This review is only about the 18-44 vaccination part. Worst vaccination experience here. Had to wait almost 3 and half hours even when they called me to come at a specific time i.e., 1:50p.m. went there. The starting process of vaccination is taking place inside the parking lot(added photos to see). Yup, parking lot and a huge line(photos are added) and no place to sit because they called approx 1000 people and there were only 50-80 chairs(had to sit on the sidewalk). I want to say only one thing if you can't manage a big group of people then don't give appointment to that much people. I wanted to cancel and go home but my mother insisted to wait. Also, none of the social distancing followed(video as proof). I know this is not a review moreover a rant but it is what it is.

Worst experience. From Security staff to Hospital staff also the Cafeteria staff talks so rudely. No one should visit this hospital. Security argue with each and every one, These people let go people all High class people directly in, but stops people all the needy people who have no option but to visit this hospital. If I could rate 0 stars, I definitely would. Please, never, ever visit this scam of a hospital. I brought my aged grandfather in for an emergency and the service was absolute trash. We weren't allowed to bring in fruits or homemade foods and while we complied, we were scammed by insanely expensive (4 times the cost) fruits that took hours to deliver. Moreover, my grandfather had emergencies three nights in a row and there was not even a single doctor or a nurse available at that time. We waited for hours while the patient suffered and yet, the doctors took hours to come in. We pay lakhs as fees, expecting the high class service we pay for and this is the service we receive? Absolutely deplorable and third class service. We chose this vile institute based on our assumptions about this scam hospital, thinking we shall receive proper treatment and service. Worst hospital I've ever been to, I strongly urge others to never visit this horrible place.

My father is admit here and each time I want to visit him they don't allow us to see him. I am not here to have fun or by choice. I am here to see him and take care of him. I would never like to come here if it was not for his condition.

the best thing about apollo fertility would be Dr. Anuranjita Pallavi and Dr. Nikita Lad-Patel. Situated on 2nd floor to the extreme portion of the main building. The treatment given to Patients is above avarage. right from the Reception to consultation, all staffs and doctors are polite. normal working hours are from 11.00 to 15.00 hrs. prior appointment is necessary. the rates are affordable to normal working family. docs prefers normal and natural practices over treatment. overall nice ambience. Recommended!!

I understand Apollo is a huge giant and no matter if a minor complaint from a common man is done. These hospital force us to make 50% amount in cash with no other option. I am shocked to see that they dont even provide a receipt for that amount. If we ask for receipt they give us multiple excuses no you will not get the receipt.

Great vaccination experience at Apollo Hospitals, Belapur branch. After reaching the center, I was screened and was told to wait in a spacious area to fill consent form. Then you are taken to a place for payment, where social distancing is well maintained. The entire process from filling the form to getting yourself the vaccine injection takes around 20 minutes, smoothly. There is a lot of staff to help, and you can inquire anywhere. After vaccination, you are taken to an air conditioned room for 30 minutes of waiting. Overall, the vaccination experience is great. Just reach the center 15-20 minutes before your slot, and follow the instructions which the hopsital officials give you.

Doctors are great but very poor services here. Nurse and housekeeping staff is very lazy to respond. They do not come to see patients on time even after calling them again and again. In most cases, the attendee has to go physically to the nurse station. Not only this, my aunt was admitted here for 3 days and her mobile phone was stolen while she was resting. MGM hospital services are way better than this hospital services.

All they are interested is in making money. Though I heard horrific feedback from one of my friends I still went for it. My father was recently admitted here and as per the protocols the Covid test was conducted first which took more than 72 hours for the result. In that time frame a bill of six figures was already generated .The treatment wasn't even started yet and I ball parked that number will go 10 times higher by the end of the treatment. So I decided to get a second opinion and requested for a summary report which took almost 4 hours and when I finally decided to shift him the billing process took additional 4 hrs in which another 25k was added just like that. There is a massive gap in communication with the doctors and the staff. Apollo has successfully managed to find a path to bleed the commoner. Highly NOT recommended.

