One of the best hospitals i have came across , liver department is doing a excellent job , right from followups to counselling,Met many doctors in hospital but not a single point to complain about ,Good work Keep it up. P.S - The liver team who was treating my father is no more the part of this hospital . pls inquire and go to proper team(My fathers operation was done by Dr Ravi Mohenka)

Iam here for my fathers surgery because the doctor we choose operates in this hospital. Hygiene is 1/10. 1 is only because at least there is a patients bed in the room. Tv doesn’t work in single occupancy room on 13th floor for which we are paying 10,000 per day. Sister Sapna is rude and unapproachable. Please have some empathy towards patients. Even if doctors are good , service and hospital needs a lot of improvement. I wouldn’t recommended to get operated in this hospital. They need to work on their maintenance and teach the staff specially sister some basic values of talking to the patient.

Ranjan Nandu was admitted in 13 th floor under Dr. Bharat Shah between 13th to 19th July All the doctors specially Dr.Bharat Shah, Dr.Prashant Rajput and Dr.Hepal Vora are like my family members. All his team members are also very cooperative and treatment is number one All nursing staffs are very prompt and medicines are on time . House keeping are keeping rooms very clean and safe. Billing and TPA desk especially Mr.Bhushan were helpful and prompt for getting cashless approval One thing is very impressed that hospital administration staffs are coming and asking about the consensus and point to be improved. A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly. Even the eye doctors who were in the adjacent clinic were sooo polite i must say. Only thing that bothered me was that it took me almost 9-10hrs for some 4-5 tests. And I didn’t get any report of the blood sample they took post meal. Also, i was expecting some explanation of the my report like if any of my results were not within normal parameters and solutions for those, but the doctor seemed to just go through the summary and said the reports were fine. It might be because it was past their shift. I may be in fault too since i visited on a Saturday and there was too much rush i guess. The food was very good in the cafeteria. But i must again say the staff is very polite, well informed except one or two and very clean hospital

Doctor Jignesh Gandhi of Global Hospital is the best surgeon. He performed my surgery very well. Also his assistant doctor Alpana cooperated very well. Nurse Archana and Nurse Siddhi at Global Hospital took great care of me. All the staff at Global Hospital cooperated well. Global Hospital is the best hospital for me. A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Was admitted on 13 floor everyone was cooperative nursing took good care. housing staff was very prompt over all good experience . Felt like they were part of my family . In lalbaug parel area, this hospital provides best services in terms of all medical facilities. The staff is very courteous cooperative and keeps patients interest as their main priority. I had visited liver OPD alongwith my father-in-law wherein the Dr Amit provided his expertise and the OPD staff headed by Mr Shubhankar Desai provided valuable information and guidance. They have tie up with maximum insurance companies thus it is easy to avail cashless payment facilities too. Highly recommended.

I took my mother in July 2020 for endoscopy and putting of a stent. Very much satisfied with the whole process specially Dr. Amit Maydeo and Dr. Amol for their sheer professionalism and cooperation. Special thanks to Mr. Chintan Datta from the admissions team for being extremely cordial and courteous in explaining the whole procedure and easing the process. The only suggestion would be that the nurses in the ward before the operation theatre should be a bit nicer to the patients and especially the old age ones to understand their requirement and heed to the same like giving them additional blanket if requested and taking them to the wash room rather then ignoring them. This is the only area which needs to be improvised. Rest I would once again thank each and everyone for their kind hospitality.

