Brought a dishwasher a few days ago, despite 10 days of product delivery no one came for the demo and installation and also the sample detergents and manual is missing, almost everyday we are following them but no positive response. So directly called customer care and their response was- we hadn't received any request from the Vijay sales for demo and installation. Such a ridiculous service and customer support

Purchased Samsung TV worth 75k, and within 2 years display stopped working. After lots of delay in responding to my complaints they are saying such damages are not covered in warranty..... Be aware guys Don't purchase any product or any extended warranty from them, they are selling defective product which will not work for more than 2 years and even if the product comes under warranty they'll not claim it.... Don't trust them blindly, they don't want to give customers satisfaction

Not a good experience. I visited this place to buy an 'all in one' PC HP make, however, the salesperson was not cooperative and tried to pitch high-end products without asking about my use and suggesting products accordingly. One small suggestion would be for the sales team to first hear the customer and then pitch the products accordingly. Later I bought the required HP product online with a 12% lower price as well as within 15 minutes done set up.

We bought an iPhone 14 on a Sunday. The store was sparsely populated for a Sunday. The buying experience was good, including the exchange process. However, for an electronics store, the staff did not have access to the store Wifi. As a result, they had to use their personal hotspot for software updates + data transfer for customers buying new phones. This adds to the total purchase time and nullifies the good, quick buying experience.

We have purchased the washing machine from Vijay Sales, Vashi. The finance service we got from ICICI representative Ms.Prajakta helped us. Her convincing forced us to take immediate decesion to purchase w/m immediate instead of later in the month. Too prompt and supported.

I had gone there to buy AC. The senior sales person's behavior was very bad. It looked as though he's doing a favor on us by allowing us to buy the product. We ended up buying the same product from a different shop at a lower price. I would request Vijay Sales team to train their staff to be a little more polite and friendly towards their customers.

Mr. Anand has given me value for money and I had great experience with him. Hope after sales service is as good as sales. But alas after sales service was extremely pathetic. Time lines not met. Constant follow up for installation. Had to visit 2 days for coupon redemption. What is use of being competitive when you cannot have after sales service.

Very bad after sales service. The enthusiasm they show while selling the product is totally different when it comes to delivering the product its been past 3 days since our delivery date and still haven't received my machines, every time we try to contact them there is a lady who says that all your products are loaded and will reach you any time, i don't know how long it takes to deliver the products within the range of 2 km in vashi.

I am purchasing from vijay sales since 12 years. Recently i had worst experience with vashi shop, not just once, but thrice. Customer service is horrible level, they just pick phone, if it's question, hang up on customer. When i visited to enquire on my purchase delivery, they crossed all limits to disrespect customer. When i begged to cancel my order, they cancelled it finally, but i am yet to receive money back. Its more than 12 days. Experience is getting worst, i am just waiting to see their limits. Sales guys are good. Prices of items are better than anyother store. I hv bought a 55 Inch 4k tv, 400 ltr fridge, laptop and mobile from these guys on different occasions.. every time i start with other stores and end up buying from them, mostly because they have better price and service.

Knowledgeable staff and spend enough time with you during purchase at the same time not hurrying you through the process. Excellent range of devices - almost all varieties of all brands available here and then some more. We have now dealt with Saurabh here a couple of times and each time have gotten the best deal in the market in terms of price as well.
