This morning I ordered a simple corn and spinach sandwich and it was soggy, rubbery and the bread was stale. I called the restaurant and spoke to Pinky Chauhan the attendant and she said "sorry not possible" "I have taken picture too" and then she put me on MUTE and cut the phone on my face. Most pathetic experience. Firstly I think CCD has totally gone down on quality and now pathetic service as well. This is just appalling and totally unacceptable. In fact even the ZOMATO executive Adarsh G, mentioned sorry we cannot do anything about it. Please enjoy your sandwich. This is the worst experience I have had with Zomato online ordered. Evening hunger pang and a strong desire for coffee got us hunting for a good cafe shop. We landed up in Cafe Coffee day in JB Nagar. The ambience didn't impress is, however their double decker sandwich was awesome. Bread was nice an crispy. Coffee was alright.

Highly recommended. Perfect ambience to either get your laptop to catch up on work, bring your bae for long talks or maybe sit back and relax Not a big CCD person, but this place gave me the cozy environment which makes the experience totally worth. Firstly you served us less coffee almost half. Secondly there was an issue with payment mode, not happened for the first time. Almost everytime you've some server issues going on, you don't accept card payment nor any coupon code. Your executive forced customers to make payment in cash only.

This place needs some serious looking after from the corporate team. Walls and ceilings are damp. Water leaks from the AC. Furniture looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Food is below average. Their chicken grilled sandwich was a very sad sight. Washroom fixtures were broken.

Great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The staff is very friendly as well.

Third rate.. no AC, no WiFi.. and service which is lousy. For the nth time, facing the same issues. I come here only because you can park easily! That's a big + for any cafe in that area. Neither Sbux, nor Third Wave has any parking.

Same as OTHER CCDs. The ambiance was good but I had difficulty finding the place. Visited the place for a meeting. But constantly a person was waiting or being informed to place the order. Also the AC has not been working for over 3 months now and nobody seems to be interested in doing anything about it. But then the ambience is good and it is a nice place to relax with some coffee n cookies

I'm coming here almost everyday, it's a nice quiet place to work, but the AC is not working since 15 days and there's no WiFi as well. I find it amazed that how can someone like a CCD cannot get the AC repaired. Moreover there is also rat droppings on the chair. Management needs to look into it. Fingers crossed.

I had coffee with my wife in this outlet which is walking distance. It's a peaceful, spacious outlet. I liked it.

I ordered a storm which wasn't even chilled the fridge was broken, I requested a glass full of ice to be served along but the guy taking my order said that I could take it myself it's just a storm and he came back to sit and chill on a chair watching videos...it's pathetic and very disrespectful...if I pay the full amount and the service provider isn't even emphatic

The place is OK. Begins neat and clean, get progressively less clean as the day progresses. Probably because they don't have dedicated cleaning staff. The crowd is a bit unruly. Probably because the prices are economical. The staff is attentive. The Darjeeling Tea blend is amazing.

Best place for night hangout

The location is little on the inner side of jb Nagar and the coffee glasses have become small within this year.. otherwise it's a cool place

The waiter interrupted us multiple times to take our order even though we asked for some time. He wanted to know our mode of payment even before we gave our order. He brought the bill and made us pay before serving us. The overall experience was insulting and rudeness was unwarranted. All this was in spite of the cafe being nearly empty.

Nice place, toilet is weird not exactly clean but I've seen worse too. It's a quite space that has quite a few of the regulars. Affordable for young working people. Good for dates, can hang around forever and fancy stuff which is affordable.

Good place for meetings over coffee. Parking is not a problem most of the times.

The stuffs were very rude and unprofessional. We had ordered for a lime cheese cake, and they billed us for a red velvet cake. However upon enquiring they informed us that lime cheese cake was not available and they changed even without asking. I was keen on getting some other dessert for which they asked me to pay the differential amount via cash and refused to give a revised invoice.Also they made so many mistakes while generating invoice. Worst experience in a CCD.

Some of the few CCD's left in Andheri East.Its tucked away into JB Nagar,but has a decent seating.The ambience is ok, a bit calm considering it to be Andheri East.Needs to be a bit more aware of the cleanliness n hygiene.But a decent place for some "cafe" talk,though the music sometimes can be quite intruding. The coffee and food is just as usual,ok- ish.