Dr. Anuranjita Pallavi she been part of my journey even before I conceived. She helped us in each & every challenge that we faced. She is an amazing Dr. and an amazing human being. I have been consulting her from the very beginning and today i proudly hold a 10 day old baby boy. Amazing place! Highly recommended if you want to bleed yourself dry of all your personal savings and family savings. Getting yourself conned by sharks pretending to be hospitality workers in luxury was a memorable experience. The huge hidden costs, massive delays and endless paperwork for every little thing are a blessing in disguise. :)

Bad in terms of maternity food system. On 3rd day, she did not receive breakfast on time nor lunch. No one to help nurses have no answer, you cannot bring outside food. U are stuck. We called multiple times. I am scared, what to do. Doctors are good.

But 2 stars only due to worst nursing services, pathetic South Indian accent in hindi & English makes language barrier. emergency bell is casually neglected, when you ask at nurse station they easily say forgot they alarm (even when 4 nurses were at station). And meals served to patients are only south Indian... Truely dominated by south indian... And last but not the least.. most money centric hospital than patient care!😠

Edit. Reducing to 2 stars for the administrative dept. Got discharged in morning at 11 am. Left hospital at 9.30 pm. What a disappointment!! My father was made to run from one department to another. The billing counters are woefully inefficient and were simply not sending the files ahead to the next department. Have been visiting Apollo Hospital for OPD as well as in patient treatment for two days. There was continuous monitoring and the nursing staff was excellent. Doctors are obviously very good. Excellent housekeeping and good nurses. Biling department and administration, HUGE LETDOWN.

Located very close to main road I had a decent experience here when I along with my wife got paid vaccination here. Of course the waiting time was very huge but hygiene was maintained to some extent. It's very hard to get a parking space here for both cars and bikes. The hospital is good.

Apollo hospital only big name... I have never seen worst hospital then this. My brother was admitted in ICU without AC . They arranged fan instead in ICU. No AC was working in emergency room also.They charge exorbitant money for their pathetic services. They don't have value of time .Patients family suffers a lot in complying their formalities, either admission or discharge. It's better to go some small hospital or government hospital.

This is the best place for IVF treatment. Everyone right from reception, nurses and doctors are extremely caring and cooperative. They make sure to counsel and interact you and answer all your questions and worries. They ensure that you are taken care of and are comfortable. I don't understand the kind of humanity the hospital watchman posses. I have my immediate family member admitted in the hospital and there is no eatery outside and these watchman are so inhuman that they are not even letting you go in the basement to consume food. Is this the kind of hospitality you are providing your patients attendants. So sorry to say but you lack the basic humanity. Also can't we have two attendants so that we can relieve the earlier attendant.

Despite having an appointment scheduled, it was crowded and took time. The queue went till service road, a proper waiting area is much needed in such a big hospital. Charges were Rs 780 for a covishield vaccine shot. Better to avoid Sunday. Also if you are coming by personal car be ready to park at the road side where you might land up no parking charge. Auto is easily available just outside the hospital and can be used if commuting by local transport.

I am under treatment of Dr Mahesh Chavan. Since July 2021. I am 70 years old and a diabetic patient since 1994 ie 27 years and was on medicine for all these years. Dr Mahesh diagonised my disorder so accurately and innovatively with his out of the box thinking and approach that he advised me to discontinue my medicine ,and I am now without medicine and feeling extremely well , having no complain of giddiness and uneasiness. It is a great experience to be without diabetic medicine and still be controlling bs with the affectionate ,sincere and patient friendly warm approach of Dr Mahesh Chavan. I stay in twin sharing room. Housekeeping service is very good. And other facilities are good. Arrangements for attendant are not good. The attendant bed is worst , Attendant unable to sleep whole night and getting Backpain. One request for complete food thali is required for attendant which is not available in food menu.

Worst experience, there is no management and coordination within their own departments billing is a nightmare as their billing department is on 6th floor and insurance department on ground floor with one person on desk to manage whole insurance thing you have to stand in queue for half hour just to ask is my insurance approved after all this billing will push things on insurance department and they will push it on billing . While in this process you have to wait for the lift atleast 15 mins as there are only 4 lifts for whole hospital over 9 floors and almost 400+beds . So if you just want to ask is your insurance approved you need atleast 45 mins leaving your patients aside and run up and down . So always get one more attendant with you to attend your patient

Worst experience with your psychiatrist, the one I chose because of their highest rate on Practo. The problem is not solved, instead I gained 20 kgs on neuroleptics (the side effect was not described to me, and even when I complained I gained 10 kgs, the doctor prescribed me pills for acidity!) pls stay away from this hospital if you want to be treated better than me.

