You are really a brilliant man and a very experienced doctor but as you are getting old your forgetting that as a doctor you need to communicate with your patients and treat them well. I don't see any patients disputing the price you charge for consultation then why do you find it hard to provide a proper consultation. Its really bad to see a Dr like you treating your patients rudely and this is not just once but multiple times. The hospital really needs some change like the waiting time which is really pathetic and waste of time for the patients who pay you well. The air-conditioners are like show case which doesn't work. Earning and charging patients good amount of money but doesn't have money to put in a new AC, seriously. Your approach towards your patients should change, you need to be calm and understand that patients have doubts and you need to clear it as we don't know have medical knowledge. You lack communication skills and you should work on it.

After consultation and checkup ,I was informed that I was facing a 3rd degree bladder prolape problem. Through this difficult news Dr Tanaaz & Avinash Bhatt guided and reassured me through all the steps for finding a solution to this diagnosis . The treatment & care was carried under the guidance of Dr. Tanaaz & Dr. Avinash Bhatt . Being 70 years in age I was very worried about my physical & mental capacity to handle this procedure.But I was in for an unique experience of my lifetime, never could I imagine my major illness could be treated so well. This hospital was a blessing for me and my wife when we were trying to find a good place within easy reach for our first baby. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Avinash Bhatt. I would say he is quite soft spoken and a good guide for people with no clue whats going on. He definitely pushes for natural home remedies and therapies instead of suggesting popping pills every now and then. Hospital was clean and the staff was also quite courteous.
