Took my dad today for vaccination age 61. Took appointment for 3pm-4pm. Large crowd gathering. Rude staff. Worst experience please do not go there. There was long queue for waiting area, then another queue for billing, another queue for aadhar verification, another queue for vaccination. Its a hurdle and mess. Not managed properly. Waste of money. It would've been better if I would've taken my dad in government centres. We reached there at 2:45 and got vaccination at 4:47. Totally unbelievable. We trusted Hinduja hospital since our grandparent times. Totally lost faith. You can do it better. Crowded and no precautions in the queue. More over they didn't provide medicine or vaccination certificate even after asking them and paying money, which are given in government centres for free.

I got the slot for covishield in hinduja.prefered time slot was 11-12 .. After reaching at the vaccination center, I was shocked as almost 1 and half km queue was there.prefered slot was just for printing purpose..no managent, no social distancing.. meanwhile their server was also down.guard at the gate was not guiding properly to the people.few self declared volenteers were making there own rules.first come first sever they are following..The vaccination is for our safety but the situation is not safe at all..staff at vaccination center has no idea how to manage crowd..total mess..not recommending anyone

One of the best hospital. Has well experienced Doctors. The entire staff from reception, cash counter, nursing and others are very friendly. They are always there to help you find the exact room or doctors cabin whenever you ask them. They have a very clean and hygienic environment throughout the entire space. Lift is available for all the patients and the people to go on the respected floors. Wheelchairs are also available for patients who cannot walk. Medical is not available inside the premises. If you want to buy medicines, welness forever and other medical stores are very near to the hospital. Thanks for providing good service.

Doctors, nurses, staff all very approachable and professional. As senior citizens, my husband and I were treated really nicely. Doctors take time to explain everything and to answer questions. Nurses and attendants or ward boys are friendly and always asking if we need something. Everything is systematic, follows protocols or rules, and there are daily inspections of the wards, which was new to me. All medical documents are emailed as soon as ready and we can formally request detailed medical records if needed. Insurance TPA desk staff is excellent at getting patients' claims approved. Everyone is nice and polite and I did not see a single rude employee in a week.

I have mix reviews Bad experience: 1. Admission desk is not at all cooporative. They dont have manners to talk or communicate with basic courtises 2. Hospital makes up unncessary charges added to your bills Specially during the material and medical item lists. The add anything and any amount whether used or not. They make false money and burn a hole in ur pocket. When u quarrel and ask for interim bills Than many of the the prices are removed and items are removed. There will be add of any medicine any quantity which u night have never had or ordered. May not be the medicine related to you. 3. Nurses and attentdents are active But not all nurses are good. Delay services I was facing issues after surgery being on bed I had motions and gastic pain I kept on asking for some medicine but no one gave anything consulting my surgeon. They gave me some medicine at midnight by 2am And such a dose i vomited out completely And started feeling dizziness and vomiting sensations 4. Few doctors like dr. Kapadia they make unnecessary visits wish u just good morning and have nothing to do with you.. which are added to your bill as his charges of visits. Hospital should have a better bed for a visitor or they person staying with patient. They have a tiny sofa a person cant fit into. Good experience: They have world class surgeons in hospital and very cooperative and down to earth. They clear your doubts and question at OPD no matter how kany u ask. Dr. Abhishek kini is such a friendly and cooperative. He goes out of the way and do anything to support you to get ur addmission done and other any related questions. He was a GOD in name Of Doctor And fantastic attendants.

After spending 25 days at admission and spending more than 6 lakhs on unnecessary reports and doctors, they asked us to leave without giving any treatment. Patient was suffering from day 1 but they didn't give any antibiotics just because they didn't know the cause of the fever. Why? Because of their silly disgusting protocol. More than 8 docs visited her in those 25 days, made her do all reports and a pet scan at the end. Didn't give a single medicine till then and the infection spread like hell. More than a litre of her blood was taken for 100s of reports instead of treating her. The reports which had nothing to do with her problem. At last, on insisting, they again called the infection disease specialist (which they should have done from day 1 since it was clear since then that she had some infection) and the doc gave TB medicines on trial basis though all TB reports were negative. Just a way to loot people of their money and playing with the patients health. Just one question, what do you when someone is dying? You wait for Reports which take months and make them do 100s of reports or treat them? Went with high hopes and returned with equally high disappointment. All they want is money will suggest unnecessary reports and call unnecessary doctors just for the sake of earning. My mom still had to get immediately admitted in a nearby hospital as they gave medicines which has lots of side affects. It's been more than a month now and she's suffering because of their so called protocols

I was there today for vaccination. Every staff are so kind and helpful. In India there are lots of discrimination to North East people but as my today's experience they treated us equally. While we are waiting for our turn, there's someone came and tried to went ahead of us but the security of the first entrance stop them and called us to go first. It was a great experience for me and also who accompanied with me. For all the process it tooks around 20-25 minutes excluding observation. Thank you P. D. Hinduja National Hospital.

