Dr melisha is highly unprofessional, arrogant and uncooperative. Patients should actually sponsor her psychiatric sessions as she is abnormal for sure. They don't believe in giving time to their patients and keep blocking appointments. After waiting for all most 30 to 40 mins everytime, they will keep ranting same things and would blame you for your sufferings.(Now i wonder who needs more counseling). Melisha is not only rude, but also ungroomed. She needs to fix her brain first by approaching genuine and Certified psychiatrist. Highly unprofessional approach, would never ever recommend to anyone. Dr Diptis license should be suspended, as she drags her patients into depression rather helping. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude.

A psychiatrist must be a person who knows how to speak well with their patients. But dipti shah is surely an exception to it. She doesn't know how to speak with her patients. The appointment fee is quite high and we expect her to listen to us, but she doesn't. She will suggest you to visit her counsellor who's even worse! The counsellor yells at her depression patients if they try to cry. It Is totally time waste to visit because what's the use if a doctor only does not listen. I don't think that the position of a psychiatrist is for her, she needs a psychiatrist herself!!

I absolutely agree with the negative reviews here. We took our 5 year old daughter to her clinic. In the middle of the consultation she screamed loudly with wide open eyes at my mother who was trying to console my daughter. My daughter got so afraid and started crying. Is she even a psychiatrist? Never visit this doctor ever. She will worsen your condition rather than making you feel better which is what a psychiatrist is for.

She is not at all understanding doctor. When we went there instead of guiding us she started abusing us like stupidity you are over thinking. You don't have any body language. You are absent minded etc etc in her own tone Whereas that was the problem for which we were consulting her. Instead of solving it by positive way of talking she started talking negatively and in abusing way

I am shocked to see so many fake reviews. Dipti Gada Shah must have created multiple accounts to write good reviews about her, because she knows how bad her behaviour is. She gets more patients because of the reputation of her father Dr Manilal Gada, a senior psychiatrist ... Dipti Gada Shah does not treat patients, she abuses and makes them a victim. She stares at people making her eyes big, with an intention to scare them. She has kept a very rude counselling psychologist MELISHA BISWAS who forcibly ends up the session in ten minutes and tells you that 'one hour is over' . This same complaint I heard from several patients. DIPTI GADA SHAH and MELISHA BISWAS don't care if people become fine, they just want your money.

Abusive psychiatrist Dipti Gada shah told my grandmother " if you die, still you cannot miss the appointment next time, I will take appointment with your dead body." We had postponed appointment by 2 days and she told this dead body statement to us. Later I found out she told this same statement related to dead body to several people. Karma will punish Dipti Shah and her in-house counselor Melisha Biswas Kar for abusing and looting patients.Name of this clinic should not be Grooming minds...it should be "Abusing Minds". Dipti stares at patients making big scary eyes . Forcing patients to take appointments 2 to 3 times in a week gives Dipti chance to earn more fees. Dipti forces you to visit counselor Melisha Biswas Kar who screams at depression patients if they cry during the session. You have to book for the appointment in advance, if you miss even due to emergency, you have to pay full cancellation charges. If you go for the counseling, the sessions get over in 10 minutes max . then Melisha counselor says" 45 minutes session is over, now leave". This is fraud... After 10 minutes how can you say that 45 minutes are over. If you point out the timing, she says " you are wrong,my 45 minutes are over". This happened for 12 sessions with us. The maximum was 20 minutes for just one session. Both Dipti Shah and Melisha urgently need to be treated by psychiatrists to save their patients or should I say victims. Don't believe the positive fake reviews written by their staff.

What kind of a psychiatrist tells the patient " EVEN IF YOU DIE, DONT MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, BRING YOUR DEAD BODY INSIDE MY CLINIC ... I AM A DOCTOR, I WILL GIVE DEATH CERTIFICATE TO YOUR DEAD BODY "... Once my mother postponed the appointment by three days. Dipti GADA SHAH screamed at her so loudly " HOW DARE YOU POSTPONE THE APPOINTMENT. EVEN IF YOU DIE, YOU HAVE TO COME AS A DEAD PERSON IN MY CLINIC... when I used to take my mother there, I had heard from two different patients that she had told them the same thing!!!!!!!! And they also stopped going after some visits.... Abusing and screaming at patients who are depressed and shivering!!!!! Thankfully, my mother went to other psychiatrist and became fine or God knows what would happen...

