Worst hospital, just a namesake trust run hospital, no proper management, treats patient as a subjects for training new doctors. Dr changes statements everyday for same patients. No chance of patient surviving if your patient is above 70, they use patient as training subject for rookie arrogant doctors, Never trust this hospital for any kind of treatment. Worst of the worst. Just a medical school not at all hospital. Never trust #worsthospital counter employees think they own the hospital. Rude ground staff.

Really Worst experience with my father-in-law. Most of Dr trainee doing their practice by wasting too much time of patients also Google it mentioned charitable hospital but actually it's not charitable hospital. My Relative financially really really poor hence he visited for his treatment but Dr. asked too many Report which cost almost 20K and every week Dr. Change and asked different report and saying who ask you for earlier report do this report also when he asked for Financial assistance they keep telling during operation they will see but report you have pay full amount without any discount. My point is why you mentioned Charitable even hospital Helpdesk saying same just understand those poor how he manage money if your hospital not helping.

I was admitted to Casualty and there were so many people (trainees) staring at me like I was a monkey at a zoo. I was having an anxiety attack because I was sort of a spectacle. I only give these 3 stars to the that one doctor who was kind and clever enough to isolate me and the one who gave me a sweet pill and calmed me down with her distraction tactics. The second time I was admitted after was not as nice. The sisters kept bothering me by opening the curtains out of curiosity. When I was moved, they even refused to put the curtains despite the doctor as well as the person who trolleyed me specifically informing them to isolate me with the curtains. When my aunt confronted them one had to ask 'Huh, Why?' In a very strange manner which is hard to describe here as if we had to give her an explanation of our medical history like she was a doctor instead. They still didn't properly close the curtains despite 3 different people telling them to do so. It wasn't until I had another attack that they isolated me properly. The last star goes to 2 people: the one who put that iv needle and the doctor whom I accidently hurt.

The worst experience of my life. Dr will talk nicely till you get admit once you admit they least bother about as if you are invisible. The staff there is so arrogant and rude should not be in the proffession of nursing. The senior dr are shame to be called as senior. You go there to treat your physical illness but they make you ill mentally as well. The "four days" I spent there still haunts me in a way I never ever in my life visit D Y Patil hospital.

1 star for cleanliness and for services. But other than that there is no such good things happened. The major problem is in the hospital is they asked for unnecessary test and shows us false results so that patients need to stay in the hospital for long time and will charge for medicines and more test. And take time to give test results. Just wasting time of the patient and charge as many as they can. I had normal delivery andnormal healthy baby still they forced to stay by saying he has infection without showing any report. And asked for so many tests. Worst experience becz they charged unnecessary thing and also charged more as compared to other diagnosis

I lost my mother due to incorrect treatment for COVID done by doctors /trainee doctor students. She was fit and fine and they still gave her multiple unwanted injections that affected her kidney and liver. While my mother was admitted to this hospital, I was sitting outside praying to god for her recovery, I have seen many dead bodies going out of the hospital and hardly any recovered patient. I am going to raise this with every possible higher management/authority I can reach. Never risk lives of your loved ones by going to this hospital. I lost the most valuable person of my life who will never return back.

Really bad hospital. My grandfather had been alright before he was admitted in D.Y Patil Hospital. They didn't find out the actual problem and kept on suggesting dangerous methods. The pipes were irritating, so he was continuously removing them. Still the staff wanted to experiment with his body. So one day they attached the the pipe in his neck which was removed 2 times. After that the patient experienced heart attack, which was claimed as a minor one by the staff. Even after this incident the doctors insisted on performing several operations. They knew the patient won't survive which is why they prolonged the matter in order to earn. We used to go there turn by turn as the hospital allowed only a person or 2 to come in. And once my aunt had came home, after a overnight stay, in tears. She sadly explained that my grandfather expired. But they weren't affected at all. Once a great woman said 'A small mistake would be only one more death for the hospital but a permanent loss for the family'. Please make full inquiries and then admit a patient. If he/she passes away you may also be responsible for it.