Lost my dad due to infection in ICU. Hinduja Hospital has lost his quality trust. No rules and regulations in ICUs Any member or relative can enter at any time in the ICU without mask or proper sanitisation. General ward is better than ICU. Discharge process took more than 13 hours where as doctors keep coming for visits even after doctor has given no hopes and charged us for each and every visit. Hospital stretch things purposely to charged us extra for a day. Dr. Roop Gursahani, Neurologist was missing on a discharge day where is pateint was very critical. Dr. Charu lata , Neurologist was very late who was replacement of Dr.Roop knowing pateint was very critical. Very irresponsible behaviour. Dr. P.P. Ashoke, neurologist does not know how to talk with relatives (Pure tapodi langauge) Dr. Roop and Dr. P.P. ashoke had mutual understanding for visits where as no sync between both doctors they treat very badly to relatives if you are not admitted under them. Delay in culture report which was expected in 5 days.

Very very bad experience. I'm ashamed I used to bring my son here for his treatment. Had an appointment wt Dr Neelu Desai n she didn't even wait for 20 minutes. We were late is becse of being transfeup n down in the elevator itself. They took 2000 Rs in the start as OPD policy but we cudnt meet the doctor. Filled all details of my bank for the transfer of money and its been 20 odd dats and the money hasn't been transferred yet. Neither anybody picks up the calls. Very very lousy staff. Typical government servants

It is an costly hospital but there is partiality between patient beds in ward, each ward having 3 beds in one corner, there is not even spare bed for visitors..apart from this 3 beds there is each patient bed having attached visitor bed but not for these 3 even we are paying same money...4 days i was sleeping on floor like government hospital..it is just waste of money

We visited for short stay infusion yesterday. We were never given any requirements and after reaching hospital travelling long distance told that we should give COVID test certificate and we were charged Rs 2500/ for test done outside at Rs 600/ we were supposed to get medicine injected as per U.S. doctor prescription and protocol. They involved Gastroenterologist Dr Desai which was not necessary for us. Involvement of gastro doctor costed us further approx 4000/ extra. Was this for doctors to earn extra money or loot by hospital. In the name of COVID precaution they charge extra money but when we asked for mask they did not provide till completion of infusion. In short they are looters inefficient bunch of thieves.. please god save you from visit to this hospital.

Wish could give negative negative stars. My dad died to Urine infection due to sheer medical negligence of its medical staff. They used infected catheter on Dad. Hinduja has lost is old glory. Nurse and Ward boy do not come on time (maybe they are understaffed/overworked). My dad had sweating after which he developed fever. No one came to change till 8 hrs which lead to further complications. Nurses forget to give medicine on time.

Treats patients like beggars. Reached around 11PM there, to get a dressing on the wound which needed attention. But, the guard (in a policemen dress) didn't let me enter the hospital. I don’t know what was wrong with him. Treated as if I was a beggar and did not let me enter the hospital. Had never such a bad experience with a hospital. Such an unwelcoming experience. Will never ever visit again.

Possibly some of the best service we've received especially when trying to arrange blood work. My mum was unable to walk and so the lab technicians offered to come to the house to take the samples. Everything was handled under very sanitary conditions and done extremely professionally. Even when it came time to receiving the results, the hospital called to find out whether my mum would like to have the results sent personally on her WhatsApp or send to her email. Coming from Australia, this level of service in unimaginable. We were so impressed with the staff and everything that was done to ensure we received the optimum level of care.

The treatment is good absolutely genuine..but if u are under any mediclaim policy the cordination between the doctor and TPA desk is zero. The patient relative needs to run for each and every query raised by the mediclaim policy to TPA whereas the cordination shud be directly with the doctor assistant for requirment of any consent letter to TPA basically they are irrresponsible in services which can cause u to pay the whole amount of operation in the final settlement inspite all the documentation just becoz they dont care old school staff need upgrading...

