DO NOT BUY FROM WOODEN STREET I wish I had gone through reviews before ordering. Worst mistake of buying from wooden street. Order ID - 166722 Attn: Sumit Chauhan , Lokendra singh Ranwat, Virendra Singh Ranawat, Dinesh Pratap Singh, Vikas Baheti, Naila Khan SUMIT , you are most pathetic and fraud customer service fellow, your company has full arrogance when it come to customer services, but you guys do not have capability of even putting a Marking on the product delivered to us even after waiting for 35 days plus. The product was delivered to us on 26th evening and today the carpenter made a visit. He denied fixing the bed as product was not having marking on the bed fixtures to assemble it. When you call woodenstreet the most arrogant customer service fellow unfortunately SUMIT, comes on the call who is most arrogant rude fellow to speak to. You guys are testing my patience and this is enough. If I don't get a solution I am taking this to consumer court and ensure that you guys repent for you shoddy claims.

Pathetic experience. I was promised delivery between 3-4 weeks. It's 5 weeks and no update from them. Today I called to check & they are saying it will still take around 10days for delivery. They refuse to refund my money or compensate me for this harassment & unprofessional attitude from their relationship manager Sumit who has not called me once in these 5weeks. Very arrogant. Finally my sofa bed was delivered 3 weeks late. Pathetic quality, oversized mattress. Contacted customer care many times but noone is bothered to correct the oversized mattress. Quite a horrendous experience. They should be seriously taught a lesson in work ethics

Dear Friends who all thinks to buy furniture from Wooden Street. Order ID - 205298 Don’t ever go for Wooden Street Furniture, I bought furniture worth Rs. 2,25,000/- in Jan 22 ( just completed 6 months) as per reviews from Google and their scripted videos of customer but now I came to know that all reviews are Fake and paid by agencies and all the video of customer giving good reviews are scripted. I have uploaded all the poor quality furniture pictures from wooden Street. I called customer care more then 20 times but they are saying we have informed to our carpentry team to solve your issues but no one attend till now and you can see this will not solve through carpentry work, this should be replaced. Don’t trap with their fake reviews and scripted video of customers, you will lost all your money with poor quality furniture.

Very poor after sales service - we placed a large order (around 4 Lacs) - they took the money in advance - some of the stuff we got (lampshades) were scratched, another item did not match what they showed on site and they never delivered an item - it took repeated follow ups and call to their staff to begin to get things addressed - is the quality good? - Yes however the experience after that sucked! And you cannot speak to anyone higher up. They just block you out. Will never buy again and will not recommend. They even sent the sofa in wrong coloured upholstery and gave us a used product in the right colour as a resolution.

The staff at this store is highly unprofessional. I bought a few products from the store but I had to follow up with them for more than a week for the installation part. After following up with the staff for over a week, I had to get the installation done privately and pay for it from my pocket. On another occasion, I ordered a queen size mattress for which the staff entered the order incorrectly. When I asked about the differential amount, the staff told me that it is a matter of "mere 200-300" rupees and I should not care!! Now after weeks of placing the order I am yet to receive the credit note. The staff never picks up the phone to give an update either. Although the products available on Wooden Street are good, the quality of service provided is extremely bad!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

They are the biggest scamers and fraudsters. All their good reviews are paid. You will have to call them a 100 times for installation and delivery. Their customer care service has a nonchalant attitude and you will be left at the mercy of your luck for the product to be delivered and installed. They don't even provide a carpenter for installation and the delivery guys are not equipped to install the furniture. Save yourself from the paid reviews and avoid buying from here.

Extremely poor after sales services- We had an issue with the hydraulic of a bed (purchased around a year ago). As we went to buy new furniture in June this year, we also registered a complaint on our earlier purchase .We were assured by the lady at the store that our complaint would be taken up on priority. There has been no feedback from Wooden Street thereafter. On further checking with the service team ,we were informed that since the product had just crossed the warranty period, they could not assist. We were suggested to check with local carpenters to resolve our issue. Well, it seems they waited for us to finish our current purchase, as if this was indeed their policy, it was not advised when we raised the complaint whilst shopping at their store . Found the entire experience unprofessional and not at all trust worthy Further the delivery of new furniture has not yet been given. 1)Two side tables were to be delivered in a weeks time. One was given in 2 weeks and there is no information on the second one..We have no idea when it will come 2)One Chair purchased with delivery time as 3 to 4 weeks, We were just informed that it will take 6 to 7 weeks, and when we asked to cancel the order, they refuse to refund our payment Will never buy nor ever recommend Wooden Street to anyone .!!