The hospital is clean and hygienic.. The staff is cooperative too, I recently got my operation done from them... The interns are great and have the ability to calm the patients before their tests and surgeries

I would suggest to go to this hospital only if you know any big doctor there or you know anyone from hospital authority. I recently admitted my nephew in accident case. Treatment was very slow and infection was spreading fast. They were giving normal antibiotics like local doctors gives for cold. I removed him after 3-4 days from there... Only infrastructure and cleanliness is good.

Giving them 1 star because i don’t have option for choosing 0. Not recommend at all to anybody, there is a reason that they put bouncers all over the premises. Specially near Operation theatres.

Security guards are very rude and harsh. They fight with the patient relatives. No visiting hours in hospital. This spoils the reputation of the hospital. We are here to give nice treatment to our patient. But because of security which is use less. Taking money and sending 5 to 10 person of one patient. Please change the security system or your hospital will rank 0

Hospital is very very clean and infrastructure is class apart. An MRI that cost 10k is done at 6k. which is very very good. cost of medicines is too less. which helps poors to go for expensive treatment. However, I wish I had option to rate less than this. D.Y. Patil Hospital overall for me is like a huge laboratory for their students to test different types of bodies suffering from different types of health issues. They train their medical students in their college and send them in their own hospital for practicals in their own hospital. Medical system requires a huge attention in India All the good reviews are paid reviews. As i see that management has replied to only good reviews and not bad.

Recently visited for routine eye checkup. Had a worst experience. The optometrists are not trained. They could not identify my spects number. They told me that I should go to the other room for checkup again. I had already waited for 1 hour and again had to wait more. Theytake more than 20 minutes per person for just identifying the spects number.I waited for 2 hours and came back home without checkup. There was no numbering system nothing..they call anyone inside randomly. One of the optometrists talked very rudely with me and few people, who had been exhausted waiting and stood outside the room to know how much time it would take. She said ki bahar niklo yaha se yaha gardi nai karo.. I felt that was very rude behavior. They should learn to respect their patients.

Name is treatment but only for earning and learning. Most of the doctors are interns from their college only. they always asked to buy medicines from their pharmacy only. not outside, but you get at very cheap outside. few doctors might be Good. but others are only Interns and Join . ratings given 2 stars only for cleanness .. poor people can go but think twice.. I do not recommend.

My dad got treated for Urinary infection. General ward for Males on top floor is hot ,not well designed space keeping 40 patients but having only 1 Sister and 1 brother at a given time. Doctors are well experienced but their behaviour shows that they are superior. Young doctor treated my 70+ father a bit rudely. He has no idea ..he only asks..if u have susu potty and walk...no other treatments he was aware of. Neither guided well. As usual the doctors did not jell with nurses well... He was rude to speak to me as well not able to guide or explain the situation well. Everyone is experienced in their fields...never forget the basic courtesy to talk or to put anyone down.

1st incident at Orthopedic Department: Apart from affordable Radiology services this place is a huge hub for trainees to learn and experiment on your body. Even though I had latest MRI reports I was forced to get a XRay of LS spine by junior doctors. Most f the time Jr. Dctrs dnt allow us to see senior docs. After a haggle the Sr. Doc looks at my report and says Xray was not needed MRI was enough. And there are so many issues that I cannot even type. 2nd incident at Pulmonary medicines: My wife was suffering from major breathing issues. The Jr dctr attended us and We were told to do number of tests and everything turned out to be normal in the reports, yet the Jr doctr did not let us see the Senior doctr who is always resting in his cabin. There were major symptoms of breathing and plehgm yet the doctr said everthing is normal now. You might have had TB but now you are fine. We kept on saying that she is not fine so all he did was gave us a congestion reliving medicing mucinac 600. Later I took my wife to a different private doctor and found out she had some lung infection which was very serious. We started our treatment there and she was finally relieved. 3rd incident at dermatology: A group of trainees were sitting, I went and told them I am sufferring from hyperhidrosis so they started to google my condition and then they were not able to find a medicince so they started to ask other senior trainees but the Sr. Trainee also did not knw the ans so they jus ignored juniors questions luckily a proper doctr entered and gave me proper medicine.

A very charitable institution more than a paid hospital as there were devotion and services for needy and ICU patients since I experienced myself. There was discipline, kind services and patient friendly approach from doctors and staff which very much influenced to cure by giving confidence and trusts to many patients.