शरीरे जर्जरी भूते व्याधिग्रस्ते कलेबरे । औषधं जाह्नवीतोयं वैद्यो नारायणो हरिः ॥ When all vital life forces leave the body, when the whole being is seized by incurable diseases, what medicine is there, than river Ganga, who else but Lord Narayana, Hari, would come as doctor! Indeed, I experienced that… My fraternal nephew Kum Sankalp Ramesh Chiplunkar was detected by a tumor of size around 16 cm in the spine. The tumor spread from the spineto the stomach and where needs to be operated on priority. Dr. Ketan Desai from P. D. Hinduja Hospital and Research Center, Mahim, Mumbai informed us about the risks involved in the surgery. There were complexities that may face during or after surgery like the nerves in his left leg could damage, urine tract or intestine problem could occur. In short, his life was in threat and the surgery was complex. Though he warned about the risks, at the same time we have seen a spark and full of confidence in his eyes. On 29.10.2020 at around 8 am Dr. Ketan Desai, Dr. Ganesh Nagarajan and with the help of other doctors carried out 6 hours of surgery. Dr. Ketan Desai came out of the operation theater at around 2 pm and told us that the operation was successful, we were in tears of joy. With his magical hand, he saved Sankalp's life. All our prayers and doctor's efforts came to a success. Moreover, yes we experienced on that day the miracle of GOD in the form (Avatar) of a Doctor. You make a big difference in what we were initially told and feared about. You are a truly remarkable doctor and professional that we respect and trust. The story does not end here. Post-surgery the whole team of doctors, paramedics took utmost care of Sankalp. Every day all the doctors used to visit Sankalp and monitored his health progress. We are falling short of words to express our gratitude. Once again thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients! Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement.

We had online appointment with the doctor which was scheduled at 5pm We got a call from the hospital saying join call at 4.50pm and they explained us how to use the app etc It took 6 calls from my side and a wait period of 1 hour and 30 mins for them to tell me that the doctor is not responding to their calls and they will reschedule So basically we paid 1700 for wasting our time ? The hospital certainly has no value for patients time One of the operators who is supposed to direct calls to other departments spoke rudely hung up twice Before charging handsome amount of money kindly make the service worth it Totally disappointed

Terrible experience . If you go once they ask you to pay 2450 If you are lucky you will find good doctor. Else there are plenty of glorified ones you will find on their site. Then they will write some test ( never take test from thier center very expensive ) Go to nearby srl diagnostic - cheaper and better. Then after 2 days of report I went back to the doctor and just to show the report they ask to pay another 2200!! It’s modern day looting in these tall opd hospital towers. With lower integrity in treatments Absolutely worthless 😤 Else you show to some assistant inexperienced boys. I find it waste of time in my case with nuero- as I chose a wrong doctor. If is life treathning only then come here God help us all

10/10; Masterpiece. Fantastic services, from the reception to the nurses to the expert doctors. The bill easily reaches lacs for major treatments but the doctor consultation fees are actually quite reasonable of considered their expertise. ولله الحمد. The nurses are unlike I've ever seen! Even the warden and senior managing staff are so humane and empathetic. God bless this hospital. Oh, and the Mahim beach view! 🤌🏾

Firstly, the hospital will tell you that all the slots have been booked for the next two months, then they’ll offer you the ‘privileged patient’ appointment which costs ₹4000. After paying so much the doc literally attends just for 5 mins at the most. Not at all worth the money.

Always Hinduja Hospital has been my most preferred Hospital even for minor ailments. This time, under the hands of Dr. Kapadia, recovery was very fast for something which was very acute. The staff, Nurses and Ward boys (I didn't note the names) were extremely helpful and highly professional. Support staff in Emergency, Doctor in Emergency, Admission staff, Billing staff and finally Discharge staff were extremely helpful. The greatest movement and to my surprise, when I was getting discharged, 2 beautiful ladies from send off staff gave me Tulsi plant and Get well card, for which I was totally overwhelmed. My recommendation for this hospital to anyone.

Yesterday I went to Hinduja Hospital for the treatment of my 82 years old mother. It was very shocking to see the behaviour of their 2 doctors. The approach of Dr. Vishnu Chandran and a lady sergeon was ridiculous. It was very difficult to understand why they are so negative. Maybe some vested interest, greed or pressure to achieve business targets. They had not only carried out many unnecessary checkups but they had delayed us inordinately. Even I was thinking to oblige them so that my 82 year old mother may not be harassed. After the whole day of harassment by both doctors when we come back to home my 82 year old mother told that both the doctors will never be happy in their lives.

Hinduja Hospital: A place to visit with complete trust at times of need. Professional approach by a multi-speciality team of Doctors, Caring Nurses and supporting Administration as well as helpful housekeeping staff. Special thanks to Dr. Deepraj Bhandarkar for his excellent support as well as super speciality skills. This multifaceted personality has various feathers of different admiring skills in his able crown. His ability of handling emergency situation in coordinated efforts is well appreciated !!!