This Hospital is a worst nightmare, i have admitted my dad in an emergency case. Here they just need money, as they do not update about the patients health just says that they are recovering. For 2 days my bill was INR 84K. Even they have chargers for COVID19 treatment as said i.e. 56k per day and was told me to make ready money around approx 6 lakh for further treatment. So on a immediate basis i shifted to other hospital. My main concern is , i know you are a big Hospital, but at the end you are a Hospital. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My dad was having pain in chest and left hand and was continuously vomiting. So we took him at night to Apollo hospital Emergency section. The staff is emergency section were completely lethargic and confused. First they said that no beds were available ( it is the biggest hospital in Mumbai) and then they said wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they said wait for 15 minutes more. This went on till 1 hour and still my dad didnt get any bed or any treatment so we had to rush to different hospital. Thank god that my dad is fine but if something had happened to him then?is this how you treat your patients in Emergency during Pandemic? PATHETIC!!!!

One of the best Hospital for Navi Mumbai. They follow strict guidelines for everything. They also have a covid testing facility in the hospital and also a covid ward. Doctors and the staff are too good and helpful.

We were made to wait for an angiogram in apollo hospital during the pandemic with little access to the patient for 3 days! It was obvious display of lack of empathy to the patient , the family and expensive. We eventually were given a bill of 70,000 rupees and were not given an angiogram. I would not recommend Dr Gupta (cardiologist) since he took the case and showed lack of proper patient care and intervention instead of giving it to someone who was available.

My mother in law was admitted for Covid19 treatment in Apollo(Nerul). She was all alone there but excellent care was taken by the nursing staff and other hospital personnel. Doctors reported about her twice a day through WhatsApp and spoke to us once in a day. Thanks to the entire team of Apollo??

For Maternity purposes its worst hospital in Navi mumbai,they keep patients in same floor where covid19 patients are staying which is horrible and behavior of their internal coordination very poor. First pay money as per standard then you ll get poor facilities. Worst ever,not recommended to anybody.

These two stars are only for the infrastructure of the hospital. The one big complaint I have with the management is we have to pay Rs300 extra for PPE kit everytime we come for a visit to the doctor. I am not sure why do the hospital charge since I have noticed the doctor didn't wear. However even if you guys charge for the PPE kit that should be for us if we are paying.

We came to Appolo for a second opinion. We got to know by the treating doctor that Dr. Anil Dcruz the head of oncology at Apolo is not only beat in the city but also in our country. It takes 7 hours to get admitted, and more during the time of Covid. So please be aware if your near and dear one is critical, choose some other hospital. For me it took 8 hours to complete my Discharge process.

My mom got admitted day before yesterday.. it took ages for them to complete all the formalities. My dad who is a senior citizen opted to stay with my mom as only one person is allowed with the patient. My mom has undergone hand surgery. There is no one to attend patient, after multiple request nurse visit after half n hour. The doctor who has performed surgery has not visited the patient after operation even once. And to start with discharge formalities, my dad is running in the hospital since morning, there is no one to help, and till 6 pm it is not even half completed. Please avoid this hospital in case of any surgery or getting admitted as it charges like hell and provide no services.

My mother is been treated under Dr. Tejinder Singh at Apollo Belapur. It is always a warm experience at the hospital. The have a polite staff and Drs are also very warm in explaining the issue and the next line of treatment. Very much satisfied with the service at Apollo. We feel the atmosphere is really caring and warm. The billing staff Anand Vemdala is also very helpful.

Dr. Amolkumar Patil is best robotic urologist surgeon in Navi Mumbai. My wife was suffering from leakage of urine from ureter during Uterus removal operation. She was admitted in Apollo Hospital in emergency. But he guided and supported us very nicely through out the treatment and procedure. He, very kindly, explained us all possibilities of results during treatment in-detail. He supported and guided us well post-treatment when we needed. When he visits the patient, his fresh face is a half-cure to the patient. Dr. Amolkumar Patil was very thorough and supportive in my wife's treatment, caring for her well-being even through his tight & busy schedule.

