I m living in thane and i was consulting with hiranandani powai doctor due to some reason i could not visit for scanning at hiranandani powai hospital, so i took hiranandani thane hospital appointment for my nt scan and they said this is not our policy to do your scan, that man at scanning place was saying me see the rules. It was just kind that he was insulting of me and my husband. Though i told him earlier i was doing scan with hiranandani powai. And it was my "nt scan" and these people did like this. So illiterate type behavior of them. I wish some action should take against that person. As he even did not checked the prescription and started shouting in front of all people.

Located at Hamilton B at Hiranandani Estate. One of the good hospital in Ghodbunder, top Doctors and staff are very experienced they take very good care of patients. Very costly compared others around Ghodbunder and Thane. Front office staff need more training to handle patients during peak hours, especially evening consulting hours.

A big no to this hospital . I would never recommend anyone here . They bother here ABT parking and doctor charges rather treating a patient in emergency. My 75 years old father was bought here in asthametic attack and here they didn't provide the wheel chair assistance. Aside there statement were 1. Madam park your vehicle first then take the patient . 2.The duty doctor charges are high should we call. That's the case of emergency 3. They only know money..u go with a fever they say u .. you are a blood pressure patinet..u go for blood test .. the somehow mismanage the sample and ask you to come and give the sample again .. the nurses are inexperienced ..there so called experiance dr is also very inexperience.

3rd class hospital. Arrogant staff. No sense of medical Care. No good doctors. Pathetic system. Unreasonable charges

I don't recommend this hospital. They loot people unnecessarily. I showed in emergency and the next day OPD. The OPD doctor scared me so much saying that the situation is emergency get admitted asap and was asking whether I have insurance and what not and was quiet adamant on convincing me to get admitted. Instead of writing me the correct medications, doctor preferred only pain killers. And said you might need surgery ! I right away went to other hospital and there the doctor gave me medications, to solve the root cause of the issue. And the doctor assured me that my condition is normal and not much worrisome. Thankfully I am doing fine by not blindly believing the doctor at Hiranandani hospital Thane. Be aware. Go somewhere else.

Always prefer Jupiter or Bethany hospital over Hiranandani hospital. Hiranandani Hospital is way to costly for the treatment. They also take referred doctors cut from the patient. My son was getting treatment for his root canal I had to pay 8 thousand excluding crown. They charged 500 from us to pay the previous doctor his ref cut , 330 X-ray, 200 instrument and 7000 for only Root Canal treatment Wherein the treatment is not such great as compared to price.

Hospital located in good and clean surrounding. However rates are quite high. Even they charge extra for medicines through internal pharmacy shop. I recommend to purchase medicines from outside shops. Also take injections / vaccines outside as this hospital charges Rupess 600 just for giving it.

Had a fantastic and effective tooth infection and root canal treatment under the watchful care of Dr. Chandrasekhar Rao Kamli. By far this is the most painless and smooth treatment I have had. Really thankful and lots of gratitude and respect to Dr. and associated staff - Deepak and Prashant :) cheers to this caring team!

I had a very bad experience recently with their orthopedic doctor, who is available in the evening time. I was suffering from calcification of my shoulder and it was clearly visible in X-ray. But the doctor was not confident about it & I was advised by him to go for MRI, which costs around Rs. 9,000. Fortunately I returned from Scan centre without doing MRI, because I found it claustrophobic. Then I decided to see another doctor. When the same X-ray report was shown to Dr. Piyush Sharma of Bethany hospital, he instantly diagnosed my shoulder problem as calcification. I will never go to Hiranandani Thane hospital for any orthopedic problem.

Simply a hospital where your time and money isn't valued, kindly look for better hospital... Doctors are great but due to work load their efficiency organically decreases.

I wish I could give a rating in negative. We booked for a video consultation for opinion with Dr Anita Soni (Gynaec) and to start with, her audio as not audible and she said us that you guys talk and i shall write to you sine if she disconnects and call back , it shall get charged for two consultations. They took 1500 for video consultation in advance and this lady din't had patience to talk even 10 minutes and listen to the issue. We wanted opinion and she din't do any help. Waste of money , never go for her as your doctor.

