A traditional filter coffee shop at R City Courtyard. It serve light south Indian snacks. Reasonably priced menu. Open space with limited seating. This is right next to kids open play area wherein you can enjoy your coffee and keep eye on kids.

Me and my groupies were shopping for almost 4 hrs after our brunch. So we took a break time having filter Coffee here. The coffee was authentic way of making madrasi filter Coffee. As there are hardly 4 tables we can sit anywhere and relish there hot filter coffee. They do serve some quick bites snacks along with madrasi snacks. Truly loved their coffee.

Madras Coffee House is a small food outlet with a open air dining area located on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the mall. They serve authentic south indian style coffee and popular south-indian savouries. The Aloo Samosa is served hot and is crispy and good in taste. The ambience of the outlet is good. The staff are friendly, efficient and cordial. The service received is quick and decent.

    Awesome filter coffee and browniee

  • 2/5 Kumar M. 5 years ago on Google
Pretty costly and I would say the coffee doesn't even taste close to the authentic south Coffee. Do go to a better place and have normal coffee instead of wasting your hard earned money on this coffee. Very less quantity too. Much rather drink at McD XD

Authentic South Indian coffee prepared & served by Tamil speaking staff. Superb taste. Don't miss it when you visit R-city mall the next time. The shop is not very prominent. It is behind entrance coutyard in ground floor

Used to be the only place to get authentic filter coffee. The coffee is still good although the price shot up from 40 to 65 INR. The paniyrams used to be freshly made. Last time I checked they just dipped them in oil for a second time. The food quality needs to be improved.

  • 3/5 Priya S. 4 years ago on Google
The coffee is good. But the tumbler is so small that its filled to the brim. This makes mixing the coffee a problem. Some amount definitely spills.

Today I visited, took coffee, it was very bad, I don't know how people like it, they made such strong coffee, it means there is no quality control, they may have other Madras Cafe in the place but there is lack of quality control here.
