Treatment was completely painless it is the most comfortable surgery who has fear of pain.

Very bad experience. Pristyn care not provide original bill with GST and invoice no. After surgery prystin care not received any call say only call to this team that team. Before surgery commitment to do so and so but after surgery prystin care refuse to fullfill his commitment. Pristyn care is a very big cheater. It had not provide original bill and take money illigaly.

My wife had to go through a small operation. Took help from Pristyn team. They managed everything exceptionally well. Thankful to them. Except couple of things, like need to confirm booking and doctor availability again and again. Follow up was booked with the doctor on a day when he was on leave. Except few glitches, rest of the experience was great. Would definitely reach out to them next time for any requirement.

My brother needed treatment for gall bladder stones and required surgery so he visited Pristyn Care for treatment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and experienced. Surgery was done successfully. The hospital has nice infrastructure and hospital facilities were very good. Would surely recommend Pristyn Care to friends.

Pristyn care only cares about you till you have to pay for the procedure. Once you’ve paid, you won’t be able to get consultation or get ans to your query from their representatives. You’ll get hundreds of calls to review them on google but if you try to book a consultation with your doctor, you’ll have to talk to at-least 5 different agents to get a single appointment. They claim to provide free consultation after surgery, but that’s not the case you’ll have to pay to enter the clinic or hospital ( which in normal cases is consultation fees ) but they’ll name it differently and tell you that consultation is free but these are different charges. So if you’re looking to get a procedure done at Pristyn care, please get it in writing if they’ll serve you same as before you’ve paid.

Just amazing how they handled the whole process. They provided me with an excellent doctor. They gave me an assistant who was with me virtually 18/7. No issues for applying. Got me my surgery date on the same day and within 2 days it was done. Reasonable price for the surgery. Provided me with a whole package with pickup/drop ,food, hospital room, blood test . How was your experience at Pristyn Care? Very bad…Fraud people. I booked for piles surgery. I was told its one day procedure. Their executive told that they have obtained pre authorisation from insurance company. They told me hospital near to me are not on ppn network of insurance company. They gave a hospital at mulund. I stay at dombivali. Was given pickup and was told my attendant if coming afterwards will be provided pickup too. Got admitted on sat 30th July. Was told that surgery will be done on Sunday morning. I was kept without food and water from 12.00 a.m. on Sunday morning I was told by hospital that surgery postponed to afternoon as pre authorisation not received. Surgery was done at 1.30 p.m. and evening when I called TPA they said no pre authorisation was received by them. So Pristyne executive was fooling for 2 days saying pre authorisation already received. I had to spend one more day at hospital cause of insurance delay. My husband and 3 yr old son had to suffer because of them. Their executive don't receive calls once u r at hospital. I had to do my insurance clearance my self. They don't have and good hospitals they provide small hospitals. Twins sharing room was given as deluxe room for single patient. AC , shower not working and mosquitos in room. I could have got better option if I had not contacted Pristyne. Don't fall to trap..

One patient operated through PristynCare in Oct 2020 in our hospital In October 2020.. STILL THEY HAVENT SETTLED OUR BILL OF ₹25320..!! Have been mailing them continuously but they are fraud and not interested at all.. At last, i had to put this review publicly to let people know their identity of cheating in the name of Affordable surgical Care ..

Overcharged on a lot of medical components simply because I was covered by insurance. The cost of my surgery would cost between 45-60k. However I was charged around 1lac even though the surgery took place in a regular multi speciality hospital, not even high end hospitals. A lot of components were added in the bill that wasn't even used. Lack of coordination between the Pristyn Care team members. Discharge process delayed by 8 hours as the team didnot respond to the insurance queries in time. Nurses at the hospital were not at all following instructions. As per doctor's instruction, we asked the nurse the change the dressing in the morning at 9am; that same dressing was changed during discharge at 10 pm. Nurses didnot give painkiller as they said that the discharge process is undergoing however the discharge process was already delayed. The representative of Pristyn Care was outside the hospital all times. When we asked him for help, he blatantly told us to call at the toll free number of Pristyn care- then what's the point of having a representative in the first place. We r satisfied with the doctor but not Pristyn Care. Next time I will think twice before choosing Pristyn Care.

I had a very smooth and great experience with Dr Venkat Mukunda. I got check up for hemorroids and fissures from almost past a year. it was grown painful and took so many courses of medicines but was not getting healed. Prystn care was blessing and got my first and other Dr follow ups for free. Another thing was very smooth experience for insurance approval and surgery. Pristyn care group were very responsible towards my case . They helped me through out the surgery right from pick up till the surgery done . I was getting calls from the co-ordinator often to check whether all the facilities are ok at the hospital. So i totally satisfied with their service . As they say it was hassle free even at the time admission also very quick .
