I had been at lotus on 30 th December for eye check up. I had called before going the receptionist very politely answered my question, when I went at counter no. 1 there also she answered my query with at smile. Gave recepit & form told to go in counter where my eyes was check by machine & he attach a slip told to go to next counter where a Dr check my glasses no. & she put different glass in frame & ask to read gave no., was send to next Dr there when Dr check my eye sight she told it's good. Every year once a year I check but this time was one month late, but she told no. Is same but come again after 6 month. As it was 2.45 pm so I didn't got waiting . Hospital is very neat & clean staff is good, even the ward boys.. I felt nice to see them so humble. This hospital has ♿accessibility facility at the entrance on right side there are wheels chairs kept.

Doctor & staff give token to patient for physical check up n doctor come timings are 12:00 n they come by 12:45 and patients are waiting from morning 10:30 n after that also the hospital staff taken the reference patients first n the patients wait from morning are kept waiting for the physical check up. N the answer they give is that we wil cal u by token.

It's a charitable hospital but now they are charging too much for the treatment first the fees was 160 but now its 400 for only check up.By the way treatment is good and doctors and hospital staff are really nice.

While visiting the hospital staff was very responsive and very helpful to making fools after delivery of the specs no proper angel no proper frame all old frames very bad experience

ShivSena has closed this hospital for their strike...I don't know why politician are targetting hospitals nowadays..Had come here for treatment but the hospital is closed now god knows when the strike will be over. Do vote wisely.

I had been in Lotus hospital on 12 Nov, I was suffering with cornea ucler in my right eye. I had almost lost vision of my eye but luckily the doctor saved my eye. I am grateful to doctor who took care of my eyes and saved my eye

Is lasik surgery available here? And what are the charges for the same?

Hii everyone Lotus hospital is doing fraud how I can tell. First I ask them on call about Lasik surgery then they said u have to visit our hospital then we can tell u I gone to hospital I told to receptionist I came here for Lasik surgery .they said we have to check your eyes first we can told u .then they take paper charges and they stated process then I sended me to doctor and doctor told we don't have Lasik surgery. Then I ask them y your staff told me to visit . She don't have any answer .this how they are doing scam with us 😡🤬

On 22nd dec my father came for surgery and there was some misunderstanding during the operation and i had given bad feedback for the staff but when i spoke to the team other day everything was good and operation was done properly i have to say each and every person should come and visit this hospital i am really sorry of the previous feedback lotus hospital team which i had written about operation which happened but operation was successful and it was my mistake to put wrong feedback I appreciate your every efforts of the team thankyou now my father is fine even i spoke to staff at OT all are good. Even the Dr parul shah who did the surgery was good and she helped me understand all the process which happend during operation . I would highly Recommend this hospital And thanks to every staff here . Also i came today for second operation it went successful 😊by dr parul shah and team

I recommend to you don't Visit to Lotus eye hospital I had a squint eye for that I went here ...I had a surgery which was not successful...I still suffering with squit eye.... spended lot of money and time ...plz be careful worst experience...zero ratings