Sad and shocking but True. Students work here in place of Doctors. The life of your loved ones is in the hands of inexperienced students who hardly know anything. Hospital should stop playing with patient's life. You should operate only one, either a medical college or a hospital but not both.

Yesterday my sis in law got admitted in Dwing for delivery. She got delivery at around 11 pm. Then They shifted my sis in law around 3am in the night to general ward. As we took admission in general ward there were no space in general ward so they gave us twin sharing room saying if general ward didn't get empty then we have to pay twin sharing charges.  1st of all it's hospital responsibility to give me general ward coz I have taken admission in general ward. If there's no place in general ward then its totally hospital responsibility to give me proper ward whichever place is available, with general ward cost. Secondly maushi gave us water jar with glass in it, saying dip your hand inside jar n take glass out then you can have that water. Wow so hygiene service hospital is giving.  Sister are more careless, Dr. gave discharge at 12pm it's now 12:30am still we are sitting in the hospital waiting for the discharge process to complete.  Wow 2nd awesome service hospital is giving. And 3rdly we are cash payment patients not any Mediclaim patient, which takes 5 to 6 hours to claim the payment. 4th hospital will fool us by charging extra of dr. Visiting charges. Our Dr. Visited only once tht too she didn't attend the patient as patient was sleeping still they charged us 3 times visit charge. Very bad n worst experience by DY patil hospital.

This is a just training center for their medical college intern students, They are practicing on patients, For much & more patients acquiring for intern training they made Charitable hospital, And innocent poor people came here for money saving. Here majorly 90% delivery done by secisoring only. And I am here sharing my personal experience just one week ago my wife's delivery done here by secisoring, And after Secisoring in OT department they forgot to give her Tramadol injection (pain killing) due to this she started shouting loudly because of pain, By this situation nurse Directly given her 2 pain killer injection at a time without Anti vomiting and Anti gas injection due to this she started Vomiting feelings and more pressure came in stomach and she started crying with pain.. Totally careless hospital, Careless doctors and nurses.. My personally advice to you All, "Paise bachane ki chakkar me aap log apne patient ko in intern k hawale mat krna". Is se achcha to municipal hospital me treatment milta hai. Waha pe Experienced doctor and Staff milta hai.

Under charitable trust we are running SHREE CHEMBUR JAIN MEDICAL RELIEF CENTER where Dr CHARU (D Y PATIL COLLEGE) is treating dental patients . My family members and many relatives have solved their dental problems under Dr CHARU’s treatment and they have been recommending others . 3 years back my wife had serious dental issue. After lots of check up done Dr Charu dignosed SYST in lower JAW. Treatment suggested was : Removal of SYST under genera anesthesia. Though we are staying in Chembur we opted for D Y Patil hospital since we wanted Dr Charu to operate. My only son flew from USA on urgent basis since I was under tension because my wife had kidney and thyroid issues too.She can take only mild pain killer. Dr CHARU operated so well that patient did not realise that SYST was removed without any pain until she got total recovery. I would say she treated throughput as if she was our own family member. Also we were very much satisfied with politeness of staff . Atmosphere and cleanliness. Food etc of D Y Patil Hospital

3rd Class service for patients and hospital management is a total waste. Went for an MRI paid the said amount of Rs.4000/- and waited in the line almost for 45 minutes just to hear back from the doctor that come back at 8:30 in the night. When its not possible at the moment the staff must inform the patients and not make them wait in line. And moreover took the money in advance. Waste management. Waste Facility. Waste service. Never go here. Its better to pay higher price and go elsewhere atleast the service would be far better.

Admission took time. Discharge took 4.5 hours. Pathetic patient attention. Staff forgets each and every thing right from sending bills to account section, getting discharge summary. Private ward facilities are also worst. Not providing linen in bathroom. Not changing patients dress. Needs to be constantly reminded. However, staff ( Doctor and Nursing staff) behaviour was good and warrants excellent ratings.