They made everyone wear a mask even though the pandemic was over. Yet, they use a universal drinking glass at their water despensor. Decent service, but in my opinion the higher price isn't justified.

They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Best Hospital for critical health problems only if you are ready to pay hefty Bills, if not covered in case by health insurance or insurance denies to pay full. I hope the hospital manages to lower down costs of treatments, room rents and services still maintaing proper management. Best Hospital experience till now, except the costs. Good Hospital Good Doctor Good Service Good Management, still Room Service can be faster, and Nurse should have more knowledge about all, Discharge process time needs to be shorten, 2 days just for discharge is not acceptable, rest all is fine.

I visited Apollo with my 9month for fever with untraceable origin. I am happy that my baby is now well. Apollo has one of the top class infrastructure and best nursing and housekeeping staff. My Daughter was treated under the observation of Dr. Pravin Gaikwad, he is one of the best paediatrician with vast experience and listen to every query of parents. Overall had a pleasant experience but definitely some areas of improvement is with security personnel and ease of reaching food department. I had to followup almost everyday for mother food and on the last day of last serving we were offered dal that should not have been served(spoiled). I hope they take this feedback concretely and work on it to only make the experience better.

He performed my Fathers Surgery at Bombay Hospital for Stage 3 Rectum Cancer. We knew we were in safe hands as even after 6 hours of this tedious operation he had a smile on his face and he explained us the minutieust details keeping us in comfort. Post operation he personally visited us and daily he had the smallest details on his fingertips. Highly recommended!!! Truly a phenomenal doctor in his specialty!!!

Ground + 5 level special parking facility with all diagnostic and testing equipment and facilities available in house along with dialysis facility. House keeping is highly professional, available for your service timely and also on special demand. The nurse and staff are very cooperative, helpful and sensitive. Room service for food could be more time sensitive, as they keep you waiting for very long, I have experienced for 4-5 times now whenever my father was admitted. Admission, discharge and TPA is smooth but could be more seamless.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My brother was having pain in chest and left hand and was continuously vomiting. So we took him at night to Apollo hospital Emergency section. The staff is emergency section were completely lethargic and confused. First they said that no beds were available ( it is the biggest hospital in Mumbai) and then they said wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they said wait for 15 minutes more. This went on till 1 hour and still my dad didnt get any bed or any treatment so we had to rush to different hospital. Thank god that my brother is fine but if something had happened to him then?is this how you treat your patients in Emergency during Pandemic? PATHETIC!!!!

I had forgotten my laptop yesterday at Apollo hospital's room when where the patient was admitted to, I called up on that respective floor, they said it was not there, probably they didn't exactly check where it was kept, however Mr. Manoj Tawde (Security head) was very helpful in assisting me till the patient's room to find my laptop very much in place where I left. Bad Customer call services. Nobody is even taking ip call in microbiology department. Did a test in hospital and I called like 10 15 calls to get the test report email.

My father in law was admitted here for lower left jaw cancer surgery under Dr Anil D'Cruz.Treatment was better by all staff including office, nursing, housekeeping, ward boys, billing etc. Cancer surgery followed by plastic surgery by Dr Charudatta Chaudhary was successful. We received some excellent medical attention for my Mother who was admitted to the Covid ward after testing positive. My elder brother,Dr Biswajit Barik was diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma Buccal mucosa with lymphadenopathy in mid June of 2020 amidst COVID.With travel restrictions,we initially treated him at Odisha, where my brother is presently posted. Later in first week of January,2021,we took him to Apollo Navi Mumbai for review.A close and dear friend,Dr Gunadhar Padhi,working as an Intensivist at Apollo Navi Mumbai coordinated and stood strongly beside us giving us clinical inputs,assurance and his smiling presence during our entire stay at Apollo Navi Mumbai..will forever be grateful to him. From day one of our visit,we were given absolute care by Apollo team lead by Dr Anil D Cruz,Dr Khuzema & Santosh Sahu.. Dr Anil D Cruz with his clinical acumen,sympathetic approach and his sheer dedication made us feel secure and conducted a fine surgery,MND..really obliged. Dr Khuzema,always ready to listen and help with a smile was so reassuring.. Thanks to all nurses,paramedics and house keeping staff who made our stay so comfortable. Nursing staff and ward support staff need to be improved a lot. Simple things like air bed functioning, rt feeds administer and cleaning, daily dosage administer and suction units are not done by nurses. They seem not trained well enough. They are simply logging things in books for doctors to check but are not administering. Support staff is the only reason for this low rating. Doctors and hospital facilities are the best in the city. I have seen patients coming from mumbai here but nursing and ward support staff might cause a slow downfall. 4 patients of the same ward alongwith me compained to the management regarding nurses and ward support staff. I hope they take this seriously.

