Health center with fancy interiors but not-so-fancy experience. Poorly and unprofessionally managed health Center. The most important aspect of any preemptive health check up is the post assessment consultation and this Center takes it so lightly. I am appalled by the casual attitude of the staff and management towards consultation. I reached the Center for post assessment consultation after getting a confirmed appointment and when I reached there was no doctor on premise and staff didn’t even bother to inform about the unavailability of the doctor. If you are looking for hassle free and stress free health checkup experience… avoid visiting this center.

Had a pathetic experience at NM Medical, Vashi. Had booked for a complete health checkup, in the beginning everything seemed fine, once the bloodwork was done there was a long wait for the radiologist. What happened post her arrival was nothing short of a sick joke. My pelvic, abdomen and breast scan was done in 5 min flat , with the last patient changing in the same room and while I was on the table the doc was asking to get the next patient ready! Since the gynecologist didn’t turn up, Pap smear was also not done, the mammogram no one even spoke about. The next day I called and complained about the poor sonogram experience and insisted on a reexamination. When asked about why the mammogram was not done I was told that because breast scan was okay( which was done in 5 min) there was no need to do mammogram. This is after getting fully paid for it as part of the package.The week after I went in for my scan again and there was a cyst that was diagnosed. They were not able to give the film as their machine had some issue and was promised to courier It’s them the next day. My Pap smear was done and the reports were to be sent in 7-8 days. It’s been 10 days since and I’m yet to get my scan report and Pap smear report. My visit to follow up on the cyst is getting delayed but there seems to be absolutely no sense of ownership on the part of NM. No one wants to own up, the staff and reception keep saying that they will check and confirm but no sense of urgency or remorse. If you’re looking to get a proper medical checkup pls avoid this place for sure. If I had not complained and insisted on a reexamination I would’ve never discovered the cyst. I hope the management takes the feedback given and take some action so customers are not cheated like this.

I did my tooth cleaning and gap filling by Dr Merwin, he took all the hygiene precautions and make sure i was informed about everything that was done. Over all a very nice experience. If anyone is looking for dental care, i recommend to get in touch with DR Merwin in NM Medical

12 days since my tests, I did not receive my reports. Everytime I call, they have a new reason... They will check with despatch team, they will call back in 5 mins, they will courier the reports the next day etc. I am not sure if the reports are misplaced. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Visited your office at vashi palm beach. I found that there was a big screen which was displaying some entertainment video's of tourism. Which r useless to patients.I suggest you to display some health related videos like yoga. Meditation. Exercise. Healthy diet. You tube is flooded with such healthy videos . I hope some changes till next visit.

Annual full body check ups done at NM Medical Center. They have a cooperative staff, helpful environment and well equipped. Will recommend 👍

I did my teeth cleaning from doctor Dr. Merwin, he is good doctor. Overall it was a nice experience.

Neat and clean facility, very cooperative assistant, also thanks to Pallavi who schedule my appointment immediately despite my appointment date was 1 week later .. highly recommended
