Tried them for the first time and had a really poor experience. Booked an appointment at the Powai clinic in advance. Got a confirmatory call on the morning of the appointment confirming my availability. Reached the clinic on time only to be told the doctor is on leave. Clinic staff claims due notice was provided in the system which the call centre should have taken note of. Anyway, time and effort wasted. Also, staff requests patients to leave footwear outside the clinic on the street(no place for patients to keep it safely) while staff have a cupboard inside to store their footwear. Weird place to say the least. Also inside hygiene wasn’t appropriate for a dental clinic. Go at your own peril.

I found out about this through an Ad and went for my first ever cleanup a free checkup because I had pain in my back teeth. Had visited a few other dentists in the past but they suggested xray and other costly treatments. This clinic is very friendly and Dr. Saloni dealt with utmost care and patience as I was a bit panicky for the process. 1 cleanup and 2 simple fillings later I feel much better. Highly recommended.

I've always had a pleasant experience with this branch in particular. I usually visit for cavity filling and cleaning. Dr. Manali is the best at what she does, including her soft skills. Very poor service at sabka dentist powai. Making us run not giving the aligners as promised. The receptionist is just taking us for a ride never allowing us to talk to the dentist. The aligners were promised two and. half weeks back.

Initially I used to be concerned about cleanliness and hygiene because of its proximity to the main road but I have been visiting the clinic since 3 years now and I am convinced that the place does justice. The charges are not too expensive but definitely on the moderate side. I have had a molar extraction from the place and faced no issues after. After reaching the clinic, the front desk person informed that doctor is busy with some documents will call you in after sometime. After a few minutes, upon inquiring again, the lady at the reception mentioned that the doctor will see you in 15-mins after the tea break and then she left the reception for 20mins and went out. I kept waiting and then had to leave the clinic without the check-up.
