Silver beach, beach in the andheri west, closer to Juhu beach. Walking distance from Juhu circle. You can spend quality time with your friends and family playing and gossiping. Sunset during monsoon is awesome. You can enjoy swimming at the beach provided its not high tides. People spend their evenings by jogging and meditating early in the morning and evening. You will NOT get any ameneties or utilities for bathing. Washrooms are not available too.

Silver Beach is popular for lively Silver Chowpatty Beach, a long stretch where casual cricket matches are played, and beach vendors offer snacks like bhel puri and ice cream. Nearby, chic bars serve everything from local beer to cocktails, while the white marble ISKCON temple serves up vegetarian fare and baked goods.Β Contemporary and experimental plays take the stage at Prithvi Theatre.

All time favourite entry point to the famous Juhu beach. A little less crowded than the main entrace. Right outside Novotel hotel. Head to sunenyas momos right outside the lane. Early mornings and late evening is a good time to visit. Parking is a bit difficult at times. First come first serve basis.. also chargeable at times.

This is not separate beach it's part of Juhu beach but with less crowd and clean sand. If you want to visit beaches in Mumbai, you can go for this one. Juhu beach is so dirty and full bad smells. If you want to sit in sand peacefully and have a look at ocean waves, this beach is good for that one.

Very cleaned. I'm 25ye old and I lived here since childhood but never thought it would be so clean any time in future. But BMC has done a great job by cleaning it. Now I can suggest to anyone to go and explore the beach. Early morning or evening time would be best to go and enjoy. It will give you immense peace and happiness.

It is better than Juhu as you will find more peace and cleanliness here. However you cannot enjoy fastfood that you may get at Juhu. The calmness of this beach cannot be expressed in Words. Further you can get sufficient space to play games like volleyball etc.

  • 5/5 Shreeya B. 3 years ago on Google
The best beach of mumbai. Very clean and beautiful golden sand makes it the Silver beach. This beach is not so crowdy and all fun you can have nearby. The street food snacks are available along the beach. Some scenic photoshoots can also so taken here. Water is clean enough to enjoy and playing sandcastles is more fun. Keep it clean and don't litter around.

A sandy beach located in Madh Island. It is visited by local tourists. This beach is lined with coconut trees and small bungalows. It gets filthy and dirty due to locals littering on the beach. It also offers sunset views. Near the beach, there are vendors selling Golas and cotton candy. Had enjoyed having fun in this beach and also stayed for a day in one of the cottages. The beach on this island is ideal for families, couples as well as friends. Overall, a good place for a one day outing.

I'm surprised that this place has so many positive reviews. Frankly, it's a horrible place to visit. The market is nothing great and the village and market are both really unclean. The beach looked pleasant but the crowd looked really rowdy. Places like Manori, Gorai and Vasai are far better!

Silver Beach is a beach on the southeast coast of India. It is located 2 km (1.2 mi) from downtown Cuddalore, the headquarters of Cuddalore district in the state of Tamil Nadu. Silver Beach, however, is untouched by the busy life of the city. It is the second longest beach on the Coromandel Coast and one of the longest beaches in Asia. The 57 km-long stretch of beach faces severe seafront erosion.[1]

Silver Beach is a hidden gem in Mumbai. It is located in the northern peripheries of Juhu and is much less populated than its popular neighbor. The beach is known for its beautiful silver sand, calm waters, and stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Silver Beach is a great place to relax and unwind. You can spend a day swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. There are also a few small restaurants and cafes on the beach where you can get refreshments. If you are looking for a more adventurous experience, you can try water sports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or windsurfing. There are also a few boat tours that operate from Silver Beach.