Hiranandani Estate Hospital and it's staff from front office to nursing, house keeping, doctors are amazingly helpful and caring. I pray that every human being should be fine and healthy but if in any case they need any special attention w.r.t their health, they can visit Hiranandani Hospital Thane.

One of the worst hospitals in Thane. Unprofessional staff, rude and incompetent doctors. The whole set up is farce and looting the patients. The doctors ride on high horses as if part of AIIMS Delhi. Worst part is doctors behaviour towards their patients. Its very condescending and rude, behaving like grocery shop owner. May be all doctors are under tremendous pressure to achieve their daily targets and hence their poor behaviours.Simple avoid this hospital. There are many good hospitals in the vicinity.

Very rude interaction with the hospital staff. I had a 6.30 appointment for which I got a call at 5.30 where I confirmed that I will be coming at the said time. When I reached there, the frontdesk staff said they will call the doctor now. We were then informed that the doctor has just left from Powai and we need to wait for 40-50 minutes as the doctor is stuck in traffic. Despite the confirmation call, doctor leaves for the hospital after we reach. When we went to the front desk, the lady changed her statement and said he left an hour before. When asked why didn't they let us know before, she was very impolite and disrespectful. They do not care about the patients time at all and the service is pathetic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

Admitted for flu, doctors and all other hospital staffs were very supportive throughout our admission at hospital. They gave special diet for patient. Overall they took very good care of us during day as well as night time.

I agree to the earlier review a big NO to this hospital , they are fully money minded , I had gone to the casuality ward on 30th March as I was badly hurt and was bleeding , as soon I reached they did a bandangae took and xray which showed there is no tissue tare or fracture , still they told me to visit orthopedic for doing suture for which my would was not even more than 1 cm , I asked by doc and he said you do not do suture but get it cleaned and do the dressing for which I had gone to hospital again , They straight away refused as I did not have their ortho padic doc recommendation , they said the ortho doc will only do dressing Inspite of telling them requesting , jnforming what my doc said still they insisted that i get it in writing is their protocol , Also to tell everyone they share a OpD price list with us with the file so that we know how it will be charged , inspite of me not going to the OPD as I had been to their casualty ward for which I paid 1200 Rs for just a mere bandage We tild them you charge me agajn for 2nd bandage but pls clean it since we have come here as I was not able to walk properly , But ther PR lady and resident doctos were so insensitive that did not do it I had to go to anothet hospital they in no time got it done Request everyone Pls pls pls do not go to such hospital , they are not worthy for treating people

Very Bad Experience.Negligent staff I would not recommend this hospital

For an opd appointment of 1920 hrs, we had reached at Hiranandani hospital at 1845...With 4 patients in waiting n another two having appintment before us, we waited till 2015 hrs before getting to see the doctor. Difficult to digest that just 5 patients got to see the doctor in over an hour as against appointment being given in slots of 1 minute by the hospital. In times of COVID, The hospital can atleast space out appointments to avoid rush in OPD.. From the experience, it appears that either the hospital doesn't have a monitoring system in place or probably the staff handling OPD are following thier own methods. Either way it is a sorry state of affairs and needs to be corrected internally by the hospital rather than letting such instances ruin whatever goodwill the Hiranandani name carries with it.

I had severe pain in my left ear and had to visit the ENT. Took an appointment here since it was closer to my place. The consultation charge was 900 INR, which is fine. But I was shocked when the Dr said 1000 INR additional (per ear) to clean each ear. What rubbish !!! I have been to ENT Doctors multiple times, but never have I seen this concept of consultation fees separate and ear wax cleaning separate. Pathetic ! I paid 1900 INR for a 3rd grade Doctor. Sheer waste of hard earned money. I should have taken the time out and gone to Dr. Uppal like I always did before. I have never seen him charge additional for anything, except for any larger work to be performed. I will not recommend Hiranandani hospital for ENT specialty at all. Visit Jupiter or other local clinics but stay away from Hiranandani Hospital.

Worked as an rmo for 3 months, Not a good place of work as work is not explained well by superiors in general not a good place for a first job, overtimes are delayed, HR dept person is very rude and doesn't resolve queries doesn't explain job formalities well.

