RIDICULOUS SERVICES. I had my dad admitted in an emergency. These guys wouldn't take needful measures till we would pay 1lac IN CASH. No UPI OR CARDS. Quite catchy. They run the tests without admitting. We paid for the tests but since couldn't pay lac deposit we wanted to take him home but these people refused to give away reports. We had a tough time handling that situation. 3 days struggle to get the scans and blood reports. And the patient was covered under mediclaim... RUDE AND CARELESS STAFF

Dr Sylvia doesn't deserve to be a doctor at all. She recommends long list of tests and threat innocent people if something can happen. But see nothing happened. As she suggested, I referred other doctor and I am much satisfied. She doesn't even have etiquette to talk.

Nothing holy about Holy Spirit. Would give the worst negative stars for the bullying done in general by the hospital staff. Dr Ashish Sharma and Dr Shilpa Gupta need to learn basic manners and get over their money making attitude. With their (un)holier than thou attitude they pass baseless comments and blurt out whatever comes to their mind. The entire Hospital culture is full of extremely rude staff. Will prescribe unnecessary tests after tests. Once a patient is in the hospital they will ensure all the tests are conducted from brain mri/ contrast mri/ endoscopy / colonoscopy / pet ct scan/ spinal fluid test etc etc etc and a minimum of 2 week hospital stay minimum. Am not even kidding that all these tests were conducted on my uncle as a Guinea pig or a money making tool. They will rob whatever quality of life that remains from dying patients due to their arrogance, attitude and money making tendency. when the patient and relatives are already going through trying times, they will ensure they suffer more . their report was fully wrong starting from the date mentioned to the therapy received. They will say the patient is ok from their side but will refuse to write it in the report saying if they write it we will neglect the patients care - again another baseless coment. Every single test result came normal. In the end we were left with a hefty loan to repay the bills of the hospital. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior. They are big bullies and make money of us.

We came in from another city and were looking to find a good doctor during the last 3 months of pregnancy. By God's grace we found Dr. Pankaj Lodha at Holy Spirit. Dr. Pankaj is very friendly, humble and kind. We wanted a normal vaginal delivery and thanks to Dr. Pankaj's planning and effort we were able to achieve that seamlessly. He always listened to all our concerns patiently and guided us through the last stages of pregnancy and delivery. Extremely grateful to Dr. Pankaj for delivering our child and giving us all the support we needed.

A note of deep gratitude, To the team at holy spirit of whose skilled expertise we have the fortitude!! We came here with shattered bones and a broken spirit, And gently, with every smile and optimistic interaction we have had, With the best doctors in house to the kindest nursing staff we might add, You made our stay as comfortable as can be, And for that,we will be indebted for as long as we for-see!! The verdant open hallways and sparkling corridors, of which we walked the length n breadth To the quiet and sombre spaces where we said our prayers and to divinity we implored, Making friends with fellow patients, exchanging information and keeping daily health scores Not to forget, the endless cups of tea n coffee at your Bombay to Barcelona store So,thank you for doing what you do each day, for being the ray of hope n sunshine in our grey and sad days To Dr.Sanjay Londhe,Dr.Kashish,Dr.Swapnil,Dr.Tarana and to the entire nursing and HK team at C ward We hold you in high regard and for your well being,we promise to routinely pray🙏

It's a very good hospital with trained staff members. Cleaning is also there. All types of Therapies are provided. But sometimes the staff becomes very rude and don't talk properly. This the only minus point I have seen in Holy Spirit. Everything else is very good.

The hospital is a good hospital, but the nurses working in the hospital think they own it. We people taken an appointment so that we don't have to wait in line to get our test done. But the staff don't care they will work the way they want Why give an option of appointment when you'll don't know how to follow them. I mean you have doctors and nurses well educated but that difficult to understand a word and follow it sad but through. We believe in you and you guys waste our money make us pay extra for the test but this is the treatment we people get.

