Worst IICU Doctors in ICCU ward fight with each other loudly in front of critical patients. They don't even look at and take care of patients everything relatives has to do. Government hospital is better. Dr Adithy who takes money has no moral values and does not know how to speak with relatives. He a shame on doctors and medical industry especially Disha hospital.

Worst hospital I've seen so far. Staffs aren't friendly. Doctors are rude. Facility is appalling. For delivery they are hell bent on Caesarean than trying for Normal. They've fixed the cap for Caesarean for 80K and have decided that whoever comes we'll do C-section. Doesn't care about the well being of the patient. Doesn't even bathe the baby on the 2nd day after delivery. Supervisor doctors just come and ask for any problems being faced, doesn't provide any solution. Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever. Waste of 80K and put my wife's health at risk. Only admit your loved ones if you don't care about them. Waiting to get out of this hell hole without further damage.

In competence staff Mr Aditya cash department giving wrong bill for settling claim I had done my payment in cash but when I ask for cash payment billing I was handed over with casless format of billing and Mr Aditya told me once payment is received by hospital hospital will pay you money.when I had paid all cash why my mediclaim money will be transfer to hospital all pre examination done in cash by me.he had provided me package form of bill in which everything was included than also I had to pay cash for all my test which I had done

Fraud hospital. The billing department claimed that Mr. Sudhir was the billing department head. Then claimed that he is the CEO. In this computerized age; where even grocery shops and restaurants provide computerized bill. Disha hospital has provided hand written bills. They take advance much more than the total bill amount and keep it with them for days. They earn interest. They do not provide the final bill even after two weeks of getting discharged. The bills do not details of the consumables and other medical kits used. They provide a round figure bill without having the details. They harassed a Covid-19 patient. I was admitted for Covid-19. The treatment was really nice and I got recovered in a week's time on 16th June. The ground staffs like nurses and sisters are really cordial. But really disappointed by the administration. First no one picks up the phone. I called 20times. You guys charge not less than 1lc for every patient but sad that things are not organized. I received my bill but 9k bill was missing. Every time one cannot come for you guys mistake . Mr. Aditya is really not at all a good person . The way he talks with patients as if he is paying bills for them. Really disrespectful behavior and tone. It's a big lesson from me as I got admitted in hospital for the first in last 30years and the exit process and services was really really sad. This showcases that hospitals are just doing business.Once they receive money, they forget that patients are their customers.. Really really disappointing. I will surely share this experience on social media

Pathetic Hospital, Even government hospital gives good service. My Aunt was admitted for 3 days after that they said they can’t handle them so we transferred her to another hospital. And Dr pinkesh is absolutely useless person and also the staff were very rude . For just 3 days they have make a bill more than a 1 lakh and also they have not given breakup of the bill. So if You wanted to save someone don’t come here wastage of money and after that the health of patient will be more serious…..

Good and friendly staff and good service. My wife delivered here on 23 oct 2022. through c.section. Doctor had also given proper treatment. I have one concern with the billing. While discharging I was not provided the final bill. I had Mediclaim through which i covered my expenses, I was not given the break up of medical charges and procedures. Ideally every hospital does that, but here it was not provided. Upon asking again the hospital manager say we don't give any bill. I don't understand and I am not able to digest this why will you not give be a break up of expenses. I sense something fishy with money handling part.

This place is close to Jambhulpada Bus stop, Asalpha. This is a very nice and hygienic hospital. Nurses and doctors are very helpful. Even the other staff are very nice. There's a timely follow up done by nurses for every patient. There are two separate wards for male and female. Also there's a special ward if required.

Disha Hospital is a cheat hospital they don't care about patients they only want money. Hospital Management is Greedy. They are also not given a cost of medical charges. They charge 2500 to 3000 per day for the General ward and also no clarity about charges you pay. The hospital Doctors also greedy.

Pathetic service , Dr Pinkesh was assisting my mother. After 3 days making the bill more than a lakh he said we can't handle the patient and he was so rude so, he charged us more than a lakh and then we have shifted my mom to another hospital. Last thing money is a secondary thing but my mom health was more serious after the treatment from disha hospital. Never admit anyone if You want that person to recover.....

