😠 This is the amount of chicken they add to their "chicken" tikka sandwich. What a joke. There's almost nothing in here. People often mention Good, chai,

The place is suitable just for the employees working in the particular building. Not worth a special visit even if you need to travel half a mile for reaching it.

It is an okay cafe. They have very limited food items in their menu. They keep sandwiches (paneer in veg and chicken in non veg), puffs, sponge cake bites and muffins. Maggi, poha, upma, tea and coffee are freshly made. The quality of food and beverages is average. The menu is priced like that of cafe coffee day. The service is slow. If you are in powai and want to have a quick bite, you will definitely find better options. Apparently the security guard screamed at me while taking a selfie, while nowhere in the cafe or premise it is written that photography is prohibited. Not recommended at all.

I'm so glad that newer and newer people are starting up tea based restaurant for the Indians because Indians love their tea. The interiors of Chai Point feel modern but it's ambiance isn't comforting which is why one won't spend the same amount of time you spend in a cafe. The menu is small and there's limited number of food and beverage options. Now, talking about it's taste. I loved their tea. The tea was strong and had a great essence. I'd definitely recommend others to try their Ginger Tea. And, I wish I could do the same with their food because their food was below average in taste. I ordered Maggi and I expected it to be better than what one can make in their home but it was opposite. It was below average. The quantity was very good and I was surprised to see it when I first received my order. The pricing is reasonable. If you compare it with the tea stalls definitely it's expensive but when you see it as an alternative to cafe's then it's pretty cheap. The service was quick and the staff was friendly in nature.

Ordered vada pav midnight. After waiting for 40 minutes they call through ZOMATO that they dont have vada pav, so they are giving us refund. What they want we don’t sleep. I know manual mistake can happen, they accepted order by mistake. They should hv canceled it within 5-10 minutes so We would have figured out something else. We all slept hungry.

Slow service, unhygienic and the chai is just about okay. The location is the only saving grace.

Best place to chill out in a corporate day. One suggestion.. if u tell at the gate of Supreme Business park to allow Chai Point customers in that will help get more footfalls! Well done team.

😠 Extremely EXTREMELY crowded. Those waiting can start by scoring some vit D outside and slowly sweat their way to the damp of about 300 diners inside, letting off steam under the first fans Bombay saw in the 60's (50's or 70's??). If your group numbers less or greater than 4, get ready to adjust like...