WORST Hospital ever. Would give negative ratings if possible. The emergency services are only for name sake. No emergency treatment and care is given to the patient, especially during night. The staff (both general and doctors) have no value of time and providing timely treatment to patients. Highly inconsiderate, there will not provide clear information and senior doctor not having time for related of patients to explain process and treatment worst experience not given treatment to patients on time very risky for any serious patient life there risky patient life in danger give want there deposit first treatment later on worst in condition patient then also there want to follow rule and regulation life is not important for them very bad hospitality

I've been visiting Holy Spirit Hospital for over 20 years and used to consider it one of the best in town. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing, to the point where I've decided not to return. My problems began in the outpatient department (OPD) where the management seemed to be falling apart. The staff was unhelpful, and the place was chaotic. Even worse, I was charged a hefty fee for a doctor's consultation in the emergency room, where the service was terrible. It felt like they were more interested in money than patient care. I decided to opt for a special ward, expecting a more comfortable experience, but it was far from what I had hoped for. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and there were spider webs on the walls. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the regular rooms more comfortable. Paying extra for this subpar room was a big mistake. The hospital staff, especially the nurses, were very disappointing. They acted like inexperienced trainees, talking loudly and not showing much concern for the patients. They mishandled intravenous treatments, causing discomfort and even injuries. What's worse is that not a single senior nurse checked on me during my three-day stay; they left inexperienced staff in charge. The food was another disappointment, with poor taste and the same menu served repeatedly. Despite my clear request not to have fish, they kept serving it. It seemed like they were trying to make me sicker. The lack of privacy was also frustrating. The staff would walk in and leave doors open, forcing me and my relative to act as doormen. This not only disturbed my rest but also made the air conditioning less effective. The front area of my room had a nurse station, which was constantly noisy. Staff members would joke loudly and make a lot of noise with dishes throughout the day and night. This was a major headache for me. The billing was the final straw. The hospital insisted on repeating tests I had already taken the day before just to increase the bill. They even bundled several tests together under different names to charge more. To make things worse, they charged a significant amount for masks, gloves, and syringes, even though none of the staff wore them. The most frustrating part was when they took away my leftover medications upon discharge. I had paid for those medications, and it's my right to take them home. It's unbelievable that they can just confiscate them without my consent. My experience at Holy Spirit Hospital left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning. I spent a lot of money during my visit, only to receive subpar care and inflated bills. The hospital's unethical billing practices, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff have shattered my trust. I'd advise anyone considering Holy Spirit Hospital to think twice and explore other healthcare options, even if it means going to a government hospital, because this experience fell far short of what one should expect from a healthcare facility.

Do not come with the patient at all.Doctors are treat less and act more. They should go for acting career. They make environment which force the patient's family members to put the patient on ventilator for foolish reason. They don't give the whole information to the family members about the patient. After not a single improvement in patient's health till the 11th day in icu I shifted my patient to the other hospital and the bill is 245697₹.plz don't allow them to play with the health of your loving one.

Worst hospital for admitting and treatment. All fresher staff (Doc and Nurse). Moreover doctors left whole treatment on newly recruited Nursing staff, who consider your loved ones as learning materiel. If you really love your family members then never think of admitting here. OPD is OK but treatment with admitted patient is nightmare. Stay away from here. Note : ICU head is biggest Dumb Head so called Doctor.

I am highly disappointed with pediatric Dr. Jyothi Suvarna she misbehaved with us by throwing the file on table. She didn't even gave the advice as we are new parent She is taunting us that u young gen Z people are careless in attitude etc .No parent be it Gen Z Or millennial would compromise on giving the best to their child. As a consultant she can't talk about our personal things and although with irrelevant topic. I being a staff patient, if this is the treatment being given, then one can imagine what would be the treatment rendered to ordinary outside patients by the doctor

What I like about the this hospital is that unlike most hospitals parking is easy to get. Also the staff are very polite and patient. The doctors that visit are well know. The rates are very good and they are not like a normal hospital that are out to rob the people. What I don't like is that things are slow and almost government run types. But that is the only thing I would say is not the best about this hospital.

This review goes out, particularly for the billing department of the hospital. Two catholic ladies working there are highly humiliating and disrespectful to almost all the people they cater their impotent services to. They need to be fired in order to have your hospital run because the toilsome money that is being transferred in your account from the people is to be given the highest respect. And these two women are pathetic in their service, they do not have the basic ethics of communicating with a person . They genuinely don't belong there. My father, a CKD patient was unable to meet his query with regard to a bill receipt, One of the two (lady) was rude and harsh instead of assisting him by his condition. This deeply bothers me knowing how a missionary charitable trust with the vision of service and love can employ such inhumane people. I have the hope you can still do better by employing the right people.