One of the Best private Hospitals , I have seen. Very clean hospital., Helpful staff., Reasonably priced. 100% value for money. My mother was admitted for elbow and hand hand fracture. I had taken 3 opnions from other doctors earlier. . We finalised Dr,. Nikhil Shetty an orthopedic surgeon who recommended us to get admitted to Disha Hospital .His observation and treatment was accurate . Hospital staff was also helpful and ready for service. We were Discharged in 4 days after successful completion of a complicated surgery. I surely recommend Disha hospital. They also have cashless mediclaim facility. if i could give a 0 star, I would have! This hospital is such a mess, no one actually knows what the patient is dealing with..I happened to visit a friends wife, and to my horror they completely deroriatted her condition, they kept experimenting on her for days knowing nothing about the illness..eventually her platelet's dropped very low and they have the audacity to come and tell us that it is a do or die situation! By Gods grace we shifted her to another hospital and she was examined so well there and recovered the very day she was admitted..I should be naming the doctor too, Dr.Pinkesh Chandra who ruined her case! I dont know how and on what basis they are running this hospital without knowing how to run one in the first place..this is a risky hospital, VERY risky! Please avoid going there, govt hospitals may tire you but are WAY better than them..

So we have shifted her now the situation is under control and she is recovering they have made a bill of more than a lakh and also so much of suffering so much of waste medication. Choose any government hospital but not this one... 1.my wife was admitted in last month.. in night time all staff were in sleeping mode.. they don't care patient...wife had sudden stomch pain in night..she ranged the bell 20-30 times..no response from nurse staff...after so many rings one nurse came & put sallian on... saline got over again she ranged 15-20 times..no response...my wife went to the nursing area with saline bottle asking can you please remove saline as blood was returning to the saline. 2. Wife was admitted with cashless facility in deluxe room...they kept my wife in general ward for 2 days & claimed charges for deluxe room.. when I asked reason they simply lying ..giving false reasons. 3. They kept my deposit 10000 and refunded 8000 giving unreliable reasons. @ Disha hospital owner, Mr.Aditya is very rudely behaving with patient relatives. Always lying ..he has no proper answer... please consider this feedback as most of the review is against management of hospital and not for doctors.

Although the duration of my treatment was short it triggered the path to my recovery. Once medication was started relief to most symptoms could be felt almost immediately. Stay was comfortable and food was good too!

Very negative experience from all sides.. giving 1 star because i got operated from an external doctor who was an excellent person professionaly. But about the hospital so not at all support from the staff while completing discharge formalities... me myself with saline cork was roaming here and there for a whole day to complete the discharge formalities because the staff was not cooperating to mom in that and still no staff was ashamed to see a patient roaming here and there from morning 10AM till evening 6PM. No recruitment criterias for nurses because after my operation one of the nurse was giving injections like a animal hospital nurse, complained about the same to head nurse but nothing improved. After 4-5months discharge had visited 5times to get the deposit money back.. and after that also just got 40% Money without any reason for deduction. Messaged the concern person on whatsap 5-7 times but mo reply.

I should have given 0 star if I could. Pathetic service in both shift specially in night shift. Staff is not bother about patients health and there lives. they just do there own stuff on time with 0 responsibility. Whole staff is rude in behaviour. While admitting to the hospital receptionist rudely told 4k is Bed charge 2k is doc charge and she did not give me any justification for 1k and she told it will be 7k per day. Since I was more concerned about my baby health I did not think about money at that point. But after experiencing there service I was like 🤬. they were not at all monitoring my baby's health even after ringing bell 2-3 times when I came out to see why they are not attending my baby I saw there were 5-6 sisters and all were having there dinner. Then I made my descision to shift my baby to others hospital.very next day they gave me bill of 15k and since I had deposited 20k while admitting and receptionist was saying she will be returning remaining money in 2-3 days but I insisted to get those 5k because I needed to shift my baby to other hospital. Please do not consider this hospital if you really care about your loved one. Also Dr Ram Prajapati is a good doc but very rude in behaviour entire staff is scared of him. you can not put your thought in front of him. I saw him scolding staff and patients relatives. After shifting to other hospital I realised they were not treating my baby properly. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone please avoid such hospital.

Was well looked after during my treatment in ICU, There was occasional impolite incidence by one or two staff. However in general the staff and treatment was up to mark. All medicines and food, breakfast was well in time. All the staff and Doctors were well meaning persons. The Owners and Seniors were approachable and nice people.