ABUSIVE PSYCHIATRIST DIPTI GADA SHAH AND RUDE COUNSELOR MELISHA BISWAS tell their patients that you are doing " acting" if the patient says they are not feeling better even after the treatment. I agree with the above person, it's due to the father, senior psychiatrist Manilal GADA's reputation that she is getting business. And how can she keep an arrogant counselor like MELISHA BISWAS who told my child that "you will get very bad punishment from the clinic if you don't listen me" ... How can she be a counselor? My daughter always cried for few hours non stop after every appointment with DIPTI g shah. when we changed the doctor, the new psychiatrist made her fine in just three months with just two tablets. DIPTI gave her seven tablets for one year and when my daughter said she was still not feeling well even then, DIPTI said you are doing acting.

I really don't understand how can a psychiatrist be so rude and short tempered. I can give you in writing that most of the positive reviews are fake, go and meet her personally to see her true colours. Doctor dipti angrily stares at the patients making her eyes so big as if she wants to scare them.she has kept this unethical counsellor named as "Melisha Biswas" in her clinic. Melisha charges huge fees per counseling session, clinic claims sesssions to be of 45 minutes. But Melisha forcibly ends session in 10-15 minutes and says that "45 minutes are over, now leave " This counselor Melisha told my depressed sister that " you are getting free of cost food to eat at home and you don't deserve to get food ".. And then Melisha told her that " you are enjoying this depression" .Just imagine how much my sister cried. And then Melisha yelled at her " HOW DARE YOU CRY IN FRONT OF ME ? " When we told all this to her boss Dr Dipti ...she angrily said " I don't want you people in my clinic...Just get out" .. I have heard from people that she is using name of her father, psychiatrist Dr Manilal Gada's name to get more patients and awards etc. And if u postpone or miss the appointment she says...." even if you die. You have to come to my clinic" . Show me a psychiatrist who uses such language.

This is a personal experience and not a telltale. The most obstinate , cynical and rude doctor ever. The abject disgrace with how she treats the patients and their relatives is sheer condescending. Kindly refrain from visiting the doctor to avoid the distress caused afterwards!

Dr. Dipti Shah Gada is a very shrewd, demotivating, worthless physician. She is a CURSE on medical professional . The doctor herself needs a counsellor to learn to communicate POLITELY to patients who r her source of income. She is NOT AT ALL CONCERNED about solving the problem. Her consultation fee is UTTER WASTE OF MONEY & TIME. Her way of communication is very HARSH . Instead of solving the problem, the doctor LAUGHINGLY MOCKS the situation. Doctors like her are responsible for creating distrust among the general public against doctors. DO NOT WASTE your money and time by visiting this clinic. I’m myself a new aspiring intern doctor and the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Dr. dipti shah makes me feel disgusted and sad from within to see such a senior doctor who shows no compassion and care for her patients outright laughing in the patients face instead of showing empathy …. I hope that anyone who might be thinking of visiting Grooming minds by Dr. dipti shah knows what they are getting into and avoid this clinic for any consultation. - Dr. Sonal Saxena

I speak from the experience of my young sister who went to her for advice and guidance for mental health trouble she had. They diagnosed her bipolar and her psychologist Melisha Kar would scare her during therapy saying if she doesn't follow the plan of action she had for her, she will stop her therapy. She asked her to quit her education and heavily demotivated her saying that she was incapable. My sister suffers from self doubt and poor self esteem which got even worse after going to her as there was barely any emotional support provided. The medication she was given did not help at all. She was diagnosed bipolar even without a single manic episode being reported. I would never recommend anyone to go to their clinic as their practise is very unethical and not patient-centric at all. They use fear driven tools for counseling and that is extremely unprofessional.

BEWARE of Dr Dipti Shah. And Beware of her hired counselor MELISHA BISWAS. Extremely rude and abusive language towards the patients who are mentally ill. And both are very commercial. Dipti shah talks in abusive manner , she stares making big scary eyes. And her hired counselor MELISHA BISWAS does counseling for 15 minutes and asks you to get out... Saying that 45 minutes are over.

So, this Dr. Dipti shah tells " Even if you die... Come to my CLINIC with your dead body " She tells this to the patients who miss or postpone their appointments... Because she wants to collect appointments fees... And she will stare at patients with scary expression to control them . Please do not take your loved ones to her.