A good hospital ... well qualified doctors and the fee is also reasonable but the other charges like x-ray, blood test, urine test etc. should be less. Tests are expensive. There are doctors for almost any type of diseases to treat. The medical store is also available inside the hospital where you can pay in cash or debit card ... enough space is provided for the patients to sit and wait for their turn. Cleanliness is also good. You have one more important facility in here is the parking area where you can park your car or motor cycle free of cost.

The name is Holy Spirit but it’s not less than any evil spirit in terms of collectinng money from people. It’s my second experience that this hospitals have no kindness over people health than their wealth. In terms of principles what a hospital should deliver this carries absolute ZERO value zero.

This was an experience that was totally different from hospitals, even the pricey corporate ones. The clinic is well equipped, but above all, the way these Drs. Took care is extraordinary. Money making business, they are heartless, a lot of internal politics no support from the management also, they MAKE FAKE BILLS and the hospital billing staff is all involved in this I got to know the reality once I received the original bill and now the hospital is threatening my family using legal terms to cover up their employee Ms Theresa Nadars (billing department) wrongdoings. Which hospital doesn't issue duplicate bill to the spouse of the patient admitted? It is our right and the hospitals lack of transparency with the immediate family. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They all are inhuman

I am highly disappointed with the gynecology department junior doctors. I came to the hospital with my wife for a follicular study. After getting the reports, we went to the gynecology department to show the report. One junior doctor was there, and we showed him the report. He said I would consult with the senior doctor, then let you know in 10–15 minutes. We waited there for 1 hour, but there was no response. Then, one more junior lady doctor was there, and we went again and asked her. She said I would consult with the senior doctor, then I would let you know. Then, after some time, they made plans to go out, but they left without giving any suggestion , and we were sitting there like idiots. This was very unprofessional behaviour from the junior doctors.

Excellent! I was admitted for two days and my pre & post-op experience has been just excellent. I knew from the start that I would be in good hands with an experienced Oncologist surgeon Dr Ian Dsouza, who was highly recommended by my friend. The full staff in special ward C headed by Sr. Laiji Andrew and Dr Prashant were just superb! Right from the morning and night shift nurses, dietician and catering support team seemed hardworking and warm. Even after the operation, while I was in the recovery room. Dr Ian met my husband and assured him all was fine, he was elated by his gesture together with the Aesthetician, who tried to calm him further more. All the bills and procedures were transparent and straightforward right from the start. So we dint get any surprises after being discharged. Drawback security: Both the guards at the main gate are rude. I am sure, they are doing a good job, by keeping the hospital safe from intruders but I am also sure with their experience ( if any ) they can sort the shady people out from genuine visitors.

Review About the Holy Spirit & Dr. Susan Sodder : In 2019 my wife had cyst laparoscopic surgery by Dr. Susan Sodder (Gynecologist) & in Jan - 2021 our first child delivery was done by Dr. Susan only at Holy Spirit Hospital. The overall service experiences in the hospital was excellent. All the staff were very professional, polite, supportive & attentive. Every single need was taken care very nicely by entire staff. They were all serving in love as their motto says with lovely smiles. The attentiveness & proactive service of staff was noteworthy in small small matter. We will surely recommend this hospital. Review About Dr. Susan Soddar (Gynecologis): We are consulting Dr. Susan Sodder since 2018. She was recommended to us by many of our friends and colleagues as they had their own personal good experiences with this doctor so we thought to consult this doctor & we found that their opinion about this doctor was absolutely correct. She is very very experienced doctor. She is expert in correct/accurate & timely diagnosis of the issue. Also we found, she will not advice any unnecessary medication or test unless it is necessary. She has the serving heart & not money minded doctor. Her consultation is very straight forward. We are very much satisfied with this doctor & highly recommend her.

I was under the care of Dr.Kevin Quadros who had some personal commitments during my last trimester. I was then under the care of Dr.Pankaj Lodha. Having some risk involved in my pregnancy I was already anxious. Dr.Pankaj Lodha immediately put me at ease, every visit made me feel positive and relaxed. From the time I was admitted on 2/1/2021 upto my discharged date, I was well looked after. The staff was courteous and understanding. I will always remember both my deliveries in 2015 and 2021 at Holy Spirit Hospital. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely like to recommend Holy Spirit Hospital if you are residing in the area and are looking for a clean, reasonably priced and good doctors.