The hospital is undergoing repairs. our patient has just been discharged from the ICU. We are asking you to change the room. Our patient is having trouble with this sound, making a lot of noise. We have paid the full amount, we are still suffering and the hospital is not helping anything. There is a very useless situation in the hospital. Sisters and Wordboy guide nothing. We would have seen another hospital than this. Our patient is in a very bad condition. We are suffering mentally. plz dont come again. really very bad situation.

My dad was admitted in hinduja hospital for 1 n half month. Everything was very good except staff.. they don't have enough staff for anything. For 48 patients dey only have 8 sisters which is not at all sufficient... sisters runs here n there n if you have any issue they dont reach to u easily bcz they don't have time for that n also for 48 patients they only have 2 wardboys which is not at all acceptable... and also wardboys doing all the work of the floor like cleaning of floor, bathroom, collecting garbage, looking after all the patients, taking patients for other services etc, how can we accept 2 people can do everything.. sometimes it takes half n hour or more n then we need to go to look after him n get him to help the patient.. Despite of many complaints the issue was not resolved they said we wll do somthing but nothing happened n I heard this issue was facing by each n every bed. Infact staff was also complaining about the same that management is not providing extra staff after saying many times. Doctors, facilities, other equipments all good but insufficient staff trouble relative n patients alot.. and the main thing after complaining so many times even they gives u false hope that they will do something n just ignore the whole thing.

Hospital is good but no space for parking at all. If you park nearby then you end up paying fine by traffic place. Plus the hospital is over-crowded.

Pathetic Hospital. I was enquiring for an appointment for a doctor suggested by my MD doctor for a specialist opinion and surgery. Extremely rude call centre. They told me that the doctor has left the hospital but they were not ready to tell me which hospital he has moved to. totally low class business people. Then I went to the hospital OPD building, they asked me to meet someone called Juhi Bhandari, the most rude person I met in my life. Her language about is low class. will never visit this hospital again. Absolutely low class money making racket.

Always keeping patients and relatives afraid on an unforeseen circumstances. Hospital has the worst mortality rate and 0 ethical values . Please avoid Hinduja at any cost and donot boat them or associated doctors for surgery

The hospital environment is good it jst that when the government had said now no mask is compulsory so people are going to places without mask so when we were making appointment then the hospital staff should have said that but no one said anything and then when we came to the hospital we were stoped at the entrance of the hospital

My dad was admitted in their covid ward for 20 days. Papa was not talking much for some reason. On the 14th day my brother sensed in his conversation that he was under the impression that he still had covid. Bro assured papa that he doesn't have covid anymore it's just that he has not recovered from its effects. A few days later my dad died. Now 6 months later i checked his reports and realised that after that conversation dad's lungs had started recovering but his ECG looked bad, so that fear of covid for so long took such a toll on his other organs that he never survived. We were not there we don't know what those doctors did to my dad and if they did something wrong i have faith that the karma will not let them get away with it. But the one thing i know for sure is that they had not told him until the 14th day that he doesn't have covid anymore, had they done that perhaps his state would not have deteriorated in that fear. And insult to the injury the death certificate says death due to covid, sepsis and HYPERTENSION.

Very nice experience with Hinduja Hospital. What i liked was doing the pre registration even before visiting the hospital... All one has to do is take a print from the kiosk when you visit the hospital. The staff behaviour is emphatic. The crowd is also well managed. Masks were mandatory... The best part was helpful co-patients at the hospital. Whoever had extra masks gave it to them who didn't have.

Man, everytime I come to this hospital my experience has never been good. The doctors and nursing staff are all great. But this hospitals main building has serious administration and management issues. They take too long to process everything. Their staff has behavioural issues, doesn't treat patients relatives or other people nicely nor they're considerate about people. They're only making business on brand name, good doctors and high profile clientale. Rest of the staff and management here need serious level of training on peoples development aspects - professionalism, communication and how people should be treated.

Most of the doctors are very good ,there may b few exceptions .Admission department n OT clearance are so rude & insensitive. TPA has just 1 counter for 400 beds !!! It's fully planned way to harrass relatives make them wait in long queues n finally their claims get delayed .Then they are forced to pay big deposits n clear off the cashless claims . The TPA staff are so frustrated n full of anger .They speak in such a bad tone n behave as though doing sone meherbani on people .WHY can't the hospital have more counters ?? OT discharge is pathetic ,no one accompanies the patient n they are left at the mercy of neglent wardboys .They don't even care for the after safety of the patients in transit .Never leave your relatives alone in transit ! Doctors are good n so we hv no choice but to keep calm n go through all the nonsense .