My Uncle underwent Heart Surgery & was also suppose to undertake Liver Transplant. Unfortunately, he did not survive because of multiple organ complexities. The Hospital is very advanced. The facility is very good. The hospital staff right from the Reception (Ms. Siddhi) who was very infromative, Nurse (Ms. Praveena) was very helpful and co-operative to the housekeeping staff (Mr. Balram and Dipanshu, Rohit) were very cordial and attentive. Most importantly, the entire credit goes to Dr. Shreedhar Archik who treated me the best. Dr. Archik, Dr. Abhay Narvekar, Dr.Neera made me so comfortable at the Operation Theatre that I did not have any hesitation or fear in my mind. As a layman I don't know much about medical and it's terms but this team helped me to understand the meniscus tear, it's causes and also repaired it via surgical procedure. Hoping for a speedy recovery.. I have given 1 star less only because of the exorbitant rates of the bed charges and then the treatment accordingly. Please note that the bed charges Rs.4500 for sharing room, Rs.9500 for private room and Rs.12500 for luxury private room w.e.f. 1st Jan 2021 which are increased by 110% i.e. more than double which would be corrected on immediate basis and make it more affordable from owner as well as consumer end. Death hospital... Very very bad experience .specially liver team. People die by their wrong treatment

Highly NOT recommended hospital. If you want to buy death for your loved ones, then go to this global hospital (Lower Parel). Liver transplant and Hepatology team is the worst team. They seem to be very expert from outward but are the worse. We saw not even a single patient coming out alive in 18 days when my mom was admitted to hospital. Every day we saw atleast 1-2 ppl dying there with their treatment. No single patient came out alive. We went there for my mom’s liver transplantation thinking that it’s one of the best hospital, but reality was completely different. Inside story is very very different. They admitted my mom when it was not required, and complicated minor health issues. My mom was able to breathe properly, talk properly and eat properly still they had put her on ventilator saying that they are just giving partial support and will treat her better. We have videos and pictures of every day of hospital to prove that condition was not this worse. We went to this hospital thinking that they will treat her better, but instead they worsened her condition. Doctors are killer (MURDERERS) doctors there. Not Even a single case turned out to be positive and we can prove that through patient’s relatives as well. Please do not ever go to this hospital

I request all of the liver patient not to go this hospital, as I have purchased death for my mom by admitting her to this worst hospital.she was well and went to hospital for checkup and worsened her case and their experiment resulted multi organ failure which resulted in her death. It not only happened to us but from 1 March 2020 to 13 of March almost we saw 10 patient died in the licu which shows how this LICU TEAM AND LIVER TRANAPLANT TEAM is incompetent in treatment.

Global hospiatl mumbai is one of the best hospital in town, this 2nd time I had visited/admitted for my health issues. Last year got treated here for my kidney transplant operation and now for my fissure related iasue. I am very happy with service provided by hospital, specially to mention nursing staff is very caring and very qualified they take care of each patient very happily. They are very kind. About doctors, they are highly qualified and experienced, they take care of each patient as their own family member, very friendly in nature special name to mention Mr.Prashant Rajput((nephro) Mr.Bharat Shah(nephro) & Dr.Jitendra Jagtap & his team. They are very kind and down to earth personalities. Also I cant forgot the support staff(houskeeping) who alwys keep our room very clean and hygiene without any complaint. Great hospital with highest success of transplant surgeries. Today Experience: 19/12/2020 One of the worst thing is *Discharge process* it, I have been told yesterday about 19th morning discharge still not done. I am waiting to meet my doctor or his assistant since last 7 to 8hrs. (17:00) ***Once billing done no one will look after you*** Other than discharge process everything is excellent.

Overall service is good but staff needs to be more attentive. Also keep transparency regarding financial terms like billing. Because one should know how much i have to pay n for what. Rest of the things are ok.

Got my fathers major surgery done at this hospital currently in room no1306. The covid policy for the hospital is great very strict.the doctors are the cream of western India. wouldn't expect better than this.the nursing staff on this floor are experts and caring which is very difficult to find these days in many hospitals. With special reference to qasim and Nikita at the admission desk who will guide you properly at the time of admission. And the tpa is extremely efficient.but thankful to entire team of doctors of this hospital for getting us sail so smoothly during this covid storm.

