The place is neat, clean and well maintained. The doctor's require appointment and belong to various specialised departments. Reports are accurate and I'd highly recommend people this place. The place isn't a full time hospital and that is why it doesn't cater to emergency care. Also, the staff is very slow and take a lot of time in little little things that are to be done.

The hospital management is big time money looter. Increased the prices of test by upto 90% in last two months to fund their new software. No parking in nearby area. For many tests have to go to other centres as many tests are not done at the center. If you've to pay the same as Hiranandani, better go to Hiranandani, at least you get proper parking and all tests done under one roof. Sole positive of Nahar med centre is the doctors who are really caring. Looking for first opportunity to get same doctors at a good, professional centre. Stay away if you can.

Bad experiance. Technician never come on time. Nobody will pick your phone and if by any chance they will pick the phone , they waste your time by transferring the call to lab and they also will not pick your phone.

Horrible Admin staff, their security guards are local goons, harassed and threatened my entire family for trivial issue of parking. Their HR manager, she is utmost liar and fluent in making false allegations !! Next time beware before entering medical center as they themselves calls my senior citizen parents to visit and they themselves creates a chaos by not allowing us to park in the centre even when the spaces are available !!

Had my Root canal done from Dr. Joan and capping done from Dr. Gunjan Kedia. It was a very seamless treatment and both have been great all along and made me very comfortable and cleared all my apprehensions. Dr. Gunjan went to extra lenghts to make sure that my aesthetic look and quality of smile is enhanced. I knew I was in safe hands and kept all my worries at bay. Thanku so much.

Dentist Dr Sneha Thakur not recommended at all for treatment. She sound’s very friendly but complete treatment not done. She treated my daughter, did three root canal without filling the nerve , simply covering it by a cap. We paid exorbitant >15000 for three RC’s. To our shock we came to know about this by repeat Xray.

It was my first time experience there. Reception was deserted. Eventually I found some reception with staff. The staff was busy chit-chatting and clicking pictures. The nurse was decked up in a flowy anarkali, dupatta and bangles. No offence but I don't see how she can work in that attire while handling patients. I was asked to buy a tetanus shot from pharmacy and return. Once I did, I was asked to wait in an empty room. The nurse returned with my tetanus shot in a syringe and injected me. I told her she should have unwrapped the shot and the syringe infront of me before administering it. She dismissed me and politely showed me the door! Never going back.

I had a smooth and easy time with Dr.Gunjan during my braces treatment that lasted almost 18 mths. Her friendly approach each time we met made it easy to get by. Dr. Gunjan was very responsive every time we messaged with any issues. The treatment was successful and i now have well aligned teeth. Thank you doctor.

Service is okay and expensive. They ask outpatients to park the vehicle infront of the hospital saying nothing will happen. But recently police charged me 500rs fine saying it is dangerous parking. When I reported the incident to the management they said it is parked outside and they are not responsible. Very strange behaviour by the management. Unnecessarily I had to pay 500rs as fine and police remark on the vehicle. Looks like the behaviour is like a typical staff who would like take money but does not bother about patients belongings. Will not recommend.

Well I went to see an ortho there and wanted to use the ladies washroom. There was no water in the washroom. Due to the Leaking pipe inside my clothes were all wet. I had to go to the office like that. Nasty washroom for a medical centre. Manager came and went didn't even bother to check what was the issue when I gave a complaint to the staff. Pathetic

Too costly! Went for injection. Charged 150/- for just injecting it!!! Hiranandani charges 80, and Powai hospital 50 bucks only... The syringe also was plain and regular, not gold plated or anything which might have justified the 2x or 3x cost...

Teeth whitening treatment is quite effective.Treatment carried out by Dr.Gunjan was very smooth.Highly appreciable treatment it really adds value to your smile.

I consult Dr Divjyot Kaur. I would recommend her to all as unlike many doctors she listens patiently, understands and clarifies ones issues. Unfortunately she is only available in the mornings. A great sympathetic doctor.

I have completed my invasilign treatment with Dr Gunjan Kedia..it was smooth and i am happy with the outcome...will recommend everyone Dr Gunjan for alignment treatment and she did braces for my daughter as well. We are super satisfied with her approach

Your billing system needs to be more organised. Last month (16 Oct) when I stood in queue at the billing counter and then I was asked to go to the lab itself for billing. Today (16 Nov) when I can to the lab for billing, I waited for 5 minutes and then was directed to the billing counter.

Terrible experience at this place. The staff has no clear communication and answer questions incorrectly including about what's included in medical packages. Theyre so confused and sent us around in circles regarding tests and package inclusions. Such a waste of time and effort. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We have been regular visitor. Almost every time, there is LONG wait before our turn. This is mostly due to over committing slots, or taking walk-ins between the slots. Sometimes even doctors come very late. Some of the doctors are not upto the mark too. Have had bad experience in my mother's case. Despite all these, the charges are equivalent or more than Hiranandani Hospital doctors. Unfortunately this is the only option within Nahar area. Would suggest to improve quality of service please.

Pathetic experience. Doctor is just playing hit and trial. Can’t even have proper diagnosis. Keep on writing one test after another. And then again charge you for even showing the tests they themselves have recommended. There is no proper protocol being followed. They don’t even pickup calls for appointments on time.

Though the services are good but they have surprising charges for every small items like file, hard copy report etc . Also on certain days , billing is done only on first floor whereas services are rendered at other floors . This all add to lot of inconvenience to patient and should be changed .

Pathetic with appointments. Orthopedist Dr. Pankaj didn’t show up 40 minutes after the appointment scheduled. All the receptionist had to say was that he will reach in the next 5 minutes.

Had planned for my teenager son's dental / teeth alignment braces for a long time but had been very apprehensive. I consulted Dr. Gunjan Kedia for the same last year. She is a highly professional doctor and explained the entire process very clearly with timelines. I completely trusted her competence and her diligent efforts. During each sitting, she briefed us about the choices we had to make like teeth fillings /types of braces required, the progress made and also the precautions we needed to take. My son's treatment has ended after one and half years and we are so happy to see the results.The doctor is highly recommended as she is polite , assuring and very knowledgeable professional. Was given an appointment for 4.30pm on 13th September to see an ENT doctor. Was kept waiting for the doctor to arrive from home as not acceptable. This was wastage of my time and not the doctors. When an appointment is given the doctor should be on time.

Most of the working class around Chandivali would come here. It is not as big and good as Hiranandani Hospital in Powai but for most common ailments and medical needs works well like Dental, Paediatric, General Physician, Physiotherapy.
