Hello I m from Pune And last 4 days I m there with my Brother at the hospital.there was big issu off hospital staff during 11 am to 8pm Everyday.And plz don't press the Bell bez it's not going to work at all while u press it 2 to 4 times. The worst hospital ever in ghatkopar because the Sr.Dr itself is only looking for the right source that how money can be taken from the patient n their relatives.. The doctor dont have the sense and the proper way to talk with the patients relative I guess the doctor is totally manner less in all forms doesn’t even greets his patient just comes in the ward takes round an not even check the patient properly.. All he wants is that his patient should be admitted in his hospital for minimum to maximum 7 days before that he doesn’t let the patient to get discharged He gives one test at a day like .. Eg: (One day he ll say to do the ct scan of stomach & the other day he ll tell you to do ct scan of the chest) Not at all a good Hospital.. I personally will recommend all of you who ever are reading this that not only knowingly, unknowingly also you should not go to that hospital because all he want is just MONEY ……

We have emergency & admitted in ICU.The doctors staff as well other admin is also good & cooperative. All medical facilities are in hospital only .It is well equipped & no need to go out for any test.Specially Dr Praful Lokhande is very gentle & understanding persons.he always gives positive reply & encourage patient to be positive. Very pathetic experience with this Shantiniketan Hospital. This Hospital is only meant for making money by looting people. Here staff is very arrogant. Nurses are not at all professionally qualified. Even doctors also not keen on taking care of patients health, all is they want to make a huge bills of patients. Cleanliness & hygiene to bilkul bhi nahi he. No arrangements for halting of patients relatives. Compared to charges they are charging, there is no such facilities. Their charges are very high as compared to other big hospitals. Their room conditions are also very disgusting. No separate washrooms for patients, there's common washroom for patients as well as visitors.Strongly appeal to everyone that please don't come to this Hospital. They are only making huge bills of yours. And don't go for their good reviews as these good reviews are posted by their friends and family. Doctors are very good, staff is somehow busy, need more nurse if hospital bed are full of capacity with patient. Dr. Praful visit once in morning and rent RM takes care. Need specialist to visit once a day which is chargeable to patient as per doctor visit. Bed charges are reasonable but doctor fee / visit charges are somehow more as specialist comes on demand.

Pathetic behaviour shown in reception cum accountant Tanvi. They don't know about insurance policy. Less than 50 beds all having in bad condition. No sitting arrangement for relatives even in semi Deluxe and deluxe room. Cracks on wall, no remote working.Charging heavily for this congested room. No cooperation at all.

Not recommended strongly. Please never go to this Dr Praful Lokhande’s Shantiniketan Hospital. A poor driver with apparently no big ailment was admitted and for two days was charged Rs 25000. This poor man was given Artesunate although he was malaria negative. This hospital has no cure but will surely loot you

I was admitted to this hospital because of dengue in last month in emergency. Many people told me never go to this hospital but it was my bad luck due to emergency condition i was admitted to this hospital. And guys trust me my experience was horrible Worst hospital i ever visited in my career No Pro for this hospital it only has cons 1. Patient is never looked upon by doctor 2. They don’t know what treatment needs to be given. 3. Charges of this hospital are so high that even luxurious hospital won’t be having. 4. I was admitted because of dengue and the doctor who was treating me he thought i am having blood cancer. Just imagine what kind of hospital is this. Later on i was shifted to new hospital. Even if you visit to this hospital just because of normal illnesses they will tell you that you need to be admitted to ICU and give this deposit. Anyway my experience was worst again going or not going is upto you guys. Stay safe 👍🏻

Have been waiting here since morning for my son's vaccination. None of the staff have their masks on except for 1 or 2. In the drinking water area, staff are spitting out water there itself. Not expected from a reputed hospital. Vaccination staff are very late and no one from the hospital are of any help.