Absolute money minded doctors. At least I expected to be a good hospital based on their mission values but it seems they aren't. I took my mother to visit Dr Nicolas Antalo. His team suggested xray for both foot wherein patient had complaints in right foot only. When we told to coorect it, his team denied and forced us to go ahead with both x-rays.Pathetic!!! Plus when we asked the remedy for the pain they said no cure as it's because of age factor.Doctor said the pain is incurable.Out of 4 visit we were lucky just once to meet Dr.Nicolas. What the hell is happening here!!

The Hospital and staff are excellent, however as far as amenities are concerned there is much more room for improvement. 1. No santizer bottles provided outside ICCU lounge areas. One would think this a most important need considering there is risk of carrying germs/virus inside ICCU during visits. At a crucial point in time while the world is fighting a Pandemic, this one should take prime importance. Even shops and retail establishments provide this basic facility. 2. The waiting rooms for ICCU relatives should be installed with door closers. It is appreciated that the hospital has provided a lounge facility with AC, but the relatives abuse this facility by keeping the lounge door open all the time. A waste of energy resources. I am surprised the management has not considered this???

I have been going here for years. It's a very very clean hospital. Polite, courteous and helpful staff. The nurses and doctors are really doing a great job. Nurses are really hard working. The staff on all the counters are polite and courteous. I am undergoing Physiotherapy at the hospital and I must say they really care for the patient. All the physiotherapist are so helpful. They only think of how you can get well fast. This is Service in true sense. When you care for your patient you are doing Service and it's Service with Love. Simone and all others are so polite and go out of their way to help. Thank you Holy Spirit for being there for us.

I would like to narrate a harrowing experience faced by me and my family at holy spirit hospital. my sister in law had to bought in an emergency condition in casualty at holy spirit on Tuesday afternoon (23rd November). She was diagnosed with left kidney & ureter stones. She was admitted in deluxe room at around 6.30 pm.  After reaching the room, she was not started on any intravenous medication until 7.30 pm. medication & saline was started only after we told the sister at least 3-4 times that she had not passed urine since morning and she was totally dehydrated. The sisters were very slow in putting the IV canula as well. The room was not all clean and there were too many mosquitoes in the room. From next day evening, she started getting fever of around 100- 101 with severe headache and nausea. On asking the sisters to check temperature , they were very slow in checking with their thermometers. THE thermometers were of such poor quality that she was shivering and having blankets on her, still the sisters said there was no fever as it measured 98 degrees. when we checked with our own thermometers, the temperature was 101. after repeated attempts to give fever injections, the sisters were not acting fast. We asked the sisters to call the resident urology doctor ( dr Pramod), but he didn't come to check on the patient.Such kind of attitude is totally unacceptable by sisters and resident doctors at such a tertiary center. Next day morning, we narrated previous days events to Urology consultant doctor. He was surprised that Patient had fever all night and his resident ( Pramod) had not informed him the previous night. He assured us the best care when he came for rounds. The same story repeated next night. Checking temperatures is such a basic thing to do. Even a non medico can check it. How can the sisters be so inefficient that they are not able to measure temperature? Friday early morning the fever was very high at around 6.30 am. the sisters were very slow in coming to the room despite repeated bells. When the sister finally came to the room, we demanded for the resident doctor to come and check on the patient to which the sister replied that patient has DENGUE and her report had come the previous night itself. We got really furious at the sisters. This was the point where we decided to take a transfer from holy spirit. It was because of lack of hygiene and cleanliness that she got DENGUE from the hospital. We have had a nightmare and a terrible experience at HOLY SPIRIT. I hope the higher authorities look into this matter and take strict action against the sisters involved and also the urology resident doctor (Dr PRAMOD). Its because of events like these that people are losing faith in doctors and hospitals. It's been 2 weeks since the episode still the hospital authorities have not responded to our call, emails. Just the standard reply - we will get back to you. If there was a system of giving negative stars, then I would give minus 5 for HOLY SPIRIT HOSPITAL.

My pregnancy and delivery experience has been awesome Best Maternity Service in Mumbai. I believe that these 9 months are very precious and one always wants them the best as anything can go wrong at any point. So it is very helpful at this time to have good support, especially on the healthcare front especially from the doctor. Certainly, one has multiple options to select from, to go to any kind of facilities available in the city and we are happy we chose Holy Spirit Hospital for our baby’s arrival. The reason was very simple - I had really good feedback for the facility as well as the doctor and our experience was also amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. When we met Dr PANKAJ LODHA we were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in the right hands. Theses 9 months are definitely not easy and it has almost been a roller coaster with so many ups and downs and mostly downs. We used to panic and would get depressed at times and that is when the immense support from the doctor made us feel most comfortable. So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time. “My experience has been awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. The doctors are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude. Dr PANKAJ LODHA certainly is an amazing doctor and even 5 minutes with him can make you feel so much at ease and he gives great support at every step throughout the pregnancy.Never met someone like him before. We feel really grateful that we chose Dr Pankaj Lodha to deliver at Holy Spirit Hospital.

