Good doctor Great clinic... Very well structured and nicely done... You don't feel claustrophobic here unlike other clinics in Mumbai Staff is also fantastic.. Very helpful and cheerful. This is an amazing clinic which provides the best eye treatment. Dr. Indeevar Mishra is one of the best doctor’s I have visited till date. He is very professional and a true master of his craft. The staff at the clinic are equally professional, polite and patient will all people.

Had a terrible experience today. My wife was supposed to be operated today and we showed up at the hospital 20 minutes late. The doctor and anesthesiologist refused to conduct the surgery saying that they were on a schedule. This despite us telling them that we only got late because 8.00 am was too early a time and we needed to wake up our girls, get them ready and feed them breakfast before leaving home and that there was no one at home to take care of them. The receptionist wouldn't listen to us and continued to argue. The eye specialist and the anesthesiologist were both present while all this was going on. They left at the same time as we existed the building. And they made us pay Rs.2000 for all the "preparations" that they had made. When we asked the receptionist to at least speak to Dr. Mishra, she wouldn't call him and said that we'll have to wait for him show up after 2 hours. Terrible people. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ It's 16.05 and I'm writing here since there's no way to reply to your response in reviews. 1. Contrary to what you're claiming, never once we were told to be at the hospital by 7.45 and never did we agree. I was told to be there by 8.00. 2. I got a call at 8.12 from the hospital to hurry up and be at the hospital. We reached there by 8.35. Both the specialist and the anesthesiologist were there. I'm sure by then you had already decided not to perform the surgery. Why call us and tell us to be at the hospital then? Just because you wanted to fleece us. 3. Besides, if you were so persistent with your follow-up, couldn't you have called us at an earlier hour, say 7.30? 4. I understand that time is of the essence and one must care for other's time, but in life things don't always follow the clock, to the minute. A 20-30 minute delay wasn't something that you couldn't have accommodated. 5. You hide behind professionalism and courteous behavior but those two things also mean care and consideration. You're in the business of caring for patients, people who come to you in distress and pain. The manner in which you and your staff dealt with our situation today was far from caring.

Clinic has good ambience and gives off positive vibes, which might also help in calming the nerves of patients. Clinic is accessible for patients with special mobility needs via a chair lift. Clinic has a lot of modern tech and machines for diagnosis which you won't find in many places. Also tied up with many Mediclaim providers so claim processing is seamless and handled by staff. Clinic staff is very supportive and kind, Ateentive to any queries you might have. You will be treated well also most of the staff including the doctor can speak in Marathi. One thing to note is you can't get appointment as patients are checked on first come, first serve basis. For most people price should be reasonable for checkup as well as surgeries, had my keratoconus treatment done a few years ago by Dr. Mishra's recommendation (but at a different place, again with doctor's recommendation) also recently performed cataract surgery for my father, surgery was seamless, and staff was supportive throughout. Support after surgery is also excellent. Doctor is well versed in modern medical treatment and very knowledgeable, stern when needed and kind otherwise. You might get intimidated at first Dr. Mishra is very cool. Also, doctor won't scare you with telling misleading things and I feel he is really honest with his patients. You can approach the doctor directly for any doubts or concern. Have recommended the clinic to friends and family, all had good things to say about the clinic.
