Well I m coming to this place from a very long period of time for my family relatives treatment. As we all know the situation is very horrible due to Corona so everything should be treated very carefully. My mother is a patient over here since last 8 days , her operation is done finally but they are trying to shift her in ICU even in normal condition, after speaking to doctor words I got to know that they are just shifting her for Plenty of money in Lakhs still I agree to his conditions. Hospitals are becoming nowdays like baniya in such horrible condition they are charging so much, I am not thinking about myself but think about other who can’t afford, things are happening worst. Food which is providing in the hospital to the patients are serving without wearing Hand gloves🧤 to the patients and some are not wearing mask in their staff. Just see the conditions of a pharmaceutical medical of this hospitals I have uploaded an images as well, so pathetic conditions like a godown. Doctors are charging for their per visit but sometimes they have not visited to see the patient, then also they have charged. How can will be so sure about our safety if such hospital conditions are like that even after charging in lakhs, things should be change in the hospital because every human life is IMPORTANT.

We had a horrible experience at this hospital 1. The room was Unhygienic and had flies in it as is seen in the attached video 2. Despite having a cashless approval from HDFC the marketing department held me hostage and forced me to pay Rs 60,000 for unlabeled charges made by them 3. Nurses on 11th floor are clueless Overall the system is primed to work like white collared lazy thieves.

Worst hospital to get admitted, please if you want to admit any elderly person and don't have any back-up to stay with patient, don't even think of admitting patient to this hospital... As when we complain that nurse and mavshi not doing their work properly, they reply back that there should be compulsory one relative with patient for 24hrs, it's the rule of hospital. Every other patients have complain but no action is taken. Also charges are not so low if you are not giving service, they have charges for nurse for mavshi per day. but the don't work accordingly. It's better not to admit patient at this hospital. Doctors are good observant and keep patience, treatment is done properly. But hospital management and staff is very poor, please think twice before getting admit in this hospital.

Not even give a one star to this hospital. Here are the reasons 1) My aunty had 2 blood vomits in the morning, We admitted her around 10am (SAT) in the morning, paid for covid test and then they suddenly told her to do sonography, endoscopy, xray of legs, heart monitoring etc etc 2) She was admitted around 10am but the treatment started at 5-6pm (general ward) 3) The nurses over there used to give a number written on paper. We need to go down to pharmacy to bring medicines. Unnecessary stuff like injections, glucose, gloves what not. (Everyday the bill use to be around 3-4k) for 8 days. In pharmacy there was a huge line. The guy used to tell me come after 1-2hr for medicines. 4) On that same night dr told to shift her to Recovery room for treatment. He said this treatments was not possible in General ward. The charge for 1 day was around 4500Rs. 5) The Mavshi and Mama, they didn't even helped my aunt for peeing. On the day of discharge came for TIPS. shifting patient from RR to GW, the mama asked for tip.Taking the patient and bring back after lab test.they asked for tips. 6) Doctors are little helpful. 7) The treatment of her gout is still not done(its paining like hell for her) 8) The bill shot upto 1.5lakhs for 8days.Thank god it was general ward if it was AC ward the bill would be x2 or x3. 9) There was a little guy who had a knot in his private area. He was poor. The dr and hospital didn't even paid attention to him. 10) The hospital didn't have clothes that would fit my aunty. Made a mistake by admitting her to this hospital. The hospital is there only to loot money nothing else. I would rather prefer going to a govt hospital like KEM, JJ ,St. George instead of this loot hospital.

The doctors are very competent and extremely skilled in their area of expertise, the nurses are hard working and caring. However my husband was in ICU post surgery and all through the day and night it was chaos and confusion. Nurses shouting instructions across the room, things banging, even after complaining it did not stop! In the Recovery room he said it was like a railway station, ward boys talking loudly. As far as back up staff goes, the ladies who clean do an absolutely terrible job and all they want is tips! The male staff also expect tips but they do work hard. Hygiene is crucial in hospitals and I actually brought my own supplies and did my own cleaning. Someone needs to pay attention to these issues

Worst hospital ever, no proper management even they are providing same test rates different based on different classes. Only a business to get all your money. They are even providing same test in 11,500 and if you admit the rates are more than 70,000. After this much high charges patients attended need to collect all the reports from different departments even to get any testing done patient has to wait and outside people will get priority. After testing for ward boy(mama) to take patient back to room need to wait more than half an hour.

At the first view the lobby is great and compelling..you feel you've reached the hospital types of Wockhardt and Apollo, however as you go up to the wards and other section..you automatically get the feeling of hospital types like JJ and St. George..the staff is good and kind..the Marketing department is poor with their communication, they have no feelings and emotions..they need to notify next steps to the patients relative on TPA activities in a step by step manner to allow a smooth flow of the process, they tell you one activity and then when you're back they are not there in their seats and then you got start all over again...the overall flow of communication needs improvement especially with half information shared from the front desk, to the marketing department..infact the marketing department needs alot of training and development on how to talk to patients relatives..they miss the art of "communication with empathy" and yells and speaks rudely to the patients relatives... please understand ..when we have someone admitted at the hospital it's not a joy but it's a worrisome situation as it gets frustrating to go through that journey.. Anyways the whole system needs to talk to each other because they don't ..they have a process and that process is only followed at the time of discharge as they need to get the "payment" process completed.. You need some one from the outside to tell you the GAP if you're trying to venture in the direction of hospitals like Wockhardt and Apollo. My experience with Bombay hospital was very poor and I will rate it as 1..I would not recommend anyone to visit it when you have better options available outside the city..

