My favourite place to hold a meeting over a cup of coffee. Beautiful interiors. They keep upgrading the interiors at regular intervals, adding a breath of freshness. And the aroma of brewed coffee... Who doesn't love it?

An age old cafe chain which serves amazing coffee. They have outlets scattered everywhere. All outlets have the same taste. They sell snacks also like chilli cheese toast, garlic bread, sandwiches etc which are also delicious. The pricing is pocket friendly. The outlet has good seating space and the staff is also helpful. Do visit whenever close by. Always a delight to visit any cafe coffee day. Do check for offers.

2 hours to wait for the flight? Walk to this place and time will fly. The corner shop gives the panoramic view of the street.

Very bad experience.... If you want to spoil your mood, welcome to this place.... Lot of mosquitos and on top of it they switched off the AC in this May heat... Very very poor quality service and staff

It was okay. Bang on the corner of hanuman road and the road turning towards nehru road. The service was slow and the place kept running out of spoons and forks in the afternoon. I can only imagine the situation at peak times. Stick to the usuals and steer clear of the specials. There are better places around if one is not too fussy about the CCD brand...

CCD outlet in Parle East on Hanuman Road. Popular among college students. Attracts trendy crowd. Location is good with the perfect ambience. Staff is trained and service is fast.

Emmmmm sooo the hot chocolate tastes liqufied chocos (i mean it's almost like insulting chocos but bleh) The dark chocolate frappe is basically just milk w syrup settled down at the bottom. Not worth the money- go to starbucks people

Not a pleasant experience. Can't blame the staff coz there was only one person to take the order to do billing to make and to serve. The person actually called up someone over the phone to ask how was the blend made. I was about to pay with paytm but the person informed me that they accept payment only through paytm balance. So I immediately transfered money to my paytm wallet. Now the person says the system isn't working so I am supposed to Google pay and then she will give me the bill. I suppose the one year and more of Pandemic has surely hit businesses in many ways but I expect More professionalism from CCD. Also I firmly believe the sales person should not be blame for this, the branch in charge or higher authorities should take cognizance and see to it that your systems are in place.

Very well located at Hanuman Road, hard to miss. The staff was very coordial and the service has always been good. Today’s coffee was exceptional! Thank you guys!!

This is Good Place to seat. Good Ambiance

Let's talk about the place first : It's a tiny cafe, with not a great ambience to boast of. You'd probably not specially plan to go there but if you happen to walk by and want to have some coffee, you'd probably stop by. Definite NO for a large group. Eating options : I'm usually a cafe frappe at CCD type of person but off late I've found that it's becoming sweeter and sweeter. Now I don't know if this is an issue with most CCDs or this particular cafe. Non caffeinated options are few and not so appealing because they're syrup based - again sugary sweet. I never eat at CCD so can't post about the eating options. Staff : There was one lady at the counter and she was EXTREMELY POLITE and sweet, with a great attitude. She's the reason I'm even rating it 2 stars, otherwise I'd have given it a 1 rating.

Untidy washroom, one person to attend, place was dusty. The personnel on board was uninterested in offering any services, did not know how to operate their own app. Paytm didn't work. We had to pay cash. We heard her ask the coffee recipe procedure over the phone from someone. The coffee was salted and she just shrugged instead of understanding the mishap. Her attitude was 'Take it leave it I don't care' Did not expect this from Café coffee day. Our experience has always been impeccable. Will be long time before we step in any of their outlet! Tea post café outdid this and we gave our four day biz to them as we waited for our son who was giving exam in Sathaye college for IGNOU third year!

Got the message to redeem points before expiration. Went to the cafe to told that I can't order snacks issuing points; only coffee. Disappointed. Not happy with the policy.

The ambience is good, however the coffee wasn't great. Also they didn't have espresso which I initially ordered as there was a problem in their machine

Good fresh coffee... efficient n polite service. BUT the store is full of mosquitoes making it impossible to relax n enjoy the coffee n snacks. Please do something.

A good place to chill out with friends and spend a lot of time with them. if you are a true coffee lover then this place is not for you because this place is only desi coffee which is good palatable for people from India who are used to this AC coffee but if you really want to go for it and provision there are many cafes nearby which offer best of the best coffees. having said that CCD is not at all a bad option for coffee let me tell you that. along with coffee you will get a lot of snacks and other products but mind you there not meet fresh a few of them also frozen. Bateshwar they are very good.

Best shop for coffee! Devil's Own is just awesome.

With its location near to highway and airport, it becomes a nice meeting point. Staff is cordial and friendly. But deduction 2 stars because not all the items in menu are available and time taken for even simplest order took ages to deliver.

The rates are incorrect on the menu.

Cafe coffee day, awesome experience. Nice staff. Superbbbb cafe latte. At times good food option available. But very crowded joint that's why many times you do not get anything to eat of your choice. Otherwise happening place. Popular place among Young crowd of vile parle.
