unprofessional and when faced with a serious case, his only solution was to shift the patient elsewhere because they lacked the necessary specialization. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable in the medical field and I would strongly advise against seeking treatment from Dr. Rishabh Ostwal at Paramount Hospital.

Please dont admit on this hospital very costly they are charge me un wanted amount you have any mediclaim they are will suck. Worst hospital and worst doctor (urvi maheshwari). gone through bad experience. Inhumen and rude to patient. Even we wanted to shift patient, didn't allow. Due to her negligence, requested for discharge at 4 pm, she and hospital staff have released patient after 12 pm night in worst condition with huge amnt of billing.

Worst doctor (Urvi maheshwari) ever seen in my life.. did not clear the doubt we had asked her instead got angry while asking question and assumed her self to be blamed by us for alligations.. when the dr is clear and have a good knowledge they have the clear all the doubts without hesitation instead getting angry and changing the topic.. please act like doctors not like stupid people.. patients come with the hope that doctors are there to cure them well not to use them and just satisfy their hunger for money...

Not good....they don't have machines and other equipments for stroke patients and they sent us to some zynoba shalby hospital in ghatkoper...seriously that hospital also was horrible in one day my father in law died after charging us a whopping amount of 2lakhs...it's better for any emergency or checkups go to Cooper hospital...

Horrible experience.. wearing doctor jacket and having sthethoscope or having MD degree does not make you a good doctor. I went with an emergency condition for my grandmother who is 95 and not eating or drinking for days and Dr. Akshya shetty behaved with us with no empathy. She simply said I asked you to come early at 1 and now you are coming hence I cannot see her as I am leaving and I am already late. We asked questions and requested humbly to visit our home which is nearby (not even 500metres), she refused as if she has appointment to meet Modi or Biden. I am also a professional and beyond everything whether you are MD or holding numerous degrees if you cannot be a good human being, they are all worthless according to me and I am never visiting this rubbish hospital ever.

People coming there are thieves. Took away my shoes. Management don't take responsibility.

She is just spoiling the hospitals reputation.I'm not the first person to say so if u go through all the review u can see this lady urvi is such a mannerless,money minded lady who do not know to talk with patient. Certain question asked about patient n she got angry so soon, she started screaming so loudly that I thought she is not a doctor but psycho patient. first she will grab all the money by all test n than she will leave.I must say very very bad experience with psycho Dr Urvi.plz don't suggest any patient with this psycho urvi.

This is not a hospital, this is a SCAM Centre. All the doctors are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The doctors here are only good at squeezing out your money, they only know how remove your money from your mediclaim. The staff is rude and pathetic. All they want is YOUR MONEY. You can even order alcohol in the room if you pay the staff. So yeah, it's a great hospital in Mumbai, you should consider getting yourself or your loved ones treated here and not miss the once in a lifetime opportunity to get ripped off royally.

Today my mother had an operation something pricked her leg Dr. Utkarsh did the operation and the charge for the operation was fine Hospital experience was also good Now let's see what happens in 3-4 days I will know today only bandage is applied Don't know how the operation would have been, let's see if I want to change something in the feedback, I will definitely do it.

They telling me to go to medical shop at 01:15am for search of medicine. after i asking they giving me excuse that there is pain killer liquid in your Glucose bottle. from the time im suffering from pain and hiccups. I was surprised to be charged 600 RS to just look at a half broken nail by doctor Utkarsh & not doing anything about it. He prescribed me a regular bandaid from the medical. The hospital seemed below average, and overcharged me. I suggest you avoid this hospital. I feel scammed and regret visiting this place. The staff also wasn’t welcoming.

They are pretty must available to loot people at anytime. Asked to get admit without clarifying any doubt. However when I denied their attitude changed. Their staff is at all together at different level very bad for patients.

Very good hospital, and very careful place for any patients, all doctors are very well treat... I like this hospital behaviour.

They don't allow to view your patient from small window of ICU.. They just close all the windows and God knows what they do inside... When we made an attempt to view inside the ICU they say you cant see your patient as per Rules and the lady inside was so scared as if she was doing something wrong and we caught her. One of the staff taking a dead body on stretcher was drunk.

All the staff members are good, kind, attentive and very helpful. Dr Utkarsh Sir is very nice and gives good guidance, got a deluxe room which was very hygienic and equipped with Ac, small refrigerator and TV. Super happy with the service and treatment. I went to admit but Dr. Akshaya Shetty,I did not admit, and took money from him even after I explained that don't check me if you don't admit, he is a very unemployed doctor, because he became a doctor to earn money. It is not worth 1 star. License of such money-grubbing doctors should be revoked.

Hospital was fine. Staff were good. Doctor gave good meds for my throat infection. But charged 700 which I felt is very expensive for an ENT diagnosis. I might visit again if I don't find better doc with little cheaper charge.