I had very bad experience with the hospital services that too in private section. I asked them to make discharge bill for my relative the day before I wanted discharge. And very next and morning 10 am I asked for bill and I got the discharge at evening 7pm literally they took 9 hrs for billing plus they came up with huge mistakes in the billing such as 1- they added doctor visiting charge when doctor didn't come to visit patient at that day 2 - hospital's medicine which they used for treatment of our patient when I submitted it they registered less amount of medicine in their register as well as in bill. 3- lack of coordination in their own staff 4- and literally took 9 hrs for wrong billing and discharged process. If I had not noticed these things then I would have never come to know about their mistakes. So I will recommend you people to please take care of these things and be alert. Not only in this hospital but also in every hospital. Thank you.

The worst service ever experienced at the Radiology Dept...had got my son for an MRI scan...took 2hrs in the morning to have the kid registered and pay the bill in advance. Once done we had to wait for another 1hr just to be told that their slots are full and we would have to come at around 7.30pm in the evening. On reaching at the said time (evening) they had absolutely no clue on when they could attend to us. Young radiologist where scurrying in and out of the rooms cracking jokes and busy on their mobile phones... patients were left clueless on the ongoing inside...at around 10.05 pm finally our wait was over... So next time God forbid you want an MRI scan done...reserve a ward for yourself as you would have an entire day to spend at this hospital. Coz post receipt of money you won't get anyone to help you with a refund even if you wish to leave without doing the test...

D Y Patil hospital in Nerul has all the facilities and most importantly the expertise to treat all types of patients and conditions. The entire staff - right from doctors to ward boys - treat you well both as a patient and as a person. The private wing or the D wing is better than most shiny 5-star hospitals. If you want real assurance and dedicated treatment, this hospital ticks all the right boxes.

Hospital is expansive but treatment is below average as it is run mostly by inexperienced staff or students. No parking provided in the Hospital Premises. No-parking zone outside the gate and vehicles are towed away. Hospital should make arrangements for parking, but the management is interested only in profits and busy constructing more buildings without a single parking slot for patients.

My grandmama undergoes dialysis here. Dialysis experience has been pretty much good. The staff shows excellent professionalism. They are caring and know how to comfort the patient. Pretty much well maintained, clean and hygienic. Pretty good aesthetic features. Staff gives so much attention to the patient during dialysis that there's no need for a family attendant to be there. Very cooperative staff. Doctors and admin are great. Most importantly dialysis is done with great care and with a patient centric view.

I don't even wanna rate this hospital. Worst decision ever that we even thought of admitting my sister in law here. Little did we know that the baby my bhabhi is carrying with her womb for 9 months will be no more because of their carelessness and lack of urgency. The doctors are even worst in child ward. My bhabhi was in literal pain at 12 in the night my brother took her to d.y. patil. They were told nothing is serious and the baby will take more 1week to come out. But when they returned home after two hour again my bhabi was in serious pain and we took took her to hospital again. The same doctors told them that surgery needs to be done immediately but which was done in morning. They took the baby to ICU said due to delay in operation the water is womb was dried up and baby was unable to breath and also due to late delivery the baby pooped inside the womb again that caused trouble to the baby and my bhabhi. After all this pain they kept the baby in ICU for three days. On third night the mother met the baby as she was admitted on first floor and the baby was on fourth floor. They keep babies in big room without nurse care. On the third night doctor told my bhabhi that the baby is very healthy and normal. But I got the news next day while I was working that the baby is no more and died because of weak heart and lack of oxygen. I was shocked. I immediately left from work came all the way from parel to see the condition of my bhabhi as after 6 years of marriage they had their first child and which was no more. I was more worried for my brother and sister in law who lost their baby. We bought new cloths and everything for the baby. Once I reached there I got to know how rude the security and lady outside the Baby ICU ward is with everyone the nurse doctors are very unserious. When my bhabhi wanted to see the baby and wanted discharge they took an hour saying it will take 5 mins, 10 mins. After completing their paper work the doctor said that the paper work is complete but they have sent the paper for Signature from another doctor. They were so unserious were busy laughing cracking jokes when we really wanted a discharge because the baby is dead. It was all a terrible experience. They mentioned that the death cause is heart was weak. But the day before everything was normal we did not get the baby to ourself when he was alive. What wrong that Little soul has done to them that the night before death they cut the baby's abdomen and inserted a pipe saying heartbeat is slow but when my bhabhi went up to meet her baby it was normal. The whole hospital is just made for looting innocent people's money. The baby when we got after 5 hours of death it was cold the feet the whole body everything. Even it was not allowed to enter the baby ward the doors were locked I sneaked it as there was no security for any assistance. They told me that I'm not allowed but still they didn't understood why I had to eed and had to enter because they would otherwise had made me wait even more. I lost my energy to have any type of conversation with them. The doctors are not doctors but murderers and looters. Playing with innocent people's lives. You will get what you deserve. Karma will not leave you criminals who are killing people for the sake of money

