Money
making
business.
Always
on
a
lookout
to
loot
people.
Detailed
review
below:
The
admission
process
was
smooth
but
apart
from
that
nothing
went
right
for
us.
2
years
back
when
my
mother
was
admitted,
we
had
a
good
experience
with
Dr.
Rakesh
Singh.
So
this
time
around
when
my
father
had
to
get
admitted
on
an
urgent
basis,
I
blindly
took
him
to
Shushrusha,
thinking
of
it
as
a
trusted
hospital,
however
nothing
went
right
for
us.
The
gastroenterologist,
Dr.
Samit
Jain
was
helpful,
but
apart
from
that
almost
everything
was
unpleasant.
Right
from
the
stay
to
the
staff
everything
was
below
average.
There
was
absolutely
no
clarity
given
to
us
in
terms
of
what
we
were
getting
charged
for.
The
reports
took
forever
to
come,
adding
onto
the
lengthy
stay
at
the
hospital.
We
ended
up
spending
about
a
week
here.
When
the
bill
was
handed
over
to
us,
it
turned
out
to
be
exorbitant
&
everybody
was
shocked.
When
we
asked
the
billing
counter
how
the
bill
had
risen
by
a
couple
of
thousands
in
the
last
few
hours
of
the
stay,
they
had
absolutely
no
explanation
to
give
us.
All
they
said
was,
"we
can't
do
anything
&
that
the
rates
couldn't
be
adjusted".
We
wouldn't
have
had
a
problem
if
the
process
was
more
transparent
and
clear
but
unfortunately
it
wasn't.
Even
the
bill
given
was
extremely
vague/difficult
to
understand.
After
my
father
got
a
discharge,
my
friends
and
I
started
inquiring
around
&
found
out
we
were
cheated
by
the
hospital.
They
currently
have
some
renovation
work
going
on
in
the
hospital
&
it
almost
looks
like
they're
trying
to
loot
people
just
to
make
up
for
their
overheads.
Bottom
Line:
I
wouldn't
suggest
going
here.
Do
thorough
research
if
possible
before
you
choose
a
hospital.
It's
only
become
a
money
making
business
I
feel.
Human
lives
have
no
value.