. All the negative reviews about Dr Dipti Gada Shah and counselor Melisha Biswas are all true, don't believe the fake positive reviews.. because my brother experienced the same and I was accompanying him in all appointments. Dr Dipti 's staring with big wide eyes, screaming dialogues of "die in my clinic, I will give death certificate to your dead body" is all true. And Melisha finishes appointments in 15 mins and says "45 mins session is over, leave". counselor Melisha threatens that she will punish you if you cry during the sessions ... A depressed person cries often. Finally after changing the psychiatrist my brother became totally fine

Bad experience : I can see many fake reviews here which talk good things about Dr Dipti. I agree with negative reviews, because I personally experienced all these. Both Dr dipti gada shah and her hired counselor: Melisha Kar Biswas are very money oriented. Her father is a very senior psychiatrist that's why Dr Dipti gada has got reputation, but due to her bad behavior, patients get disgusted after few sessions. When medicines stopped working Dr dipti said that " you are doing acting of depression ". Also this counselor Melisha Biswas charges a bomb for time fixed 45 minutes session and finishes appointments in 10 - 15 minutes and says " now leave... 45 minutes is over" ... Melisha never smiles. But during one such session she smiled in a bad manner and said " you should not get food to eat at home... Then your depression will go away." and once she said " I have experience of ten years in counseling .. What are you in front of me?" thankfully I went to other doctor and I got fine.

I want to make everyone aware about the extremely Disturbing behavior of this psychiatrist Dipti shah. If you do not believe my review, go to her and see yourself how she troubles patients and their relatives who accompany them. She STARES MAKING EYES BIG, to scare the patient. She talks like this with her patients " even if you are going to die, you will not miss the appointment, you can come and die in my clinic, I will give a death certificate for your dead body and still conduct appointment with your dead body". She told this to me as I had requested her to postpone the appointment by two days as I had a family emergency. And they charge entire fees as cancelation charges for canceling appointments. She threatens the patients with big consequences if they do not listen to her advice. This is how she talks: "without my permission how dare you do anything? (going to college, office, joining some new class etc) ". And she tells them that she will not treat them if they don't register for the counseling sessions at her clinic ( name of the counselor hired by dr dipti is MELISHA BISWAS). The counselor appointed by her : MELISHA Biswas conducts the sessions for 15 - 20 minutes maximum and tells the patient " .. 45 minutes session is over, are you teaching me how to check time" .. And MELISHA tells the patient if you do not show me the kind of improvement which I expect, " YOU WILL GET A SEVERE PUNISHMENT FROM THE CLINIC"... Now I don't know what punishment they give .. Because I stopped going to her immediately. But I have seen patients come looking nervous, crying out of her clinic.

Very pathetic and non professional doctor. I wish there was any way of giving zero stars. Treated my senior citizen mother badly, shouted at patient and made my mother more sick after appointment. Kept on requesting and asking/reminding doctor that my mother is first time coming to a psychiatrist and please don’t treat her like this but doctor was not listening and was almost on the verge of abusive behaviour. RUN AWAY and don’t think other reviews and mine are fake, doctor is really a horrible person. Told us stupid examples like if her daughter doesn’t like her clothes, she throws them or donates themβ€” why should a doctor be sharing her personal life issues and asking my mother to follow what she does for her daughter. This is not a fake review. Can put pictures of prescription if required here. Also, I am contemplating complaining about her to Indian Medical Association so that no other patient goes through this trauma. Doctor, it seemed by your behaviour that you need treatment. Please treat yourself first before attempting to treat others just for 2500 rupees fees( which we paid and have UPI receipt.

I would never recommend this doctor or whatever. I beleive she is not even a doctor. She need a counselor. She doesn't even know how to deal with the patient i think she thinks her patients as a client. She is a mercenary. She told me that i cannot study please don't let him study or it would get worse. I mean who will say this that stop studying. I think she has got her degree by studying on YouTube. I think Google should give negative stars option too. So that people don't waste money over here .

My mother in law Mrs Maniben Mithiya who is aged 96 was suffering from insomnia and hallucinations in the night which was majorly because of her age. We took her to various hospitals where the doctors gave her different slipping pills and other heavy drugs which didn't actually work. We than came to know about Dr Dipti Shah and took my mother in law to her and within a week she felt better and also started getting good night's sleep and peace of mind. We are really satisfied with the results we are experiencing and she is feeling fit and fine even at this age. We clearly recommend her for people of all age group suffering from mental illnesses.