Worst hospital I have ever seen. A normal clinic is far better than this hospital. Today morning my wife got high fever and headache I have taken to her in hospital in emergency condition. Waited at the hospital around 20minutes but not a single doctor has come. I have told at the reception two times that my wife health is getting worse but they were just reacting that nothing has happen. Fully money oriented hospital. The manager Rahul there is rude who talks about money always. Even the Dr is available and I just reached there little late as the reports came late, still he was asking for emergency charges for just to show the reports. Total waste hospital and staffs.

The Doctors are very efficient and competent. The admin staff and thier orientation is pathetic. Especially when you have mediclaim. Inspite of a clear intimation about discherge of patient, there is no sense of urgency / proactiveness from the staff in clearing the necessary process and closing the bills and enabling the patient to have a smooth discharge to home. They literally make the patient and the attendant wait for hours and their convenient asnwer for delay is that the TPA was not responding. After I spoke to my TPA(in person) where they categorically said this is always issue with Hiranandani, thane where they don't send necessary papers on time. I escalated the issue and got in tot he depth of the issue and the truth was it was pendency at their end and my Dad who was ready to leave by 12 noon , finally left the hospital by 4 .

I had visited the hospital for my Mom catrac surgery and eye surgeon Nikhil Negular behaviour was totally arrogant. He asked to visit his other hospital further up in GB road for the measurement of eye lense as according to him Hiranandani didn't have proper machines bla bla bla. When I asked him like why so Nikhil !!! his reply was call me Doctor Nikhil as if taking his first name was like I abused him , I was totally upset with his behaviour as a Doctor of a reputed hospital like Hiranandani is so arrogant has no basic manners. Post surgery he lacked the basic explation usually a good surgeon would give to his patients. To end up would caution others not to go ahead with such a arrogant person for their treatment.

Is a Shame to Hiranandani brand name. Chawl brand doctors (specifically Dr. Nikhil Negalur- eye related issues) and administration. Only keen to fool u in selling packages for surgeries without any concern or attendance immediately post surgery ( in fact botched up surgries). Highly recommend not to get fooled by the brand name of this hospital There is no comparison to this one and the powai hospital.

I had recent bad experiences related to hospital billing and policies which makes their intent clear about looting people. 1) We went for a follow-up which happened to fall after a month. The invoice says first visit and make you pay an extra 100 because of 30 days gap. 2) The doctor wanted my wife to be under observation after a minor procedure that was done outside the hospital. I had to tell them a few times at reception to not do anything until doctor arrives. On my insistence they did nothing. But in a few minutes they came up with a rule to do a HIV test which had no meaning in this case because she was here purely for observation. To make it worse they won't accept a report from metropolis lab which is a well known chain in Mumbai. The test was done in metropolis after checking with the same doctor. When I asked doctor to intervene, she asked us to either do it (it's a hospital policy) or come to currae. 3) For point above, they charged me a security amount. The remainder will be paid to me by cheque, I don't understand why? It's simple to either reverse the held amount to card or pay cash. Quiet frustrating to visit these "branded" hospitals. It's the intent which is more worrying than the actual expense...

Bad system of apointment .they give apts however apts are not based on timing but first come first basis .so even if u hve apt u just have to wait in queue. We had called up the hospital to enquire whether dr had arrived n we were informed that dr is not yet present .Mr sudharshan gavkar n Bina Kiran kept justifying their action . If it's just first come first basis ,why are apts given to pt .pts will just come n wait like in govt hospital .

Services are good, Staff is Cooperative and generous But Some times felt over charged on unnecessary things .

Highly money oriented hospital, offcourse healthcare sector is expected to be such but this hospital is a little too much. Staff and doctors are rude and act as if they are doing some mercy on you. They push you to do tests from their hospital and do not write medicines till you get those tests done. I have wasted my 1000 rs consultation fee thrice by now but never got a single medicine or prescription. Avoid this hospital, specially the OPD section (even your local doctor will treat you better).

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. My father underwent surgery two months ago, for which I had deposited the sum of Rs.7500 with them which was said to be refunded in a months time. The bank details to initiate refund were asked in mid May and till date I have not received my refund. I have been following up with them over a month now, calling and narrating the scenario to each of their staff members on daily basis just to hear that I will get a call back from them. Trust me, till date there was no call back or update on my case. Terrible service.