The doctors here are great! Just to see your doctor it is a fine place. But if you need admission God save you. Everything else is bad. The services, nursing staff and other staff are horrible. The private second class room had heavy water damage and was very dirty. There was old blood caked on the walls. The bathroom though technically clean is not very pleasant either. The man who gives the meals yells and screams in the corridor. The nurses and ward boys were yelling at each other till 3 am at night - how are patients supposed to get rest? After discharge all the ward boys and cleaning ladies surrounded us - followed us right to the lift for a bakshish. Even in the OT the attendants are just lazing around and *itching about the hospital in a circle. The only time they got up and pretended to work was when a senior doctor came and yelled at them. For the amount of money you pay, you get really bad service. If not for my doctor who is amazing, I would never come to this place.

Marketing department is absolute worst! No ethics at all! They scam cashless insurance patients by making charges 2x or 3x of what the charges are supposed to be? They charge private hospital fees but their facilities are not nearly as good as private hospitals! No wonder why hospital was so empty!

Patient's name: Jayant S.Sahasrabudhe Mr. Jayant was admitted to Bombay Hospital for about one and half month as a patient of Dr. Gautam Bhansali. And was sucessfully operated for v.p. shunt and cranioplasty by Dr. Deopujari... Each and every facility provided to him and the attendent was really having a homely touch with immense positivity... we are very thankful to all Doctors and their teams, floor staff, canteen staff and all others who have made our crucial journey were safe and peaceful . Thanks a lot!!!

I got my 1st dose of Covaxin here. To my dismay, there was a huge queue for vaccination. However, vaccination process was extremely smooth. The label of the vaccination vial was clearly shown by the vaccinator. I would suggest reaching early here for swift and comfortable vaccination process.

Doctors are good and trained but the management is worst ..they charged so much for every case ..if you are coming here without insurance then you are gone because they will charge so much. Doctor will come and stay for just 1 minute and for that they will charge 2k everyday ..they are looting here like a hell ..please don’t visit if you don’t have medical insurance

The hospital is a complete mess show. My relative was admitted to this hospital, thankfully wasn't serious. They make us run from one desk to another andbthe formalities are like government hospitals. The medical staff is good but administration is terrible. Woudn't recommend getting admitted here since their negligence can result in a very bad result.

Excellent doctors and nurses but pathetic billing and administration. Their treatment estimate is more volatile than the stock exchange. Barring the doctors and the nurses there's no reason one should consider this hospital for treatment

Very bad service at the emergency sector... No one was present at the Main Reception counter to remove the case paper or note of the patient details.. Was waiting at the room for the Dr and the nurses to operate my brother who was in chest pain and high fever.. All the Doctor Vaibhav the CMO and nurses was present at the death patients who was almost past .. All the Doctors and nurses was Working on the death patients instead of Alive one. I went to have a word with the Doctor who is at the shift at 8:30 pm (28th October) regarding it so was giving the back answer like did you informed anyone. And was telling me don't you have the sympathy of death patients? And was telling me to move out from the Hospital. Is this service at Bombay hospital given which is a very respectful hospital and having uneducated Doctors kept

Excellent doctors. Affordable Care. Knowledgeable, friendly and actively caring nurses. Best Neurosurgeons. Good quality rooms and monitored, timely diet for patients. Dr. Mahesh Chaudari is excellent. He is next to God for me. He saved my father for as long as he could. The neuro head Dr. Keki Turrel is also well known. The only small con in this hospital which is very negligible is that they are the a very slow billing/marketing team. And elevators are very slow. Overall the best. A billion times better than Fortis group of hospitals.

Today i m visit 6.15pm and i forgot the patient admitted on 6th floor which room number but they no courtesy to ask which room number or call the patient relative or just you stand in waiting room and then call. BUT ......The security just said AAP BAHAR KHADE RAHO ,ANDAR ALLOW NAHI HAI. i stand ing on gate till my relative comes down i really don't like because everyone is going inside and security guard not asking them. And my relative comes down to collect me but HE LEAVES THE PATIENT ALONE. so i request to Hospital admin department to these things r not happen again with any one. It's humble request 🙏

Had visited the MRI department of Bombay Hospital for the spine MRI of my mother who is 77yrs old and has trouble walking. We had an appointment for 1 pm and reached by 12:45 pm and made the payment also so we're ready by 1 pm but the staff in the MRI department the sisters the Drs. everyone made us wait for 4 1/2 hrs just for the MRI and they are absolutely ok to make a senior citizen wait endlessly. The appointment was taken 3 days prior and the same was reconfirmed with us yesterday that we would be there by 1 pm sharp and then this wait of 4 1/2 hrs. All I am saying is that if you could reconfirm the appointment then that should have called and told me to come three hours late. So that we wouldn't have to wait for so long. I am Simply posting this review so that other unsuspecting patients don't go through this.