Poor Reception Desk and Hospital Policies. 1. Why INR 150 charged for each family member going for a consultation? Why should we pay 150! 2. Why each patient charged INR 300, for a ppe kit and mask when 1 doctor uses same ppe kit n mask for checking all patients on a given day/time period! 3. Why reception desk official are so impolite? Using covid as an excuse to gain more profits. What a shame!

I can say that the amount of expertise and specialized equipment that I have experienced here can be found in very few places. My Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Sandeep De and the entire Radiation team are world class and apply their immence knowledge and diligent expertise in the singular pursuit of healing their patients. My interactions with everyone here has been warm, kind and compassionate. I am so glad that I have a place like this to go.

Have visited apollo hospital navi mumbai for dental care the experience was very nice and they are taking all necessary precautions during COVID . Dr. Tulika and clinic assistant Shrikant are very helpful and attentive during the treatment .

I have been to Apollo Hospital Navi Mumbai last month for the treatment of my wife. The hospital has been well maintained particularly keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic. Initial consultation with Dr. Bindhu K.S., a few investigations and the surgical procedure by Dr. Sandip Bipte, whose words are reassuring, have all been seamless. Good coordination among the administrative staff. Nursing staff are courteous. Guidance and assistance by Dr. Santosh Sahu are worthy of mention.

If had an option, I would have rated them zero. After the surgery patient was treated their worst. He was given body iodine solution instead of betadine gargle. Despite requesting the nurse multiple times that the doctor gave oral gargle solution not body solution the nurse insisted on using body wound cleaning solution. The patient could have died if he would have listened to the nurse. Not only that their housekeeping staff use patient washroom as per their convenience. Patient has to wait for empty and clean washroom. To worsen the quality of service the housekeeping staff sleeps on empty beds in the patient ward. Your family members are not safe in this hospital. I am preparing to file a medico-legal case. There is so much that I can't even explain here. Except for the doctors nothing is good here. Please consult your physician/ doctors outside Apollo. I wish you could have received the service as per the bomb of an amount paid. It's like you charge for breathing as well. And despite paying those charges in return you completely compromise the safety and health of your loved ones. Highly understaffed Highly under-trained Highly unprofessional Hospital like yours is the reason where doctors are blamed and questioned unnecessarily. Only one word to describe your management"Pathetic" 4.3 ratings is definitely not from actual/ real patients

This hospital is not good for elderly people... They don't give preference for the tests CT/ MRI and don't allow home food to the patient at ICU. It took 2 days including Sunday to get the CT Scan Report! The cashless facility of the Insurance is at it's worst in this hospital and at last, we were forced to pay an advance against the bill to discharge the patient! Even though it took about 12 hours for the discharge process. It will take about 7 days to get back the money from the hospital even though the payments are already done by the Insurance company!! Good doctors and Staff... Good Location... Nice infrastructure... Good parking facility... The dormitory is good but it is not separated according to the Bystander (Attender) / Hospital Staff... The cafeteria is good... The pharmacy is also good...

Hospital staff is very cooperative. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed linings and pillows need a change desperately. They are in horrific condition. Room service is very poor. In fact worst i have seen anywhere. They take 45 minutes to deliver even tea or bread butter. Patient is given just a litre of water bottle a day and needs to pay for additional bottle. That’s just gross. How can you deprive someone from a basic necessity. Overall, management is looking money minded than service oriented.

