For all chocolate lovers this should be on your list. I not only loved their variety of coffe but also their waffles and freakshakes. Their freak shakes are so humongous that you can skip your meal just to have one. Signature Frappe, brownies and pastries are also good. Staff is friendly and polite but service is slow. JUST NOTE : diamond cappuccino and gold cappuccino ARE AVAILABLE AT SOME LOCATIONS ONLY. Ask before placing order. Must try chocolate waffle loaded with banana chocolate syrup whipped cream. Additional servings of whipped cream and ice cream tastes awesome. we tried mint hot chocolate, peanut butter hot chocolate, cafe mocha, di belaccino, kit kat milkshake, hazelnut and isrish hot chocolate, diamond cappuccino and gold cappuccino.

Amazing coffee as always. Table sanitized on arrival, temperature taken by staff and hand sanitizer provided as well. Friendly staff wearing mask at all times. Only Paytm and cash accepted so be prepared for these modes of payment. It felt good to be back there.

Went to coffee by Di Bella, located on S.V Road, Santacruz West, this evening around 6 p.m., with kids and friends all together we were 6 of us,but the place was very crowded and it took us almost 15 minutes before we got the table, maybe because seating capacity is very less and the crowd is more.The ambiance is okish... This is the only coffee joint on SV road. This place is very well known for its freakshakes and waffle which are heavenly in taste, served with ice cream and whipped  cream. The Nutella and strawberry waffle tasted too yum to be described in words. Recently they have also come up with 'Diamond glitter coffee' which looks good if you are a photo/snapchat freak, otherwise, its normal cappuccino sprinkled with edible glitter. Sevice was very slow and staff seemed to be over busy & confused owing to the crowded place. What i found strange was 'i called for some regular water, for which they charged me'.... Never came across anything like this all my life. Out & Out, they should work on improving their service as paying a good amount on food and then waiting a hell lot makes no sense & pls stop charging for regular water.

Great cafe good food n drink options. Strongly recommend the Sydney Chocolate cake. Ideal for casual meetings. Reasonable pricing.

We reached there 15-20 mins before closure time and were placing order for coffee.. however surprised but the cashier said we cannot take your request since it is nearing closing time and it would take time to prepare.. It was request that please serve us since we travelled all the way to be here.. they heard our request.. cafe is well located and decor done to give it a neat look.. we preferred sitting out since it was slight breezy.. but mosquitoes made our experience from bad to worse.. however since we received the coffees.. it changed our mood.. It was worth the wait.. Must try hot chocolate too!! And each coffee is as per your palate.. but worth the wait for the filling coffees!!

A very friendly place to hangout with your mates. They serve these massive waffles with whipped cream and ice cream with topping. One gets a huge variety of choices of sauce and toppings for waffles. Lip smacking shakes and breakfast also available here. I ordered roasted almost waffle & chocolate overload.

The chicken lasagne and the rose cinnamon frappe is a must try. The seating outside is good but due to the on going work on the road it's too disturbing to have a conversation m and they have few tables indoor.

Ambiance is good. Service is also satisfactory, decent crowd, provides outdoor seating. Outdoor seating annoying in rush hours. Indoor seating Facility is limited to 8-9 people. Food quality is good. Specialist in waffles and shakes. Music in the cafe is also suits the ambience. Waffles specially peanut butter waffles will be difficult to finish by a person. Ice-cream served with the waffles was not upto to the mark. Sandwiches are good option if you're visiting the place. Peanut cookie is what I found the healthiest option here! Must visit place if you're passing by the location. Enjoy the time with great coffee and shakes selection.

A well know cafe from Australia, is now well known in Mumbai as well. They are famous for their Waffles, thik shakes, freak shakes and ofcourse for their Coffee. ;-) They have a great Menu with wide varieties to binge on. All my order were great , well presented and on time. They have good ambiance and service is also good. My order consists of Traditional Hot Chocolate - was perfect and best in such cold weather, Nutella Orea Crunch Waffle - now I know, y they are famous and well known for it. It was perfect and mouthwatering .