I'm right now in dy Patil private hospital. For my child delivery purpose. Here delivery charges hi 37250 for operation and 28k for normal delivery. Dr. suggest me for operation coz child have two loops. Here, Delivery charges which is mention it's totally different and to much high. I really not believe in that. Just I pay 72k+ for hospital bills. There also hugely service issues. Dr. Charges per visit extra but only visit and check out himself not discussed with patients/ people. Dr. take time only 1-2 min with patient. Also Note provide any counseling or guidence. In covid 19, hospital not taking any precaution I really suffering. Today I applied for discharge. Please take care from this.

Most corrupt hospital, this is the only college where all seats are sold by management for money not a single seat through merit. Result u can imagine: churning out students with degree with zero knowledge .

Very pathetic administraive team. Irresponsbile admin... Hospital have very good infrasture and good doctors. But the way administrative team handels the billing, documentation etec... very pathetic. All good work of doctors are ruined by the administrative team i.e. billing, insurance, counter etc.. Sr. Management of hospital really think to improve on this.

The D Y Patil hospital veryat Nerul is very clean and, hygienic. Taken care of this regularly. Doctors, nurses, ward staff are loving n caring. They attend on time. They love their work. They are committed . Due to pandemic and pressure from all angles, services may be slow but one has to understand that they are also human beings and not machines. I sincerely thank Dr Priyanka and her team, Dr Deepak, Dr Pranav, Ms Namrata, Mr Sushant, Dr Sadik , Prashant and all staff, nurses, ward staff for their support , help. God bless them with Good health and energy to serve with vigour . Shreedhar and Nirmala

I don't have any complaints about hospital infrastructure but the staff is rude and not cooperating. The staffs should be replaced with new ones who are well mannered and respective as it is said in English 'give respect then take respect'.

Very bad experience of nursing staff they do not monitor patients properly , also dedicated doctor interact very less with patients relatives so it is very difficult to take decision in crucial / serious condition. Now Regarding billing point for covid patients they included PPE kit charges during bill which was 600 per day and our patients was in Covid ICU ward for around 10 days so total PPE kit charge was 6000 which is bit high to pay for middle class people , reason behind mentioning this point is as a patients relative we observe that nursing staff and doctors did not carying / wearing PPE kit in covid wards some time nurse not even wearing mask in covid ICU ward & while going near to covid patient for treatment. How they can prove if they invested money in PPE kit which are charged to patient.

I think the good reviews are either by staff or by people who judge the hospital by its cleanliness.... earlier were the years when the hospital was good...that's why it's name is continuing n that is the reason new people go there....but actually I don't think this hospital is no more for poor patients now...infact poor are it's its main target bcos they get fooled easily....My family and my friends family have experienced this hospital many times until we got assured of its fraud nature...bcos rarely are the hospital to visit in Navi Mumbai...the truth is if u visit the hospital for normal fever...they will force u to get admitted in private section..as they always claim ki trust is not avbl...then if you go for cough they will say we have TB therefore need to get admitted...if you go for acidity ...they will say you have heart problem get admitted...the list is endless...jabki outside reports will claim that you are fit n fine...or have some small problem....I think the hospital doctors revenue are connected with patients revenue generating to hospital...but God why people are adopting marketing skills in hospital...No further is the day when DY Patil will give competition to Fortis and Apollo...I don't know whether in terms of treatment...but surely in terms of fees...all in all its a worst hospital...not bcos it charges higher fees...but bcos it charges for illness u don't even have..... This was the critics about hospital..then where should poor go...its my request for them to trust Mumbai side hospitals like 1.Nair Hospital 2. Sion hospital 3. MAA hospital 4. Rajawadi 5.KEM And if u don't HV so much time to go n get treated in such hospital for small things...then first get consulted by a specialist ...will cost 1000 around..then if he claims something big..get it tested n then got yourself admitted in above hospital or a good private hospital But please don't increase revenue of this hospital