Thank you so much Dr for your constant care and guidance. I was standing in the middle of two distinct roads, both filled with darkness, but I am fortunate that you have given me hopes for a brighter future. Overall nice experience. Sister's in the general ward are caring and does a good job, in the ICU more staff should be employed for elderly patients. Please have the main canteen back in the hospital, the small canteen doesn't have much stuff for the relatives who stay with the patient and is often out of stock.

The reason behind giving 2 stars is for some staff who were not upto the mark in regards to their work. I was supposed to undergo surgery on 7th sept, I came on 6th @9.00am as advised to get admitted a day prior to the surgery. I had opted for admission in single ward with 4 beds. The day I arrive no beds were available I was waiting untill 13.30pm. There was an elderly lady and a guy In the admission query department who said there were no beds available. To show sympathy , that guy finally made sure I get admitted in day care ward. After which I got a form frm them stating we are shifting you to the ward of your choice and again got a call in 15 mins stating the patient is not getting discharged… is this a joke … then how can you write on a form with the signature stating the bed is getting vacant . Finally I got the bed at 21.30pm After that I got to know frm the patient next to my bed they said the bed were vacant frm past 24 hours . It simply shows that these people want to generate more income when you have mediclaim. The staff nurse on the 2nd floor A bit healthy ,(dark skin tone ) coming in mrng shift … didn have a smile on her face , it seems she was sent forcefully to take care of the patient’s. The student nurses were way better than her . During discharge the bill was never presented to us to check , it was directly sent to the insurance company for claim. Ridiculous. Rest all was upto the mark Dr. Antao an amazing doctor , very helpful and down to earth , his assistants (Dr. Swapnil ) and others … always ready to assist … the physiotherapist ( Adrian ) was friendly. The canteen food was good , limited dishes on the menu but it was ok.

Will definitely recommend this hospital to everyone even the doctor and nurses visits were routined so that no unnecessary disturbance is done to the patient which helped in adequate rest and well monitored recovery

I had come here for a Biopsy test as recommended by the doctors from our IIT Bombay. After a checkup with the doctor, they refer for a skin test. It was my luck that, I could make an appointment in the same day with the skin specialist after ~3 hour. I roamed around the place during this time window and found the place beautiful. The wall of the hospital is full of Christian quote. I came here for a Biopsy test and ended up with a skin test.

One of the best hospitals in western suburbs. Neat clean and very well maintained. Huge complex with total greenery around. Highly professional staff, nurses and ward persons. We have been visiting this hospital since last 20 years now. Whenever we used to try another nearby hospital, in distress we would go back finally to this hospital. My mother is very grateful to Dr Antao (ortho) who operated her major spine operation and made her walk again and since then she is on her feet almost 17 years now and also thanks to Dr Shilpa Gupta (Oncologist) for her good diagnosis and specific treatment and therapy. Mother praises the open space areas, cleanliness of the hospital. Nurse/staff behaviour is too good. Bless them all.