Booked 2 chairs on 30th July Was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Thought it was a ridiculous wait time, but went ahead and booked anyway. To date, no sign of my delivery. The tracking system is pathetic, they do not provide any specifics of where your product is, why it is delayed, when exactly will it be delivered. Zero. Basically, they happily take full payment and are.least bothered to fulfill their part of the bargain. Never again will I buy, nor recommend this brand. Having good products does not mean you take customers for granted.

The carpenters who visit to fix the issue are just amazing. I had two interactions with them and both times they did their job exceptionally well. I am totally going to rely on Woodenstreet for all my home furniture needs and recommend others as well. Sometimes it does take 2-3 for the Woodenstreet team to arrange a carpenter for your location, so have patience and they'll do their job. Way to go guys. Keep up the good work.

I should have read some of the google reviews before ordering from here. Great at sales and pathetic at after sales. More than 1 month to get a dining table set and 10 days of that to upholster 6 chairs!! I guess they were weaving the fabric 1st before it could be upholstered. You call the helpline no one gives an update. The store person promises to call back and a week later you need to go to the store to get some sense of what is happening. Even then they have no clue and keep calling the production team. It is only when I refused to move from there did they give me some sort of status update. That too that the delivery 4-5 days later that the committed time which was anyway 4 weeks to a month. The staff at Wooden Street Chandivali makes faces when you go to the store and treat you with absolute apathy a complete contrast to presales. At least one apology? It would have made a world of difference to calm a person down when you see genuine concern for customers instead of making faces and saying someone else will call you. I don't know what the condition of the product delivered will be now that I have raised this but seeing some of the reviews I fear the worst!!

I now live in a new city and didn’t know where to buy furniture from. Then i found an awesome sleeper sectional on their website! Ordering was very easy, and when I spoke to their customer service about special delivery instructions, they were so helpful and friendly. I had a great costumer experience, and will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again!

I had kept an eye on a Wooden Street sofa from two months ago, and finally decided to buy it. Bought it through website, it was an easy breezy process, they also highlight important things, such as delivery date. It was even very reasonably priced. After seven days of waiting, the sofa is here! Was assembled and set in my living room quickly, they were within the time range too. So happy with my purchase and experience with Wooden Street.

My roommate and I just moved into a new apartment and needed all new furniture. Boy are we glad we found Wooden Street! We were ready to upgrade and needed something fast! We ended up picking one of the tables from their Collection, and its super lovely! The stain on the top of the table is gorgeous! We are going to add 2 more chairs to it, but for now, with just 2 chairs it suits our needs just fine

I was blown away by the quality of the couch and the two men who set it up were incredible. I just LOVE my couch and will be ordering more from them in the near future. I couldn’t be more happy with my new furniture. The fabric and leather are such high quality. The new pieces absolutely change the whole feel of the room, and I am so happy that Wooden Street makes such quality products. There is a lot of very cheaply made furniture out there that may only last you a couple years. These pieces will last a very long time. Also, a shout out to customer service who made my final purchase decisions so much easier.

This is my worst experience with any online delivery system. I have to write the review for the store as i could not find the option to review online delivery 1. First, once u visit their website, they are very adamant and keep calling to show how much they care. But after u order and pay them, u can literally forget about your order 2. While ordering it was not mentioned anywhere that a separate ticket need for installation. Even the delivery people didnt tell me that. 3. They keep giving me installation dates but the carpenter doesnt show up. 4. We can keep raising tickets, but the customer care never picks up. Basically, they are a bunch of unresponsive people who forget after taking your money. FYI. My issue is still unresolved

You guys went above and beyond! I am truly happy with my product and the service in the showroom! The delivery service was spectacular and I am truly amazed and how high tech. It was really cool to be able to track how many stops and how close they were! Definitely a 5 Star store!

