Dr. Pankaj Shah is really very good, polite, caring and soft hearted dc. He treats patients like daughters he is very much helpful in all ways. Staff of pooja hospital is all very much cooperative and very helpful. I stay at bhayander but still I have visited here bcz of Dr. Pankaj Shah. He is the best DC. My family members are also visiting here only for any gynaecology cases

Extremely high waiting time and very unorganised. After waiting for 1.5 hours as per wait time mentioned by receptionist, no clarity on further waiting time. “It may take 1-2 hours more.” she said. No value of patient’s time.

Doctor is good but no care post delivery. Nurses and staff don't take care of patients properly. You will have to ring the call bell multiple times for making the staff nudge. Even for baby pediatrician checkup post delivery, you have to carry the baby from 2nd floor to 1st floor yourself which I found to be very risky and wrong. Hospital fees is no less either and you have to shell a good sum for delivery. Got my baby boy delivered recently and summed up my experience.

If u dont have appointment dont bother to go there as they will not treat u properly there only customers are who take appointment. Also you cannot take appointment as their correct number is not updated online. Just waste of time and bad staff total waste they think they are the only hospital and we have to wait as per them else they will say if u want to saty stay it will be like this only