MOBILE HAS DESTROY DOCTORS REPUTATION The most useless hospital is Holy Spirit. Yesterday I had a stomach ache in the office. This useless hospital comes near my office. I quickly caught the defense and reached the hospital. He went to the emergency ward. It was told at the reception that there is no stone doctor. I asked where to go. Then said go to the emergency ward in front. There was no senior doctor in the emergency ward. There were 3-4 nurses and 1 doctor who was busy on mobile. His clothes were also dirty. I said two doctor sir, he ignited me and started talking to other people and it is a matter of fun that he stays busy in mobile and also talks to people. Sit me down on the bed. It has been 30 minutes but I have not even come to see you, the nurse has just checked the blood pressure. Then I went back, sir, see me. So I said that I still have a patient inside and see him. And then he got busy on his mobile. And he started laughing on the phone. I immediately ran away and got treatment in another hospital (Original) Worst hospital. I have rated 1 star for the support we have received from the staff here. However, i would rate 5 Stars only for Dr. Pankaj Lodha. Dr. Pankaj Lodha was recommended to me by one of my family member, for my wife's maternity and Dr. Pankaj Lodha was helpful and supportive and has always been a positive person. He explained the process and timelines in the right way and we had trust in him immediately after our first visit. But me and my wife are highly disappointed with the support we have received from the nursing staff. I was recommended this hospital for my wife's maternity but the support, attitude n response from most of the nursing staff was very unprofessional and not acceptable. Initially, after we were blessed with the child, the nursing staff did the cleaning and wrapping the baby but later we were asked to do everything on our own and we were furious to have such a response as this is our first baby and the baby was just a day old so both me n my wife were kind of feeling helpless. When we requested them to support us on this they replied, "they are low on staffing and have other babies to take care. But i believe the nursing staff must be responding the same way to others as well". On the 2nd day, one of the sister from nursing staff comes to us at 09:30pm and asks if we can move to the other ward. Me n my wife agreed to support them and shift to the other ward even though my wife had a C-section done just the previous day, due to which she could barely move herself. But here to make things worse, the nurse asks me to go down to the admission counter and make the changes considering this shifting of ward was the hospitals request but still they asked me to go and make the changes and I clearly declined to go and make the changes, as I was the only person to take care of my 1 day old baby as wife couldn't move or sit on the bed because of the C-section surgery. After our co-operation with the shifting, we wanted help but the help didn't arrive even after using the bell for 4-5 times and this wasn't the such instance, wherein, the help was there. Most of the time we had to ring the bell 3-4 times or even i had to walk upto the nursing station to ask for help from the sisters. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone ever if the same thing continues. Please understand we trust you and your team to take care of us when we are getting admitted in the hospital for any reason it maybe. Hope this feedback will help to get the necessary changes so others will not have to face the same inconvenience.

Dr Pankaj Lodha is a Gem for us. He is an excellent Dr because by nature he is very positive, polite and friendly. You can call him any time to discuss your any issue and always your discussion will get over with lots of positive vibes. He has superb experience and always understand your view point. I suggest to trust on his words only and everything would be great because he never ask for any unwanted tests or visits and medicine. Thanku so much Dr for your support and guidance during last 9 months and a happy and safe delivery of our baby.. Along with this I would like to say thanks to all sisters for their support and politeness after admission for delivery.

A Big Thank You to the Doctors, Nursing staff, and other personnel at Holy Spirit Hospital. Earlier this month, my Mother was admitted at the Surgical Ward of the Hospital. Her condition was diagnosed, treatment was started, and now she's on the road to recovery. During her stay at the Hospital, the Sisters were always there to support her. Their kind words and cheerful spirit helped speed up her initial recovery. In the middle of this pandemic, the Sisters are living away from their own families and bringing good health to patients. My family is indebted to them. God bless them all.

Excellent food, good services, well catered meals to the patient...A special mention to Dietician Dr Ammatulla mam....I feel Dr. Ammatulla - she is the Shining Light...Diet is equally important as medicine....I wasn't following a proper diet earlier with many faults...but after her consultation I have realised it's not difficult to follow a healthy diet & I have fallen in love with food.....She has counselled me so much in depth about food, insulin, monitoring sugars daily and also on the correct techniques and tips to keep in mind while taking insulin...She has explained me A to Z about diabetes, right from start to end. I would rather say that she is a "Complete Package"..... I had so many doubts regarding diet which were very patiently answered by mam....she is the "BEST PERSON" & very polite person I have come across in the hospital....Thanking everyone who has helped me recover 🙏🙏

I successfully delivered a beautiful baby in Holy Spirit Hospital under the care of Dr.Pankaj Lodha. He is extremely kind, helpful, accommodative and supportive. From the time i commenced my pregnancy upto the time of delivery he ensured I was comfortable. I live 15km away from the hospital but considering the treatment i received this journey of 30kms for my checkup was completely worth it. Since it was my first baby , Dr. Pankaj spent additional time to explain the whole process. In the third trimester my sugars shot up and we anticipated complications however Dr. Pankaj was relaxed and was able to calm my nerves. He kept saying "Dont worry, just enjoy your pregnancy". If you would like a normal and a minimal pain delivery then he is the best doctor to approach. he is available on whatsapp throughout the day and always answers any questions or doubts you have. The nurses in holy spirit are very helpful and are always available to help and care. Strongly recommend Dr. Pankaj and Holy Spirit hospital.

