Parakh Hospital is the place I went for my booster Dose. I booked it online on Aarogya Setu app and took a time slot convenient to me. There was no queue and hardly 2 people waiting before me. The place is thoroughly clean and the staff are really helpful. Jyoti mam had given me the vaccine and it was with such an ease that one should get vaccinated from her only. Wonderful experience

From the moment I walked in, I felt like just another number. The staff seemed more interested in going through the motions than actually caring for their patients even when I was admitted to Deluxe ward. I had to wait complete day to see a doctor, and when I finally did, they seemed rushed and uninterested in hearing about my concerns. The care I received was at most zero, and it felt like they were just trying to just increase the number of days to earn money. The report they are providing is fake! The facilities were also lacking. The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, and the equipment seemed outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, my experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone in need of quality medical care.

Worst experience ever. My mother got admitted for almost 8 days and the treatment given was worst. Her condition got worst in those 8 days. They charged me almost INR 2.5 lac without any proper treatment.. Their objective is just to make money by giving fake treatment. Save your patient. I will not at all recommend this hospital. My mother was brought to Parakh Hospital with acute state and multiple problems and was admitted under Dr. Narendra Dedhia. She is 90 years old and had kidney failure, spine problem and her bones are becoming weak. All these problems attended very well and given details of illness and inside knowledge and explained very nicely various aspects of treatment. We are very happy with Dr. Narendra Dedhia and entire staff of Parakh Hospital for taking good care of my mother.

My mother was brought in a critical state with kidney failure. We were admitted at nursing home and afterwards shifted to Parakh Hospital under Dr. Narendra M Dedhia. With corrective treatment,kidney failure part started improving but very soon doctor realised that my mother is having septicemia, peritonitis and abdominal pathology. Various investigation done, senior consultant like Dr. Sanjay Mehta,Dr. Jagdip Shah, Dr. Manoj Kamdar, Dr. Dilip Karnad were involved. Two corrective surgery were done and ultimately with all the doctors effort and Gods grace my mother recovered and today we are going home . We are extremely happy with the staff of Parakh Hospital. Initially with ICU staff and afterwards with ward staff and all the Senior doctors . We strongly recommend Parakh Hospital as a choice of center for complicated cases like us.

The most unprofessional and pathetic hospital. Right from the bottom of the staff up till the top of the management. My relative was admitted there they overbilled them and when asked for detailed and clear bill they were pushing us from here to there. I advice please avoid going to such mediocre hospitals and prefer going to Corporate Hospitals instead.

starff service is good but pathetic service from Accounts department where i seen that they are taking too much time . Cashless discharge formality should be completed by max 4-5 hrs but they took almost full day for this by not uploading query file from hospital side ,after taking 20-30time follow up then suppose to sent query poper after that within 30mins medical team proceed cashless in just 20mints . Need to improve on accounts department only they working in day shift only where other hospital has 24hrs accounts facility.

I came to Parakh Hospital and admitted under Dr.Narendra Dedhia in 2019, in a very critical state. My both kidneys were failed and I was on dialysis. My serum creatinine was more than 8mg%. I had met road accident on 19th Sept 2020 with fracture in ferur neck. I had undergone screw fixation surgery under Dr. Nishat. Goda on 23rd sept 2020 at parakh hospital. I was in constant follow up with Dr. Nishat Goda subsequently to follow further process of healing of fracture with series of medication. I was further undergone surgery on 19th August 2021 to remove implanted screws successfully under Dr. Nishat Goda. It is Wonderful work done by Dr. N. Goda whose prediction envisaged about process of medication surgery with screw fixation rather then ball replacement as otherwise was suggested by many other doctors referred then, is commendable and shown his fullest confidence on subject matter. I'm blessed to save my hip ball, not being replaced but cured with screw fixation and removal, due to accurate and proper diagnosis envisaged in advance by Dr. N. Goda. Entire team at parakh hospital have been so cordial and kind and shown professional approach to treat me. I am a healthcare worker I visited this hospital twice for my second dose of COVID vaccine (covishield) . They made me wait for 40 mins on day 1 and refused for vaccine as they could not accumulate 10 people for vaccine. Next day they called me and after confirmation when I reached they rejected to give me my dose (even though I was ready to pay for paid vaccine ) saying this tht I m a Health care worker I cannot get my dose there and should get it in bmc Center. When your Center is providing paid vaccine to 18+ Then y was I not given my second dose!!! Being a Heath care worker was my deficit ?

Extremely bad management, they even forget to give medicines to patients on time. Staff is not aware of what medical procedures are advised and how to carry out those procedure. 24hrs urine supposed to be collected for urine protein test, after 2-3 hrs of storage they threw it away...later adding that it was done by mistake. Entire procedure was then repeated again. If you can afford little more money please do not waste your time here with mismanagement
