Our experience was great in here. We were in Mumbai for couple of days and this looked nice place with good reviews. And it was all worth. All staff are very courteous and very helpful. Charges are around 600/ for 1 hour including all winter clothes you need, except sock, which is chargeable. Inside its quite cold and our hands were freezing after 5 mts out of gloves when we were trying to click pics. Small area but good staff and few activities to do if you want to enjoy. Even ice skating is available. The staff help you with that. We didn't knew how to do but as my son was interested, Mr Abhishek took him along with him for few rounds and it was a delight to watch. It's a fun experience to enjoy the Snow. They have nice chilling environment created inside with a groovy music playing on to shake your leg and enjoy the snow. You can enjoy the slide on a air filled rings, depending on crowd it may have queue to collect the ring for you. However, the snow on the surface has become thick, needs a better maintenance. You can click your pics. If not, they have some photographs taking your pics inside and later you can take those printed out at exorbitant prices (200 per copy for a smaller size pic)!! You need to report the place 15 mins early to the time slot you booked. Ensure to get suitable coat, gloves and shoes before entering the Snow world to avoid suffering later. As you come out, you can have your shoes from the tray. Better remember the tray number to avoid misplaced shoes. They do provide locker to store any valuable belongings.

Offers a great snow experience in Bombay. There are different sessions of 45minutes each and they only let in a maximum of 200 people each session. The fee for each person above the age of 2 years is ₹700 which includes jacket, shoes, hand gloves and the snow experience inside. Socks have to be purchased separately or we can wear our own. There isn't much to see inside, the only two highlights are snow slide and snow skating. However, the experience is great. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate and tomato soup inside each for ₹50. Would definitely recommend visiting just for the experience.

Recently visited snow world with a couple of my friends and had an Amazing experience over here. The tickets cost us 600rs per person and they provide you with all the necessities ( Coat, Snow boots, Gloves) and also ice skating shoes with the indoor ice skating rink. They also have a small slide with which a small tube is provided to slide down, the temperature maintained inside is -10 degree Celsius so better be prepared with the cold weather. They have a cameraman inside the place who clicks your pictures and you can buy them outside for cheap! If you're looking for a fun trip with your friends Snow world can definitely be visited and be enjoyed with them. They also provide Hot chocolate, tea, coffee for 50rs each. A great experience none the less.

This is an epic coolest place in the city. Located in the Ghatkopar area, Mumbai. In general, Mumbai is a hot place because the average temperature in summers can be around 32-37degrees. So, to seek the coolness people come over here to ease themselves. I have been here twice. The parking space is big, The ticket counter is at the entrance of the building. The costumes and shoes will be provided to every one according to the size of the individual to withstand the extreme cold inside the actual snow world. Photographers are also available inside. I like the big ice slide. You have to climb the steps to reach the top of the slider. This is similar to the water slides. I Like the Igloo. It keeps the warm inside of it. snowball can be made and thrown at them. People scream, make fun a lot inside. The staff is also very friendly to visitors. A must visit in the Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Stay safe!!

Snowworld is in Phoenix Mall at ground floor. They provide u with shoes, jacket and socks, they charge rupees 600/- per person for 1 hour. Inside u will feel relaxing and cold like Kashmir. They allow u to click picture and there are several games like sketching, slides and many others. The staff is very good and cooperative and polite. Atmosphere is very cool and refreshing specially in summer. Overall it is a good place to spend time with love onces, family and friends.

The snow experience and skating were good but the management is not that good. They give a jacket, shoe and gloves only to enter into the snow room. No shocks or leg cover is provided. Please remember to bring your own socks and it is advisable to wear pants with legs covered. There was an arrangement to take photos. It was a very bad experience. They charge 250/- photo print in roughly 8inch size and don't provide digital copy. Overall okay okay experience.

Its an experience worth having once if you have not visited any snow clad mountains. Snow world located on the ground floor of Phoenix market city mall in Kurla, having batches of 45 min each. It costs Rs. 700 per head (above 2 yrs of age), you need to be there 15 min before your batch time, to collect and wear jackets, boots and gloves. Advance online booking recommended especially om the weekends. The snow world inside has a slide, dedicated area for ice skating and few dummy snow animals for kids to have fun. There are few carriages which you can pull via the attached strings. You can spend half an hour enjoying the snow and clicking millions of pics and then you will get little bored. If there were couple of more anow activities, probably that would make it more interesting.

The place is worth a visit and worth the ticket too. The cafe inside if cherry on the top offering hot beverages in the chilly insides. The ice skating and slide are awesome. I wish they had more slides tho. The gloves, jacket, boots and the staff were pretty jolly and nice too. They need to work on getting their glasses, models, sculptures fixed tho if they're charging 600 for a person, we deserve a well maintained place. Also the snow pit could have more snow to play with or at least make a snowman and not just to cover the area and that too with stone like snow at times.The major issue I had was the prices of the photographs they click. It cost us around 400 just for few soft copies of pictures they clicked of us by a DSLR which anyone could do and isn't worth it at all. We understand the ticket price but they really need to stop looting customers and bringing all the praises they have for the place by doing this at the end.

