My
mother
and
I
take
this
opportunity
to
thank
the
entire
team
of
Shroff
Eye
Centre
for
doing
their
duties
with
such
dedication,
attention
to
every
detail,
high
standard
of
hygiene,
excellent
communication,
thoroughness
in
every
examination
/
test
/
procedure
and
cheerfulness.
Beginning
from
the
watchman
at
the
gate
to
each
and
every
member
of
the
team,
we
are
amazed
by
the
warmth
and
sincerity
and
promptness
in
answering
and
resolving
queries,
of
every
team
member.
My
mother
who
is
a
super
senior
citizen
is
made
to
feel
so
comfortable
and
every
team
member
takes
care
of
her
as
if
they
were
her
own
grandchildren.
Our
anxiety
and
nervousness
is
totally
removed
as
soon
as
we
interact
with
any
member
of
the
Shroff
Eye
Centre
Team.
To
give
an
example,
(and
if
I
were
to
enumerate
every
aspect
which
has
delighted
us,
it
would
take
several
pages
as
we
are
delighted
with
every
juncture
in
our
journey
with
the
Shroff
Eye
Centre!),
when
my
mother
came
for
a
Lucentis
procedure
on
7
September
2018,
after
her
procedure
we
were
offered
tea
by
a
nurse.
When
I
requested
her
to
bring
just
half
a
cup,
she
cheerfully
insisted
on
bringing
two
cups
as
she
saw
we
were
both
stressed
and
nervous.
This
is
what
my
own
niece
would
have
done
for
me
at
home!
We
immediately
felt
at
ease
and
all
our
tiredness
disappeared
with
this
simple
hospitable
act!
We
both
wish
your
whole
team
and
the
entire
organisation
every
success
and
happiness
and
may
God
bless
each
and
everyone
of
you
with
more
strength
and
enthusiasm
to
continue
to
serve
the
society.
We
pray
that
the
standards
Shroff
Eye
Centre
has
set
in
the
field
of
vision
are
replicated
in
all
aspects
of
the
medical
field
and
also
other
fields
in
our
country.