So this recent 31st i got admitted here . I am getting discharged today; and i would like to share my experience in this time period. They take good care of hygiene. Even in this covid there feels no chaos ; the service is smooth. The cleaning staff and nursing staff are very friendly. The doctor's team i got treated with are excellent. Global Hospital (Parel Mumbai) 🙏❤️ ...this name shall always be special to me and my family ..this what you are reading is not a review its the story of a small family who walked into a hospital with fear and worry and left with an unforgettable bond of trust and love with the entire hospital 💞 so here we go .. by far GLOBAL HOSPITAL is one of the best hospitals in terms of equipments technology hygine staff hospitality and above all some incredible class apart team of Dr's . before going to Global little did i know that global hospital was one of the major hospitals in lung heart kidney transplants ..it also has to its crredit some miraculously successful hand transplant and grafting stories . So My mother who is in her late 60's got operated on the 5 th of jan 2021 for a heart valve replacement and for another major issue which was the dilation of the arotic root . she had an open heart surgery and Dr Chandrasekhar kulkarni was the surgeon or should I say the saviour. I can write an essay on his humilty🙏, calming personality and patience as before we took the final call on getting my mom operated we aksed him a gazillion worrisome questions during our consultation visits but he answerd every thing with utmost honesty and patience ( yes using the word patience again ) . he knew what it meant emotionally for a family to have their 60+ parent go through such a major operation.. he was co operative so postive that the day we met him he not only filled us with the intense knowledge of what my mom would be going through but he also walked the path with her ...me and my family shall always be indebted to dr Chandrasekhar kulkarni ji for his incredible skills and senstive attitude towards his patient and the patients family . My mother is now on the road to recovery and is doing pretty good . Not only that from the team members at cath lab to all the nurses, pantry/ canteen staff, the reception staff ..all the maushis ..cleaners ..lift man .. security all were super humble and kind and by the time of discharge they became like one big family 🙏 . We never felt like we were in a hospital..a big shout out to Mr Anup lawrence the hospitality head for making things run so smoothly at Global hospital Parel Mumbai . our huge thank you and deepest gratitude to the entire Global hospital family ...this is a great initiative by the visionary man Dr K Ravindranath Sir 🙏 Global hospital not just a hospital but a humble experience.❤️🙏❤️ Will recommend anyone I care dearly about to consult and go to global hospital for any health care issues .🙏

Though Covid is worst the Hospital services are very good. All Medical, catering and other staff is very attentive and good. I received excellent service. Thank you Global Hospital staff. You made my stay bearable and happy.

Worst hospital.. Just doing experiments on patients .. Don't have expert team for liver patients... They just did experiment on my mother .. As well as they are nt able to detect virus and they just gave heavy doses to my mother which resulted multiple organ failure ... Hence whch took her life

They killed my motherinlaw by their experiments.none of thr doctors of licu and niether the surgeons are caoable of giving good treatment.they gave so many antibiotics, inspite of knowing that her emune power was not good. But yo increase the bill of hospital thry did there experiments and at last my mother in law was no more. Please please dont go for transplant of kidney and liver as they are not able to give proper treatment

Excellent service. Right from Reception at the Hospital to the actual vaccination, and resting area for 30 minutes. Everything was very clearly explained. All the staff members were very helpful. Took my mother here for an endoscopy that was headed by Dr Anita Patel. Everyone was so professional and more importantly, FRIENDLY. My father-in-law had his spine surgery in global hospital. He was admitted in general ward. We experience fantastic service from all the departments. The staff from the doctors to the house keeping was amazing. The service they render to the patient and the attendent is awesome. All the nurse are very helpful and very friendly. Sister Binitha, sister Kavya, sister praveena, sister meeta, brother ubesh, brother sagar hats off to you all. Mama and mavshi were also are very good.

I had visited the hospital to get the vaccination for my mother on 5/3/21. The entire process was very well organized by the hospital. At no point there was any delay, right from registration to getting the token, and directing us to the vaccination room. Mr Praveen Gulati, at the registration desk was particularly helpful in making the entire process easy. The arrangement done at the vaccination room was very good and the staff is well trained. Definite recommendation to who so ever wants to get their vaccine from Global hospital.