Its a good place to hangout. It great for people who have never experienced snow. The temperature inside is around -10°C. It has a small slide inside and you can do ice skating (blades). It will cost you 600 per person. It think it is slightly over priced as it is only for one hour. Yes you get only one hour. Although i was satisfied with the time but 1hr30mins could be better. Its a life time experience if you have never gone here then please do. Place brings out the child in you. And trust me is very cold inside. Snow World is a fun place to go to and chill out(literally). They offer you all the essential requirements, like jackets, boots and gloves for free, while you can buy socks for a few extra amount. The place isn't very huge, but it's cozy and enjoyable. There's quite some things to do, like ice skating, sledging, snowboarding, among others. The ticket price seems a little high, but overall it's a pleasurable experience.

Place was a wonderful experience, but A few things one should be aware of . The ice looked very dirty . Not sure what I was made of . The slide ramp requires more padding at the base , even the padding looked torn and old .Ice skating Is fun but without helmets or knee pads etc safety gear is rather dangerous. Falling on ice can be very Hazzards .Also the jet spray that colds the room was so loud definitely over 120DB . Mind numbing sound Needs to be addressed . Room is very very could , One should be careful health wise . All the staff were helpful . And there is a snow world photographer there but no way to know. As he nor did anyone mention it . Oh what a fun time we had in the snow world. Was astounded by the setup and vibe inside. Do book your tickets online to have hustle free entry on your convenient time. Also it takes time to reach from Kurla station to the mall so do have buffer time to reach the mall and then snow world counter in there 15min prior. So about the snow world they give you all the essentials to wear like jacket, shoes, gloves. The temp inside is negative so before hitting each other with ice balls make sure you cover neck and head with the jacket cap. They have ice slides which is fun. Then a wooden cottage is there to click pictures. Small slides for kids is present. Most fun part was ice skating ⛸️ , guides are there to guide through it. It is amazing and must go once if havent experienced before. Click your own pictures. They will tell you to pose and charge 220 for 1 printed copy. Or 629 for 1 printed copy and rest soft copy which are around 15 to 20.

I won't say that you shouldn't at all visit this place but it's totally up to you but in my opinion it's a waste of money. Though it's a very well developed place and I appreciate their efforts for creating such a wonderful and well planned place and they even offer you good enough equipment like snow skiing, slate, slides and other essentials. Now you would ask me then what's the problem... The problem is no maintenance at all. Literally from one place I picked up the snow and the floor tiles became visible. The staff was very rude and not at all cooperative. Right from the beginning they charged Rs 700 as ticket fee for just 45 min session then while entering they sold us very low quality socks for Rs 50 which were compulsory to buy, then we were handed over hand gloves, boots and a bomber they all were in such a bad condition that we didn't even feel like wearing it. I mean if they are charging so much they can at least keep it maintained and clean. After we entered the snow room there was a cafe where we also had to purchase food at high cost but not compulsory. Talking about the management it was worse than poor specially during the exit, it became so crowded and we didn't even had the place to stand, everyone was pushing you and the staff was shouting that don't go out without returning our bomber, shoes and gloves. It was really terrible. Near the exit, they have a snow shop where you can buy soft toys etc which are also extremely costly. So this was a completely disappointing experience for me. But if you have kids, then they are going to have a lot of fun there.

Snow World in Phoenix Marketcity mall at Ghatkopar is the best entertainment place to enjoy the artificial snow. The amount of snow and freezing is good so you can very well enjoy it. The rides are good. The little kids and adults both can enjoy the place. The waiting time is not too long like other places, although the cost is. If you get the coupon tickets which includes 2 other entertainment options then you might get some discounts. Before you hit the inside make sure you have full covered clothes as the coat and boots might not be sufficient to keep you warm. Overall a good entertainment for those who haven't enjoyed the real snow

Go there when it's raining... Gosh is like you're in a totally different place. I went when it was raining heavily looking out at the rain falling the trees swaying from side to side. It's like your in a whole new world and the food comes piping hot. I can't remember any names but the staff are really helpful they helped us a lot. Sometimes food it not everything it's the surrounding the people and just being at the right place at the right time. Try it

The most boring part of the mall !. If you are a person aged 8 and above then this is the worst place to be. If you want to experience how sitting in the refridgerator feels like whilst doing nothing then please go , you wont be disappointed. Very good and lots of fun. You need to carry socks otherwise you need to buy at snow center which is costly. Ticket rates slightly on higher side...450 per head is quite ok as per me.