All the hardwork that the doctors and medical staff put in, the reception and the security just ruin it. Have my mother in law admitted for pacemaker transplantation and she is in ICU. My father in law who is a 70 yr old man is the allowed attendant. Me and my husband wait entire day for moral support and emotional connect outside the perimeter of the hospital ( as per hospital rules only one attendant allowed). Only twice do we visit our father with home cooked food and to make sure he eats it. However, every time the security refuse, we literally have to plead despite showing our covid negative results and our situation. The security and the reception is very rude with no humanity nor hospitality towards visitors. Please understand nobody wants to visit a hospital for fun!!

Dr. Shetty and team is a God gift to Appollo Mumbai. Very caring team of doctors as well as support staffs. Appollo has 5 star rated infrastructure with well equipped Hospital. Upkeep is better than any 5 Star property. Hospital is managing very well in terms of Covid 19 situation. My family members got operated successfully by Dr Shetty and Team & have gone through the radiation treatment as well in the month of December and January without any hesitation of being a Covid Hospital. We have been visiting Apollo for long. My regulars had been with Dr. Vaishali Lokhande and Dr. Nit3sh Jhawar. We also have our yearly health checkup linked with the hospital. Sometimes during peak hours, the wait time is very long. So the appointments can be managed accordingly as it seems that lot of patients get assigned to the doctor within that time or the patients who are late get merged with others. Those times the receptionist/s then sometimes seemed hassled answering to many people the same time. But they always put their best foot fwd. One time I had a bit of issue at the insurance desk where for mere information I was been kept waiting for a long time. In short, the staff should be provided with regular training schedules and motivational programs as in times like Covid they also need to keep themselves motivated. BR Juthika Sawant

The hospital staff was really supportive & helpful to ensure the entire procedure went through smoothly. Dr. Anil D’Cruz the oncology surgeon along with Dr. Satakshi Chatterjee were the best person I could ever imagine of finding for doing this major surgical procedure. Pathetic experience.. My wife had given sample for double marker test on 12th February. And we supposed to get the result by 19th February. I have been contacting them for the reports from then onwards. We didn't get the reports yet after two weeks of sample collection.They are saying it is not in their hands. I don't know who will look after the reports then. More pathetic is they are not even attending my phone call now..

Zero effect of coming on time as per hospital schedule appointment.every single time i had to wait for minimum 1 hour. Seriously they don't consider patients schedule, they'll just make you pay first and then you're obliged to follow there procedure. PS: the experience I'm sharing above is based on the appointment of my mom and dad (nearly 10 visits I've made) from past 2 years with Apollo sugar clinic.

All the doctors are excellent. Nursing staff of NICU is also very nice. Dr. Bhushan Chavan is a excellent consultant & great person. Very caring and supportive doctor. 5 star for him. I was there for my son's heart surgery, surgery is successful, all because of Dr. Bhushan Chavan & Dr. Nevil's team. Words are less to express our feelings, but Big thank you to all. God bless all of them. You all should have healthy long life... You all doing God's job... You all are like God to us & may b for all parents... But general ward nursing staff is not good. I have horrible experience of one sister and one brother from general ward. When one doctor was inserting IV to my son, he was crying a lot(because he is small kid just 3.5 year old) that brother was shouting loudly at him and both of them(sister and brother) were not cooperating to doctor... They were arguing with doctor during inserting IV & they left doctor & my son inside room as it is and came out and passing comments at doctor & laughing in front of me......... Doctor literally request them to come & help.... Then also only brother went inside & that sister didn't.... I think, She is so careless towards patient, fearless about job is because of their South Indian staff lobby.... Most of the nursing staff is South Indian... The hospital is in Maharashtra... Marathi is far away... But they can't understand hindi also.... One of them was not understanding English also..... 🤦 Rest of experience was good. Other staff cleaning, security, room service, canteen & other are good, nice... Rooms are clean & other facilities are also good... Nice. 🙏

My father was diagnosed with Cancer and admitted at Apollo Hospital this year in the midst of the Covid pandemic. The personalized care that he has received has far exceeded our expectations. The world class Oncology team led by Dr Anil D’Cruz and his team not only performed the surgery but went out of their way to keep us informed and treated our entire family with warmth during this worrying period. A special mention to Dr Sataksis who helps us on a daily basis. The Plastic Surgery team led by Dr Charudatta Chaudhari and his colleague Dr Patil were attentive and explained a well laid plan for his recovery. The Nurses all worked tirelessly to take care of my dad and I would like to especially recognize Nimi (Nisha Abraham), Sneena and Anila for their care. The Dietician team with Mrs Varsha Gorey and the Physio therapists all worked together to ensure my father received well rounded care during his stay at Apollo. Dr Santosh Sahu who helped us navigate our stay at Apollo was immensely helpful as well. We are grateful that we found our way to Apollo to receive the best care we can for my dad. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and team members who work together to ensure a successful outcome for their patient!