My grandmother was admitted in global hospital because of urinary infection, she was diagnosed with a kidney stone and was under treatment of Dr. Prashant Rajput( Nephrologist). In the entire process of treatment of our patient the doctors team treated the patient nicely and helped the patient recover faster. Nursing and other staff also helped timely and looked after our patient with care. Only thing I would like to suggest is, hospital should allow 1 visitor (atleast for aged person) now who has completed their 2nd covid 19 dose. All the staff on 13th, 10th, 11th floor helped alot and we liked the service provided by them. Thank you so much.

My mother was admitted to the hospital on Christmas after an accident in room no. 1116-A All the nurses were extremely professional, helpful and always attentive special mentions: Archana, Ankita, Soumya, Sushma, Sayali, Rinku also Head of nurses (Meeta) were also very attentive, helpful in every aspect possible. All the other helping staff especially all Mavshi were extremely helpful and attentive to my mother and making sure she was always taken care of, Special Mention: Sakshi Birje and all the night staff. Afrer every hour nurses or help staff used to come and check up on her if she was feeling ok and made her very comfortable while her stay special mention: supervisor Ankita. Rooms were always cleaned and all the safety precautions were taken care of. Food service was also great and very punctul Rohit from the team was also very helpful. All the doctors were very attentive, made sure we knew what was going on. Dibetese consultant dr. Aarti, floor dr. Mansi, dr. Rinku were very helpful and attentive to us. All the ER doctors and nurses were extremely helpful as well. Dr. Archik and Dr. Rathod made sure we know whats the surgery is about and kept us on the same page and were extremely helpful and professional as well . We are grateful to each and every medical professional at the hospital for their help.

Excellent service by the BMT team on the 12th floor. The chemotherapy protocols are very strong and great support by the specialized nursing staff, housekeeping, doctors and security. Not to forgot the supportive TPA and admissions desk. Of all the hospitals that I have been to, Global stands out above the rest in the staff and processes that it has.

My dad got a kidney transplant done at global hospital recently.. thanks to our Nephrologist Dr Shruti Tapiawala the whole process was very smooth and simple.. she is too good, very co operative, explains everything very well. She is very dedicated. If any query we msg her she will revert on it as soon as possible. She has played a very important role in the procedure being carried out very smoothly.. Other Nephrologist of the department Dr Bharat Shah and Dr Prashant Rajput also took care of the donor and the recipient In the RICU. Consulatation provided by Dr. Jitendra Jagtap our surgeon was good and satisfactory. He explained very well. The staff at global is very co operative too. The security guards, mamas and maushis are helpful. For the tranplant we had Suhas brother who co ordinated with us, explained the entire process , made sure our paper work happened in time, doctor appointments were scheduled well. The whole process was very smooth.. the RiCU staff also took good care of the patients. Excellent service by the doctors , nurses and the entire support staff. They have the best team of doctors and surgeons who can perform the most critical of surgeries with an ease and perfection. The hospital is very clean and they make sure the hygiene standards are maintained. Going for a transplant is not an easy decision for any family, there are many doubts , if and buts etc etc however with positive attitude and support provided by Dr shruti and her team at global hospital the complete process becomes a easy one..