Doctor visited to see my hand post 16 hours. Please do not enter this hospital by mistakely. I have already published photos on instagram and other social media sites. For 6 days they billed me 96000 rupees. Same food given on daily basis.. There are best hospitals in Nerul other than D Y Patil. Take care

Very bad experience. I have come hear with my baby suffering from high fever. They admitted in pediatrics ward, no senior doctor is available to attend at night only trainy students is available to attend. And they didn't want to listen property what perents said for their children. They took my baby on ECG matchin and said they will monitor her on 48 hour and my baby is goes serious, every time another trainy students come and write new medicin and new test, very worst condition, after that I took my baby forcly discharge and admite her one of the best private child hospital. I don't recommend to any body in emergency condition don't go there.

The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive and knowledgeable, providing me with the utmost care and support. The doctors were extremely professional and experienced, ensuring that I received the best possible treatment. The administration staff were also very helpful and efficient, making the entire process run smoothly. The overall facilities were also impressive, with clean and well-maintained wards. I would highly recommend D Y Patil Hospital, Nerul to anyone in need of medical care. Special thanks to the CGHS coordinator Mr. Kunal. Thanks

Very bad hospital service. Bad sequrity arrangement. First up all I want to introduce myself. This is Jotiba Balaji ghule. Owner of JG INTERIORS.  Sence 11/8/2020 my wife is admitted to DY Patil hospital because of pregnancy. At 11/8/2020 my wife give birth to 1 girl. My mother also with her for helping her. There is 1 lady sequrity I don't know whats her name. But she wering goggles.  My mother was 53 years old. And due to doctors instructions we both are busy in keep baby in blue light. Because of my mother age she is very tired. And she was taking rest behind my wife In lebour ward.   Today 14th  Aug. My wife called me for some emargency. I just came and see This sequrity using bad words to my mother and she said get out  to my mother.  I was shocked this kind of people is appointed by this hospital?   This is very very bad experience to us. I know D Y Patil hospital is very good hospital. And we came here for treatment because of this hospital having good reputation in market.  Because of this kind of sequrity our patient getting distracted and disturbing. If this kind of sequrity will shows her  attitude to patient than hospital loose there name and reputation in market.  I have trust on this hospital (any patient treated good and also getting good behaviour with patient relatives.) Please take necessary action on same lady sequrity.  If any more inquiry feel free to call me any time.  Very warm regards, Jotiba Balaji ghule.

Pros 1. BVG India Limited – Playing very vital role in the hospital Housekeeping / Hospitality / Security. This staffs are doing very well and they are very kindly, prompt and supportive, would like to share one incident i.e. as below.  I’d misplaced my ration card inside the hospital and this I came to know on next day. I’d enquired about the same with Housekeeping / Security Staff’s and they listened my case carefully and guided me their protocol in very proper manner. I’d wrote application to their Security Head as per their instruction. Very next day got a call from Security cabin regards to collect my ration card. 2. Higher Authority / Social Worker’s – Very kind, Supportive and Helpful. Guided in very well manner. 3. Cafeteria – Average, sometime ‘Cats’ used to roam inside the cafeteria ?. 4. Help Desk / NMMC Authorities / MP-JAY Desk – Playing very vital role during all this stages, They was very kind and helpful during my all visits. Guided very well and helped me on every stage during my requirements. Cons 1. Hospital Staff (Doctor Lobby – Trainee & Nurses) – Unprofessional, Rude & Arrogant. This staffs are very pathetic and do misguide to patient’s and their relative by checking their financial background. (Please Note: - This is not only happened in my case, there are many like us who have been misguided and left for suffer including patients too just for money), would like to share one incident i.e. as below,  A. I’d admitted my wife for delivery in Labour Ward in emergency around 10.30 pm during this lockdown period. I’d observed their procedure, they haven’t check all previous report history and keep asking unnecessary questions during hard time & while diagnosis and treatment they shout at on the patients and on there relative too instead of handling that situation in easy, cooperative manner. B. There was provision of NMMC / MP-JAY (Schemes) but they didn’t guide during the starting phase of this scenario. After wasting plenty of money on medicine’s / multiple diagnosis / tests we came to know about that formalities from the local patient’s relatives like us. C. Pharmacy Vendor – Unprofessional, Lethargic & Rude. I. They kept standing people’s (Patients, Relative & Senior Citizen’s) despite of having plenty of manpower & they keep doing their own time pass like college premises without understanding the urgency of customer case. II. You cannot get any discount on medicine’s unless and until your patient has not been admitted in the ICU. However, when I searched for outside pharmacy like Soham’s & National they are very kind, prompt and supportive. I used to get huge discount on my wife’s medicine’s max. up to 20 % to 30 %. D. Internal Department (Sonography / Laboratory) – Lack of Coordination I’ve seen during this period and had very pathetic experience. Every day they keep testing Urine / Blood samples of patients without having specific urge or need just to make your bills. Many a time patients’ relative need do to all the stuff’s like submission samples in spite of having plenty co-workers. Overall, third class services don’t dare to go if you want save your life and your money, Instead of that go in Maasaheb Meenatai Thackeray Hospital.