My mother Jayshri Rami aged 87 had a compression fracture of of D12 vertebra. This was detected 2 months after it occured.A spinal surgery was advised much to our dismay.Right from the first video call Dr.Agnivesh Tikoo addressed our fears and questions with a gentle calmness and reassured us.He was also upfront about the pros and cons of the case..We decided to go ahead with the syrgery as that was the only option to relieve her of acute pain.Today it's a little over two months since discharge and mom is doing fine..she can walk freely and is able independently take care of herself...No aches/ pains.Through the process Dr.Tikoo was present and available for any questions, doubts we had personally and through telephone..we had a direct acess to him and could call/ message.Invariably he always replied despite his very very busy schedule and just hearing from him was enough..We got a feeling that 'all is well and will be well.' Have not known of many successful, senior doctors being like this..It meant so much to the relatives who could not visit the hospital due to the covid situation..To sum up I can only say that Dr Tikoo apart from being an amazing surgeon is an amazing human being. My daughter was putting on weight very fast during the covid epidemic i went to apollo hospital with her for a checkup they advised the bariatric package The package has helped her a lot especially the physio therapist darshan has been very helpful in making her exercise in a way that she enjoyed the journey Now after 2 months my daughter has become active and Happy again she has lost inches and some weight also she walks 6 km a day today She could no complete 2 km before 2months Along with darshan I would like to thank the entire physio therapy department Special thanks to Dietitian varsha gore mam for making my Daughter understand healthy eating, Good and healthy food and junk food which helped her plan her diet and reduce weight Excellent team Excellent hospital

Extremely depressing hospital ..... I have given instructions to all please think carefully before being admitted to Apollo Hospital for treatment ....... My experience for this hospital is very unacceptable, my husband died in this hospital due to COVID... that 15 days Was admitted and 4 from that day on it was 100% oxygen and only liquid food (juice) was given in small quantities. With so much power medicine, injections, etc., how can the body support the body with just a small amount of juice ...... it just seemed like he was doing medical experiments on my husband's body ..... so please think before you get admitted in Apollo

Gave 1 review because I don't have the option to give review in negative. The staffs of them are so useless and unprofessional. They make me visit them 3 days consecutively to get a simple bill receipt with the patients name. The helpline number is useless. They don't pick up the call or even they pick up once in a blue moon they don't bother to help you. Then they just disconnect the call without saying anything. Never ever got so bad service even from a government hospital. I would suggest not to visit them as you will be helpless if you need anything beyond the doctors appointment.

The staff is so helpful. We went for an ultrasound for my father and he is 80 years of age. The lady at the Imaging billing reception was so so helpful and kind, she sent us to the ultrasound counter quickly. The staff within the ultrasound department right from the doctor to the nurses were also great. The prices are also reasonable. Great experience.

Took my Father here for an emergency. The emergency team did an excellent job. The doctors and support staff was caring and professional. The housekeeping staff has ensured that the hospital is spotless and it doesn't even smell like a hospital. The nursing staff took good care. They follow good process and provide good care for the patients. Ambience and neatness in the Hosptial is very good. The quality and experience of doctors is very good and they provide utmost care and discuss in detailed on the patients issues. They have a big parking lot right behind the hospital at nominal parking charge. One can enter the hospital directly from the parking building as well. They have a big medical outlet at the ground floor which is well managed. They have a cafeteria at the ground servicing food and tea / coffee. They have a big screen on the entrance where the standard surgery cost and number of days stay at hospital is displayed for majority of the surgery.. Overall a good facility in Navi Mumbai for getting treatment of one health care.