I did my ENT surgery 30/12/2021 under Dr.Prathana jagtap mam .My experience is very good and awesome .Mam did my surgery very big 0 like pain less .when my surgery start and end i can' t remember . I was 2 days admited in 10th floor all staff are very friendly and co-operative .OT staff also very skillfull . Anaesthetist and Prathana mam did a miracal . Mam did my dressing when I was discharge but ear dressing is not loose 1 inch after 6 days .All process like pristyn care .Global hospital is realy believe house . All surgery is so costly but vauly of money is best . Recovery , healthy environment is appreciable.I really thanks to Dr .Prathana mam and Dr.Anaesthetist mam and all staff who gives me support to my 7 days surgery journey . I had had a relatively minor procedure at Global Hospitals at Lower Parel Mumbai. This was a first time for me in a hospital. From my initial check ups, examinations, Dr consultations, check in, surgery, post op care and final farewell..... all of the staff.. from the Doctors to the seemingly insignificant behind the scene workers, all of them were KIND, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, FULL OF EMPATHY AND MOST OF ALL PATIENT. This to me is something that no amount of corporate training can give, but only comes from within and when all involved believe and live that credo. Please don't loose this focus. Facilities and equipment offered are top of the line. The premises are well maintained. My room was simply superb. There was not a single cause of complaint. My Father has a surgery done at Global Hospital. The surgeon Nimesh Shah and his team were great and always left him feeling positive. He was on the 13th floor and the staff were amazingly helpful, Kevin always made him smile. Pre and post surgery Dr. Alpana took very good care of him. I recently got my father admitted here for gallbladder removal and treating inguinal and umbilical hernia. The surgery was performed by Dr Nimesh Shah and we’re extremely happy about his professional approach and transparency. We stayed for 4 days in the twin sharing room and the hospitality provided was excellent. A special mention to Rahul from the TPA Insurance desk. One of the reasons to select Global Hospitals was it’s cashless tie up with my insurer. Unfortunately i was not in Mumbai to provide documents physically for a preauthorisation. However, Rahul not only helped me to provide all these documents electronically, but rather was the only person at a hospital’s TPA desk who completed all the formalities to get a cashless approval without any trouble (at least 5 other leading hospitals in bombay refused to do so without my physical presence). On the day of the discharge, he stayed back post his shift timing just to ensure that my entire claim amount Is received from the insurer. This guy is truly a gem and surely will be one of my reasons to come back to Global. To summarise, shall surely prefer Global Hospitals for it’s extremely helpful approach. Thank you.

Dr. Maydeo highly experienced and reason for visit, housekeeping service and cleanliness around the hospital is top notch. Room service ie. Food service and quality could improve ( patient preference) Doctors and nurses thought busy take time to reassure and communicate. Expect different medical / hospital staff to visit room ie Surgeon , ward doctor , ward nurse , dietitian, diabetic doctor , nurse , cleaner , assistance staff nurse , nurse During shift changes expect to be alert as medications can be unnecessarily purchased , blood tested redone ( a way to spend more ) Security team are also alert and empathetic well done Single deluxe room could cost you 12500/- plus another 6000/- per day for Doctor visiting charges , this does not include medical procedures etc Room was spacious and clean Safety features ie bell in bathroom and bed available Microwave , water dispenser , fridge, Tv AC controls are nice touches Overall a good experience all comes with a cost if you can afford it

I recently had the unfortunate experience of contracting dengue fever and required medical attention since fever wasn’t going down. The medical team at Global Hospital, was highly skilled and attentive. They closely monitored my condition, adjusting the treatment plan promptly. Their expertise and friendly demeanor instilled confidence in me. The hospital's cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained and regularly sanitized rooms. The nursing staff's attention to detail highlighted their commitment to patient care and safety.

My Mother-in-Law has been under treatment for a Liver Transplant under the Hepatology Team for more than one Year. The Doctors Team is very competent. The Nurses are also well trained. The Housekeeping also takes utmost care for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The food served is homely and of good quality (please note that only veg food is served). Overall we have had very good experience in the multiple admissions that she has been through.

Had my relative admitted for spine related surgery and this was the best decision we had made. The service and staff are super helpful. The surgery was operated successfully and we were given micro details by the surgeon prior to the surgery. Also the nurses give details before giving any medication and are very patient. The mavshis and mamas are the core of the system and always beyond while doing all the chores.

The medical equipment and technology used in the hospital are of the highest quality, which gives you confidence in the treatments. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable.