The good. 1)Drs are kind and patients have been attended properly specially dr. Sheetal khole ( pediatrician) was helpful enough to update the stats, she have more then 10yrs of experience and i highly recommend her if anybody looking for a pediatrician. 2) must say the place is well maintained and cleanliness have taken seriously. The bad part. 1 )Money leacking leaches 2) drs meeting timings are not mentioned any where and cherry on top, waited 5hrs one day and again 8 hrs another. ( Staff should mention a time tho you will receive a call from them but its highly improper and some time can take up to 2hrs) 3) staffs are rude and one nurse told me to return some items from the medical which obviously below to one of the patients and she just wants to cash out the opportunity to earn. Update.. I met the CEO of this hospital and hes an gentleman a true leader and wants to clear out all the problems to make this hospital better in every possible ways. I thanks him for sparing his time to listen and react on the issues immediately and effectively. Patients are in good hands..

The Geriatrics department is amazing. They have exhibited extreme care and understanding of Dad in his condition of (probably) Alzheimer's. OPD is amazing and really very affordable and service efficient. However both the emergency and the in-patients departments would need a crash course on dealing with dementia/ Alzheimer's. Shocking and deplorable to say the least. Had to come thrice to get his MRI done. They made dad wait for hours. Moving us from desk to desk. Even left him unattended for hours. Drs Soham Shamlee Sayali sweth get gold cards.

Very nice & professional behaviour of all the Doctors in ICU & ward, that is how all doctors should behave and brief updates to relatives/ attendants, specially critically ill patients.

My grandfather undergoes dialysis here.

Treatment is ok. But everyday we need to stay 30min to 1 hour for new case paper. And before treatment if doctor suggested to pay some amount so again we need to visit ground counter and stay on line atleast 1 hour to pay amount. Every treatment also taking 1 to 2 hours minimum time. If patient without his family it will be difficult for them for 1 day treetment even I also lost 3 days for my father treatment. ECG, 2d echo, Ear checking. Doctor suggested another 5 taste also but we are not agree to complete all courses here🙂. Suggestions : if you are open cash counter on every floors so patient can pay amount nearest counter. Like dmart also have more than 15th cash counter on 1 floor but here is only 3 counters that's why facing this kind of challenges.

One the best Hospital with affordability. No other institution/super speciality cannot beat interms of quality and affordability here. Yes it takes time for registration and Appointment but worth the wait.

I request the management or Doctors to please attach a board outside casualty that No treatment will be provided without admitting the patient.. Please stop being so money minded. I feel as a hospital or doctor your priority should be treating a pateint. Stop taking advantage of people in pain.... Worst representation of a emergency department I have ever seen

It is located just five mins from Nerul Railway station. Very well maintained, cleaned and hygenic hospital having equipped with modern technical and labaratory. Less charge of hospital. Hospital staffs and doctors are cooperative. LAB Test or visiting charge are at very nominal. Canteen facility is available at just Rs. 21 for patient as well as attendent. In the morning time you dont have to waiy in queue, but after 11 AM you have to wait in a long queue. Separate departments according to problems. Guard behavour is rude.