Refreshing hangout spot! We went with two kids , and they had the time of their lives. The entry charge per person is 700 rupees. They give you jackets, shoes and gloves before entering the snow room, so no need to carry warm clothes but the kids' ones may be a little off size. There are plastic balls, slides, and sleds available for the littles ones to play with, adults can enjoy skating and the big slide. What I liked the most was 1. There are beverage options available inside for a price. 2. A photographer, who takes multiple pictures of you and you can have them printed at the exit stall for 250-350 rupees. 3. The staff is attentive and helpful. Multiple little sculptures and structures where you can take photos and make good memories. They even helped us put on the snow boots. Overall, it's a good spot to get rid of the Mumbai heat for a while.

First of all, being in a mall, the rates are high- INR 750 per person for 45 minutes. But the place is small and nothing to do for 45 minutes. 25- 30 minutes is more than enough. Since I went with a 6 yo, who experienced snow for the first time it was a good experience for children. They provide you with jackets, gloves and shoes (make sure you wear socks of you’ll have to buy them there). The staff of very prompt and helpful throughout. There is a small ice skating rink inside, so that was a small enjoyable activity but not for young children. And there is a small slide and few sledges you can sit on and be pushed/ pulled around on. All in all I’d rate it a 7/10 for a fun activity for kids.

Place is good if you want to go for the sake of it. There are good caretakers and they provide snow friendly stuff like boots jackets and gloves. But place is quite small given the background of a mall But i think its waste of money for fake snow at 500 something for only an hour.

My 5 Yr old son wanted to experience snow. This wS the easiest way to do it. But I suggest you have a sweater or atleast 4 layers of clothing before you put on their snow outfit. We adults had to come out 15 min before the allotted time as our hands n feet became too numb. We felt this way even though we have lived for years in UK where it snowed in winter. But all in all we enjoyed n kids had a gala time.

My son and I went to the Phoenix Mall on a trip and visited this place called Snow World. A spot where you can get a sample of a snowy landscape. My son had a great time here because there are many games and activities for kids to enjoy while you chill with your family. I had a great time at this amazing place.

Good indoor place for experiencing snowy climate. Temperatures inside the place is maintained to appx 2-3 degree celcius. Entire area is somewhat less... But experience is very very good. Since it's too much cold inside, So not recommended for children below 4-5yrs old as they starts feeling very cold after 5-10mins... Timing is just 1hr for Rs. 600....overall highly recommended.

It was Good experience with my nephew's. There was a photographer inside.They click the photos so Good, but they charge 220 per photo which is not affordable..😓😡

Exquisite place for enjoying the real snow without going to Kashmir, it's very Adorable place and Do visit once atleast with your kids to enjoy the environment.

It is a really amazing place to visit with family friends n specially with children.charges on working days 600 p.p n on weekends 700 p.p. also socks are compulsory so pls carry otherwise u have to buy it from there,charge 50 rs.They give us 1 hours to stay n enjoy. Avoid below 5-6 years children because inside temprature is 10°degree or may b less,so wear more clothes.so guys visit atleast 1 time with family or friends osm place...

ticket price is ₹ 700 and they provide jacket, boot, hand gloves etc. The session lasts for fourty five or half hour. Fun place to visit with your family and friends. It gets very cold after a while and we left after 45 mins. The snow blast gives you a almost real feel of snowflakes ❄️ descending on you. The slides and other structures add to the attraction. Recommended to visit at least once.

Snowworld is in Phoenix Mall at ground floor. They provide u with shoes, jacket, hand gloves. Inside u will feel relaxing and cold like Kashmir. They allow u to click picture and there are several games like sketching, slides and many others. Atmosphere is very cool and refreshing specially in summer. Overall it is a good place to spend time with love onces, family and friends.

Nice experience, It has Ice skating, sledge, and tube slides for adults. For kids they have 2 slides. Rest they have artificial bears, wolves, igloos etc. Although it was very cold (-5`C) inside, The feel of snow wasn't real. The ticket is of 700rs for 45 mins of time. Quite expensive.

Good place to get kids to enjoy freezing temperature. There's a small ice skating rink which you can try. Take a pair of socks with you as they will provide shoes, gloves & Jacket.

Amazing place to visit have have the experience of snow. But i would recommend to go in a group to enjoy more. Pricing of the tickets feels costly as not much activity to do inside. Spending it just for an experience of snow is costly. But must visit once

It's fun, a small place, but it's good, if you have people to hang out with. The ice skating ring is small, but it's fun. It's good to try out! , I enjoyed it. 700 rupees for a ticket, and then if you are taking the photo, at least 400. If you got people to take your photos then it's ok, else maybe give it, the photos are nice. Not sure if it's worth 400! .

Exorbitant Entry fee. Very small area and limited activities. Jacket, gloves and shoe hygiene and maintenance could have been better with 700 entry fees for 45 mins access. Advice to carry or wear winter caps, bottoms and socks as inhouse provided Jacket cap doesn't stay well. Recommended for only one time experience.

Nice place for a short fun time. Enjoying snow in Mumbai weather is a fun. My kids enjoyed a lot. Make sure to carry your own socks. All other essential like jackets , boots and gloves are included in ticket.