The worst experience always as patients we are at their mercy to get better which can happen only if we explained to ( their protocol ) what can be done in a day or two they keep the patient for almost a week. Their MRI department is a walking nightmare where already the patient is sick is made to wait 2 hours sometimes more because they have one machine and one broken machine. They have booked appointments for slots but they don’t go by them. My mother has gone through hell always they made her wait then take almost 3 hours inside. My only request to your department is make it walk in and tell patients that they’ll spend more than half a day in your MRI section. Don’t make a patient worse under your care

Maybe good care of patients but behaviour with relative is like baggers, no facilities for waiting room, relative have to wait outside of premises despite of heavy rain falls, atleast they should give permission to enter in reception area to seat.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Bey pathetic service of the hospital. Consultation fees is charging 2200 Rs. And waiting time period is more than 2 hours. Some patients are able to wait but some can’t able to sit for a long time period. If Dr is on round then why are you not tell patient that much time it will take to Dr come back. I am waiting for Dr. Mahesh Parsad. My consultation time was 11:30 and now 1:41 PM. Still He didn’t come and I am waiting for him to come. Kindly do your service properly as if you are getting too much fees and a privation hospital service is like this is shame for all.

Hope I can give negative rating. If you want to get insulted by there security at gate after paying lacs of rupees for your loved ones...then you must visit Hinduja hospital. It's not easy to enter hospital even if you have valid reason... security just want piece of paper which they call pass. My mom was admitted here....since my dad who is 80 years old was with her and I don't had pass. His phone was not reachable. I got call from doctor regarding consent and Operation, he wants me to discuss and proceed further. My mother suffering from gangrene so it was necessary to do immediate surgery. But so called security personnel don't even allow me to enter hospital...I was waiting outside for 2 hrs. There is no waiting room you have to seat on roadside katta. TPA, customer care department, Billing and admission department is inside so you will not able to get inside to do this formalities also...earlier they denied my entry for TPA related work also. I don't know what if that piece of paper is lost...how can we reach our patients. Doctor's are good over here....but nursing staff don't know anything about patients.....even they don't know about which doctor is treating patients. They just don't have any answers to your questions and very slow in responding to patients.

I was admitted in Hinduja Hospital on 31.10.2023 in the evening for shortness of breathiness full night no test no medicine on 01.11.2023 blood sample was taken in the morning, 2D Echo test was taken after CT Scan test was taken in the evening of 01.11.2023 i asked to Nurse she told your report came dont worry not much problem but no medicine was started as later i knew that it was Pulmonary Embolism. In the morning of 02.11.2023 Cardiologist Dr. Ponde came i asked him is there any problem in heart they told no you are having clot in the lung and you have to take three month medicine for that. After that also medicine not started. After half an hour Nurse came with a half tablet (medicine), i asked her this medicine for what she told that Mam (Simran Singh) told that give this medicine. I did not asked anything further. After 20 minutes of taking that medicine my BP and Oxygen level suddenly down. Before half an hour my BP was ok and Oxygen level 98 but it suddenly down. As my BP was down I was feeling heaviness in the chest. They took me ICU and for three days was giving costly treatment. Next day in the ICU i asked my wife it may be cause of that medicine given to me and my condition suddenly fell down. She told that A hospital can not do like this. I left this matter there. after one week they discharge me (After fighting that as my condition was ok then after they were not discharging me.) Any how they discharged me. They told me fifteen days bedrest. But when i went after fifteen days after discharged to consult doctor they told that it was not bedrest but only rest. Now before one day i was reading review from google of Hinduja hospital lot of people was sharing his experience some of them complaing that this hospital chitting the paitent and looting. I realised that on 2nd nov 23 after getting a half tablet my condition got worsen i checked bill in which all medicine was recorded which was given at the time of treatment. I found that from 31.10.2023 to 02.11.2023 no tablet was issued in my account. Then from where tablet was given and why you can understand. If you are going to take treatment in this hospital make sure that 1. Your condition is very critical and there is no other option to go other hospital. 2. If your condition is not critical they will make you critical by delaying your treatment or giving any supplementary. 3. Your companion should be every time elert and asking every time which medicine is being given and noting down. 4. If you are having a lot of money that can be looted and no problem to you then you can go but you think that if unnecessary treatment will be given then your body will suffer.
