I would never recommend this hospital to anyone living in Mumbai. I had a half done rct in my upper molar teeth. My treatment was going in MAIDS and I had to come Mumbai in between for job related issues so I approached this hospital for my treatment. The waiting time was too long for me and when in evening my turn came there was a doctor named Fatima. She asked me to get x-ray from ground floor and after looking that she told this teeth need to be extract as rct will not work. I said why to remove teeth when I have my tooth in good condition with only small cavity. She didn't listened to me and ask me to go on ground floor for tooth extraction. I went on ground floor there I saw a women was also standing for tooth extraction. It took no time to get the full picture on a high level. People come to them for good treatment and they don't care about anything. They just ask them to extract tooth so that they won't get any patient burden on them. It was really not a good experience for me. One week later I went in DY PATIL for the same dental treatment. They told this will finished in 3-4 sitting. It was really good to hear that now I can save my teeth. Treatment is going on now hope this will finish soon.

This stars are only for the Doctors which are more than 5Stars from my end, but not for the In-house staff as they are corrupted, Making their own rules, Specially the Office Boys and Watchmans, Doctors are good in their behaviour. Obviously they are the trainees. I respect all the Doctors as they've did a very hard work in their studies. Freshers also have lots of knowledge. Senior Doctors support them to get expert in their skills. Attitude of the Office boys are very bad, they act like a doctors as they forget that who are they.

Very bad experience. Lenthi procedure. For each and everything test ok thats not the problem. Computerised reports can get within 5 to ten mins / one hr maximum. Here they say 8 days and experience ppl are saying 10 to 15 days to get reports.😔 Hospital is crowded but toilets are locked and kept. Ladies are running here and there for toilets but l found one with Rs. 5/- The original one oped with dirty and fouls smell. The other main thing surprise me and others that l wanted to do an MRI on 19th May 2022 as per my doctors prescription and written date is given to me is 30th October 2022 not its a mistske but they have informed me also in oral🤔 l have taken the ppr and came away home. Got up at 4.30 am and reached home by 8pm.

One of the worst services I have ever seen. OPD was supposed to start at 9am. But these bogus doctors were taking selfies on account of sari day.. we were standing since 7:30 and got case paper, gave the case paper at 3rd floor and patients with old case papers were taken first. So why the hell new cases should be called at 730. Follow the sequence naa.. bogus doctors and bogus hospital.

I would not say it's the best but it's One of the good hospitals in Mumbai The doctors are co-operative enough if you follow the "give and take respect" rule. I've not seen any doctor raging upon a patient or getting irritated. The major issue here is the appointment dates but it's fair for the charges they take and because of the number of people show up here everyday.

Overcrowded, overloaded doctors, Appointment is just on paper u have to wait for hrs for your turn, stay away if u can, people from reference, BMC get preference even if there is no vacat slot, regular patients are just timeless for administration. Hope someone regulate it. Jay hind

Worst Goverment Hospital and Worst Dental Hospital. Had a deep carries very fine cavity line on right side of my Teeth but these doctors instead of cleaning that part suggested me for root canalling and the root cannaling was done on both the root of my teeth not sure how long will this good survive it took 6 month for them and the doctors were very much arrogant. cheap fees but service also unproffessional take treatment at your own risk they will not held themselves responsible if anything goes wrong by their student

There is no problem with doctors working in Nair hospital, root canal treatment will take 4-5 months, waiting time is very long but will be done properly in Nair hospital 3rd floor.will take a lot of time and days but the treatment will be cheap but requires a lot of visit and lot of holidays from work.if cannot afford private dental clinic .you can visit Nair hospital .Also Nair medical hospital is good .

Do not eat from these canteens, the canteens are really unhygienic, i had got a bone waste in the sause When i brought it into the notice of the manager ,he did not utter a word. He had no answer for it and finally he said it might have come by mistake When such big government hospital can do such mistakes and risk the patients life during this ongoing pandemic, Then why can't a lay man neglect the rules? 'Shetty canteen' license should be cancelled and should not be allowed to run the canteen henceforth. All the government hospitals canteens should be checked by the food inspector periodically to ensure the hygiene When the government itself is not following any rules, how will the public follow ?

They are very bad people . Give dates after months for even cleaning / extraction / filling . Dont trust them . Its run by students and dates are given according to their schedule. They are not even cooperative. They will just keep hanging you and waste your time .

It's an exclusive dental hospital and college..it's excellent.. we are taking treatment of our son for cross bite in mouth.braces Super team of Dr Tanvi on fourth floor..time I spent there is equal to private hospital only ..m talking of 4th floor cases only.. Lots of respect for dr Tanvi n team

As far as dentist is concerned i will never recommend any one to this hospital. Very bad hospital better spend money instead of visiting this place with horrible doctors. As far as hygeine is concerned expecting that from us indians and that too from government hospitals is biggest joke. Pathetic place avoid.

Doctor given time 11:30am and I am waiting till 4pm Everyone is getting same problem So please give timing directly 4 or 5 pm

Very good service is given by interns and pg dictors. They try to give u best solution. It is much advance hospital. It is for public and poor people. Much much cheaper than any private clinics.