Went to the ER here 3 weeks ago at night, had broken my shoulder from a fall. The place was empty, only 1 other patient was there and only 2 lady docs available who for some reason took a while to understand how much pain I was in while they ordered me around. After the Xray confirmed that my shoulder was broken I was told to go get some painkillers and a sling for my arm which the pharmacist refused to let me buy because it was not written on a piece of paper and he kept on refusing to give it to me even though I repeatedly told him my shoulder is broken. The best part is when it was time for me to leave none of the staff came to help me pick up my file even though I asked them a few times. I could not bend to pick it up as my arm would swing and shoot pain. if you wonder why such apathy, it's because the ward boys' & male nurses were busy watching an IPL match and giving flowers to the lady doc. Finally, the security guard helped me. Steer clear of this hospital if you care for yourself and your family, especially in an emergency.

No proper doctors available in hospital only RMO which don't kw anythings. Doctor don't check any thing BP heart rate nothing not even stats scope check up.

Polite and professional healthcare personnel. OPD can get a bit chaotic on Saturdays. Parking is generally available either inside the hospital or on the side of the road outside. There is a good diabetes clinic and now they have opened a section for cancer treatment.

Terrible experience. My wife had simple urine infection and there was no relief through direct consultation. Finally they admitted her and requested to postpone our flights. Three days her condition was more worst and alarming. We took right decision to change the hospital. Surprisingly, she gota big relief within 2hrs from the first doze in Orthonova hospital. Such scenarios will raise questions if they offer fake medications ??? How about competency??. From the day one we realize that they are just here to make money. Even they charge us for hand sanitizer, thermometer etc. They had only one doctor for emergency who visits morning hours, once in a day for 10minutes....rest assistant doctors (RM) knows only to offer pain killers. Will never recommend even for my enemies.

Hospital has an excellent infrastructure.. Cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance is very good.. Panel of doctors is wide ranging and reputed.. A well equipped operation theatre that undertakes the most common procedures.. So what's the downside - obviously it is the cost.. One of the costliest hospital around..

I am not a resident of Hiranandani Estate yet this has been my go-to hospital for the last 11 years. Dr. Sundar Krishnan is the best there is. Excellent clinical eye, very professional and empathetic. He is the one I consult all the time. Have been an in-patient of this hospital multiple times as well and will rate the services highly too. The only con maybe, yes its a little steep in terms of cost but then so are other corporate hospitals. Its very easy to be critical of hospitals and doctors but you dont get to see the hard work that goes in. Thank You.

Pathetic is the word. I have been visiting Hiranandani hospital for about 8 yrs now. Some of the front office staffs have really been cordial and helpful too. This one fellow (short and dark complexioned who sits infront of the reception area), instructs patients to their respective OPDs is beyond disgusting. And over the years he has gone from bad to worse. No courtesy, no empathy towards any patient. I don't know why is he even working in a hospital? The language, the tone, the expressions can offend even the calmest soul on the earth. Just a suggestion to the management - either put him in a place where he is not the face of the hospital or force him to undergo a vigorous training in manners and etiquette.

Disappointed with their services. Took telemedicine appointment for emergency patient and the doctor did not turned on even after 50 minutes of wait. When I called their appointment desk they have no clue about delay and they started fumbling with justification. They charge hefthy amount for telemedicine but do not bother to coordinate with patient after advance payment. When I escalated this issue to their senior executive (Pednekar) she spoke to me very rudely. Never expected such pathetic response from so called good hospital. Is this really a non-COVID-19 hospital? Has the hospital forgotten to follow COVID protocols? Are incoming patients not tested properly before admission to the general ward? My mother was hospitalized for a week for spine problems, and a woman coughing non-stop was admitted to a bed beside her. The woman's oxygen levels also reportedly dropped on the same night, causing panic among the staff. We were all fine before the hospitalization, and as soon as mother got discharged, she got infected with COVID-19. Because of this, our whole family including me got infected (despite being double vaccinated). My mother's immunity was already weak due to the high dose medications and the infection caused more trouble, forcing us to admit her to another hospital. No one from our family ever stepped out to go anywhere else. We went straight from the hospital's general ward to home. We followed all COVID protocols. Seems to me that the Rapid Antigen Test taken before patients' admission is faulty, and/or hospital conceals COVID reports of people before admitting them. PLEASE PLEASE think thrice before getting your loved ones admitted to this hospital, especially during the pandemic.