Hospital landline is pathetic. Line shows busy if answered operator just says Hello and line is disconnected. You need to try for atleast 15-20mins with repeated attempts just to get through the operator...Please improve landline services.

An expensive but busy hospital. The general surgeon with an infamous temper needs schooling in patience.. Here patients don't have the freedom to take another opinion. I was shooed away by another general surgeon when I went to him as his ethics did not allow him to look at his doctor friends patient, even though the patient herself wanted it. I was very unhappy with the hospital as most of the employees there are impatient and almost rude . They surely need to understand that a patient going to them is anxious, troubled and worried . They are also spending money. They need to be treated well with politeness and dignity. I wonder who will do this task of training the staff.

Very good charitable hospital. I was admitted last year for hysterectomy . Dr Aditi Parmar did the surgery. The entire surgery and post recovery was painless.Dr Aditi not only gave me confidence about recovery but she really took great care of me. The nurses in the hospital are to God fearing and really took great care. God bless the hospital and the entire staff .

A few drawbacks : Maintenance of various lighting and door closing mechanism, Call bell switches, reading lamps to be checked; had experienced an electric shock which was however rectified after complaining. Toilet exhaust fan should be fitted in Rm B120; other rooms too should be checked. We were troubled with the excessive sounds / vibrations during our occupation at Rm 120, when civil construction work was going on just adjacent the room. Though complained several times, the issue was not resolved. Patient had to quietly bear the trouble. Nurses should check inventory prior indenting medicines etc; cost effective management should be practiced. Hygiene should be maintained; mask up and gloved / sanitized prior attending patient / the room. There have been fees, excessively charged, and management should consider discounts for long duration patients. Lab visit (room collection) and process charges should be waived off and reduced respectively. The medication at the hospital is excessively charged; suggest the discount be passed on and availed to the in-patients too! Do this good deed! Chemo fees by Hospital and Doctor, which are charged separately, should be reasonably charged. Compliments : Ward In-charge, Mrs. Ansamma (B-surgical) has been very helpful and cooperative throughout the hospitalization, from Feb 2023. Enjoyed the meals / food served at the hospital. Pantry Staff were very cooperative and understanding my needs during my difficult moments. Thank the nurses for being very helpful during the entire course of treatment. The icing on the cake : Loved the atmosphere of being in the presence of the Holy Spirit. The healing touch experienced everyday, starting with the Holy Communion and regular visits by Fr. Jomon and Sr. Sarita. I felt and I testify the miracle happening; the MRD report after almost 2 months, showed up with NO DISEASE. Praise The LORD. Thanks to everyone who prayed for my treatment, visited and offering petitions at Holy places/ Shrines / prayer towers, and all the doctors especially my treating doctor, Dr. Shilpa Gupta, and the nurses for taking care of me through the healing process. Most importantly, I thank all those who volunteered to donate blood and platelets.

Extremely poor medical facility comprising of medics and professionals only interested in making money! During hospitalisation, the expert docs are not accessible to the patients except in person at varied hours of the day, with no alternative recourse being offered. No proper followup possible with expert docs as the patients cannot contact the treating docs post discharge. Extremely inhuman and outdated communication methodologies under the guise of protocol which includes insisting on getting bedridden patients to emergency, hanging up on followup calls etc. When it comes to their billing systems, that's another chapter by itself. All in all, avoid if possible.

My 88 year old mother was recently admitted into Holy Spirit for a vertebroplasty procedure. Dr Bhavin Shial who performed the procedure was brilliant. Dr Ashish Sharma was very professional and knowledgeable. Every staff member was really commendable and went out of their way to make my mother comfortable. The care and affection shown by every person helped my mother feel better. The place is very clean and is well administrated. Sister Sheila and Sister Susan are very dedicated. Such people are rare in today's hospital environment . Gavin the PR person, visited everyday ensuring that feedback was actioned. Thank you for all the care and God Bless this wonderful team!

He provided his constant support throughout my high risk pregnancy and also motivated me for normal delivery. He is a very positive and a calm person and is available for his patients 24*7. I would highly recommend other people to consult Dr Pankaj for their pregnancy journey.

Seamless admission and operation Process carried out by all the staff members. Very supportive. Just that if the attendant could also be explained about operation, if all went successful then it will help. Rest at all other stages nursing sisters were very helpful.
