This is one of the hospital which can be categorized as non-financial institute. Approach and attitude of all including doctor, co doctors, nursing staff, coworkers are excellent. All are very cooperative and the things are specified by them clearly. No hanky panky job. Budget never exceed the tentative expenditure projected by them. Worth and value for money. Recovery of patients is quite good with quality of surgery as well as the moral support given by doctor and supporting staff.

Doctor is good but administration staff should have or provide atleast rough idea about surgery and it's costing, there is no specific chart for surgery packages even no clarity on insurance sanctions before admission. Its bit difficult to make arrangements of money at last moment for ordinary one mine it was corporate policy and every penny was settled. Got verbal estimation before 2 days of surgery. All stars for Doctor and his experience in surgery.

Dr. milind patil is reputed doctor and good in knee suregry no doubt. But his assistant doctors and other doctors who are called for look up after operation in hospital are totally unreliable. My Mothers knee surgery was succesful with side effects and no doctor there was able to cure those side effects. These other doctors must be having big big certifications but not able to identify patients problem. Problem is some thing else and they claim some thing else and start medication for it. Utter nonsense. Finally had to move out to another hospital with plaster still on, where she recovered. On complaining, hospital gives excuses that that all operation has some side effects and doctors nurses teach ethics of not to blame doctors there. For usKnee surgery performed here has given other side effects and has weakened the patient. This hospital like all other hospital not ready to take the blame on themselves and expert in giving excuses. Hospital management is worst. Staff has no manners to behave with patients. Operation dates all stacked up to make more and more money. Appointment dates all filled up so much so that it congests the clinics like Mumbai Local trains. Not so reliable. Try at your risk.

I recently had to undergo a minor surgery at Revival Bone and Joint Hospital, Thane and it was a very positive experience as a patient. *Dr. Milind Patil*, inspite of being extremely busy, took time and efforts to explain the whole surgery to me and alleviated all my concerns. The Anesthesiologists *Dr. Kulkarni and Dr. Athavale* also explained the whole anesthesia procedure. *Dr. Santosh Chavan* took care of every other detail. Special mention of Brother *Bhushan Shedekar* who assisted me in the end to end process and he was extremely patient, empathetic, polite, and soft spoken throughout. Thanks to the entire team abovementioned and the hospital reception, OPD of staff, and other staff. I was treated incredibly well throughout and overall it was worth travelling to Thane and trusting Team Revival.

After getting all result Doctor gave us miracle surprise that my doesn't need surgery and will get better with medicine that will slow down arthritis. My wife was very with doctor treatment. The staff at the OPD front desk lacks soft skills. They did not even bother to note down my name when I called to enquire about the doctor's availability. There was no greeting/ empathy whatsoever. Receptipn desk being the first point of contact, the staff there needs to be trained well. Would appreciate if the correct steps are taken to do so. Thanks.

I met with am accident and had a severe tibial fracture. The doctor and the staff was very kind and took grate care to make.me feel comfortable. I had a mediclaim and despite being an emergency admission they did not even ask for any money or deposits. My comfort and treatment was their first priority. The staff including nurses, ward boys are very very professional. My surgery was performed successfully and the admin process for mediclaim was also very very smooth.