I got a great sofa cum bed from Wooden Street; I was able to choose a beautiful fabric from their wide selection of choices, AND it was delivered more quickly than other furniture websites! But, I think the best part of the experience was the customer support - I received prompt and friendly help at all points in my order. I hope I have a chance to do business with them again soon!

I was hesitant to buy the color - it looked so dark! And the only other pictures I could see were from the website that made the recliner look like a very buttery light brown. But the first one arrived were gorgeous, with a very rich warm hue to the caramel that it made my living room look so inviting, so I ordered 2 more! So far I've been impressed by the quality, the sturdiness, shipping speed, and I LOVED that they came preassembled in the box and were super well-wrapped. The seats are also very comfortable, I was quite happy with the amount of padding it had (I wasn't expecting too much but I think they did a good job).

We purchased a book shelf and one home temple. We received the home temple in damaged condition. Carpenter was sent to fix the problem. But poor quality of wood is used to make the home temple as it produces lot of fungus during rain. We have been kept reaching out to them to fix a problem. But we are disappointed with their customer care service. Every week we keep calling so that they can take some action and every week they promise to send someone and after that they do not bother or has always some good excuse to confront you. They do not check whether your complaint has been resolved or not. Our home temple is just two months old and full of fungal growth. Will never ever recommend wooden street in future.

I have purchased sideboard, hydraulic bed, sofa set and lounge chairs from wooden Street Andheri store on 19th June 2022 and the delivery taken place in various dates in August and last on 22 August 2022 and for installation of the hydraulic bed we have to be behind them and finally installed on 13 September 2022. After that sideboard has created a bulging issue and all the joints of the wood are dislocated for which we have lodged multiple tickets in their website and call to their customer care and they sent carpenters they have chopped the excess woood.how can it behaves like that if it they used dried used as they claim... Then when we had an issue with bed and lodged a complaint and ticket has been generated they sent carpenters for inspection and found that the frame is of inferior quality because of which it got bend and needs to be replaced for which after dragging the issue from August 31 to 28 October and finally they said it is out of warranty. How this company is doing business in a unique way in the entire world where they claim that warranty starts from the date of delivery not from the date of installation.just delivering the pieces of wood and without sending any one for installation they will say your product is out of warranty such a unique company.. and many representative and their carpentry team managers all will talk in a different manner and finally nothing will be done.. after spending 2lakhs in this furniture it is a big lesson not to go ahead because of the look and feel. We have to do the business with values if that is not there no one will come to our rescue at a later date.

We baught this about an year ago at my sister’s place and within a year we are facing this issue. First of all 1 star finishing. You can see after a year and we spoke to the team they are saying it is because of weather changes. We spent almost more than lac rupees on this furniture. And every-time they are sending carpainter to solve this issue. Pathetic service. Please think before you buy.

Pathetic service. Your team damaged the marble of our new home during installation. The repair itself is going to cost me Rs 10-15k. No ownership has been taken yet. Moreover, the product itself is damaged. The fabric has some kind of manufacturing defect. Poor product quality. Been on hold for 5-6 hours with your customer service team and they just do not call back, despite blatantly promising on the call.

Review regarding Andheri East ( Mumbai) showroom. The showroom guys appear to be okay. The problem arises after you place the order. Product was not delivered on time, several delays, I had to scream at them several times. Communication is pathetic. Quality of workmanship is 2/5 I had placed 2 complete sets of sofas (3+2+2) & ) 2 sofa cum beds) for two different locations. The sofa cum beds are an absolute disaster. In sitting position, the mattress slides out & the storage underneath comes out. Photos cannot emphasize on the real problem. Absolutely pathetic overall experience.. Certainly not recommended.

I was nervous buying a price of furniture I had only seen on the internet. There was no reason for me to have been. I love the way it looks, I think the quality is what I expected. It fits my room and our family very well. I am very pleased. I also had good luck with customer service. I highly recommend.
