Visited
the
CCD
today
and
it
came
up
to
be
one
of
my
worst
experience
ever.
The
staff
here
(
Dinesh
and
pratiksha)
are
performing
big
scams
on
the
customers.
We
ordered
a
cold
coffee
and
Belgium
chocolate
and
the
staff
provided
us
with
a
hand
written
bill
which
mentioned
dark
frappe
and
Belgium
chocolate
and
some
additional
cost
of
5
rupees.
Upon
asking
the
staff
about
those
order
changes
and
additional
cost,
they
told
us
that
cold
coffee
and
dark
frappe
are
they
same
and
the
5
rupees
are
always
charged
on
the
system.
We
then
contacted
head
office
and
told
them
about
these
peoples
scam.
When
we
gave
the
phone
to
pratiksha
(the
manager),
she
started
making
fake
stories
telling
that
she
informed
us
that
the
cold
coffee
wasn't
available
and
she
will
provide
us
frappe
and
also
for
that
additional
5
rupees
she
said
the
customer
gave
donation.
After
leaving
the
store,
the
manger
came
to
us
crying
and
asking
the
bill
back
and
insisting
us
not
to
complain.
The
staff
members
here
are
very
rude
and
running
a
scam.
They
provided
us
with
cold
coffee
and
mentioned
in
the
bill
as
dark
frappe
and
manually
adding
their
own
expenses.
Please
look
for
the
bill
and
compare
prices
before
purchasing
anything
here.
